We recently had J.A.M. Properties replace our backyard fence and they did a fabulous job. Even our neighbours commented on what a great job they did. What a wonderful experience. I was so impressed by Mike and his crew. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered all your questions. What really impressed me was that phone calls and texts were always returned and when Mike said he would be at your house at 9 am he was there at 9 am. JAM Property Maintenance was the best service we could have asked for! After recently moving to Niagara Falls, we were eager to start renovations on our new home, and JAM Property was quick to respond and excited to take on the project. Mike and his team were professional from start to finish, from the initial quote to the final touches. They handled everything, including demo and replacement of all our flooring, painting the entire house, updating the baseboards and trim, and even rewiring our gas fireplace to be controlled by a wall switch. The team was always professional, in uniform, non-smoking, and flexible with our schedule and budget. They truly do it all, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike and his team are excellent professionals. The help me with the removing of some exterior osb sheeting at my house that had been damaged due to water seepage. They reinstalled new osb board and Tyvek in a timely and qualified manner. I’m happy with how everything turned out. Had them do a patio screen replacement for me. Showed up exactly when they said they would and did a wonderful job. Unexpectedly, the screen escaped a part of the frame several weeks later (not their fault at all) and when I contacted JAM, they arranged for Darren to comeback to the house for a quick repair. The service and professional was very much appreciated! I’ve already given out their business cards to several friends and family. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again. Thank you!

I went to tender for a medium sized job including drywall repair, trim, tile and painting. Mike came in with a great price so I went ahead with his company and had a great experience. His team did a great job and it was on time. I would choose Jam property maintenance again.

From start to finish they did an amazing job with our basement renovation. They were professional, had great communication during each phase of the project and took the extra effort to get things done on schedule. Great attention to detail with everything they did and we were able to customize things to make the basement what we wanted. I will definitely trust them with another project again and would highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Mike and Darren worked tirelessly through our main floor renovation. They were super reliable, always here when they promised. Put in extra hours when needed and never asked by us (and through the Christmas holidays). Our design plans evolved from their input. Lastly they are kind, funny, polite and respectful to our home, family and our two dogs. We will use again and again. Thanks for a great experience guys!

Mike and his crew were awesome to work with. I did a reno to a Condo that I purchased. It looks amazing as so much was upgraded. Mike was so positive all the time. He made several little suggestions that I wouldnt even have thought of! He responded quickly to each request I had. His follow-up was efficient. I am so happy with all the work he and his crew did. Mike and his team installed some downspouts on our very steep roof and successfully solved our severe water drainage issue. Mike listens to what you want, makes informed suggestions and completes the job in a timely manner. He has a great eye for detail and a drive to delivery quality work.
JAM completed several jobs for us over a few weeks this summer. They repaired and relaid the interlocking brick on our front steps, cleaned out our eavestroughs, cleaned and stained our back deck as well as moving heavy furniture and making a trip to the dump. The quality of their work was excellent, they responded quickly to questions and attended to the jobs when scheduled. Their prices were reasonable and they went above and beyond expectations. We are so pleased to have found them and will be using them again. Oct 6 2023 update: We have used JAM property maintenance again, this time to restrain the siding on our house. They continue to provide excellent service!
