i have been using natural lawn service for at least 5 years now...i was sick and tired of trying to maintain a healthy lawn on my own and it still looked terrible...adding lime...seeding it...weeding it.. the time and cost i spent on it was ridiculous.. i got a flyer or had seen an add online and natural lawn came to my rescue...they use all natural applications and i have the best looking lawn on my street.. all i do now is mow it..i dont even water it!...this photo is from spring 2020.. look it my lawn compared to my neighbor!!... they also spray our yard for ticks... i havent pulled a tick off my dogs since day one of their service! the staff that stop by to service it are professional, quick and knowledgeable.. 5 HUGE stars in my book. worth every penny!!

I came back to my house this spring , for the summer, and holy cow my lawn was beyond beautiful! The treatments started mis summer last year and the results this year are truly wonderful. When I bought my fixer-upper, I was primarily concerned with getting the inside in order. The lawn, well...it was mostly green and I settled for that, even though there were many invasive weeds. Last fall, Natural Lawn reseeded my lawn and guaranteed growth. The seed did not germinate, and they did another application but again no growth. When we asked for a refund or a credit for fertilization, no reply was forthcoming. I would not recommend Natural Lawn as they do not honor their guarantees.

So the product is cedar oil. Sure it smells good but it literally doesn t do anything to ticks. We put a tick in the pure concentrated form of the oil and it was basically swimming. Let s not forget the dilute the concentrated form. You re basically just paying for you yard to smell nice

I get so many compliments on my lawn. We started the yearly care applications over a year ago. My lawn this spring and summer was thicker, hardly any clover, and a beautiful color. I was also happy to use a product that was natural as my grandchildren love to roll and play in the grass. They notify me before showing up. The process is so easy.

I contracted NaturalLawn of America in May of this year to effect solutions to my problem child lawn. There was an abundance of strawberry weed, areas of blight and patches of ugly everywhere. I didnt expect much in year one. Im delighted to report that my expectations were surpassed, and the lawn was transformed from problem child to...well lets call her a B+ student. Theres still some work to do, but the results from NLAs ALL NATURAL applications are impressive. I am a happy and satisfied customer!

After several years of unsatisfactory service with another lawn service, I was initially skeptical, but my neighbors experience convinced me to give NaturalLawn and I am glad I did. They took the time to educate me on what they recommended and they delivered on their recommendations. My lawn is very green and full in November. The weed control seems to work well. They did an aeration and overseed about 6 weeks ago. I ve used them for tick control and I haven t seen any ticks on my dog or family since we started. Great communication. The employees are all professional. And everything they use is pet safe. I ll be a long time customer for sure.

We have used NaturaLawns organic lawn program for a couple of years and just started with their Tick Ranger program this year. The lawn looks great after just a couple of visits, and the tick program is true to its word. They guarantee that if you find a tick they will spray again free of charge. Even though it has been a very tick-heavy year, they have honored their word. I appreciate how they send a text the day before lawn services.

I called them hoping to get my lawn fertilized and seeded, I spoke with the Salesman and made certain to be clear does this cost include everything, even seeding the law? and was told that yes it includes everything except the grub control. Then when the technician came out to do the work I came out and spoke to him and asked specifically about the seeding, he was very honest that it did not include the seeding and that seeding my lawn was an additional ~$1000 to have done. So even with me being 100% clear, the salesman seemed to think lying to me was the way to go. So I would never use this company and I would be very careful that you are getting exactly what you are expecting.

Used them for a number of years all was good until having an issue with lawn I was told they were too busy doing seeding and arrogating other lawns so they now lost my business and daughters . The issue resolved itself after recent rains but how can I relay on them in the future ?

I love that they text me several days in advance to let me know when they will be coming to complete a service, and their folks never mess up my lawn with vehicle tracks or other lackadaisical behavior. I like that Naturalawn uses fertilizer that is basically non toxic. My dogs appreciate that. I use them for year round lawn care (fertilizer/ soil prep) and seeding. I recently had them slice seed my lawn and it s coming up well!!! They guarantee that my lawn will be full with no bare spots. What else can I ask for? We just moved into a home with alot of lawn. We choose to use NaturaLawn because we wanted Organic products used on our lawn. AND Our lawn looks so amazing after just one season. It was worth every dollar it cost. And I feel good that nothing toxic was used.

Since hiring Natural Lawn to fertilize and aerate my lawn, my front lawn looks better than it ever has.

We ve used NaturaLawn for two years now and our lawn keeps getting better. The grass is thicker and greener, and has far fewer weeds. We were concerned that our lawn would be severely damaged by this year s drought (we did not water the grass), but it bounced back immediately once it started raining again! It s now December and the grass is still a rich green!

Started using this year and my lawn, which was a disaster, is less of a disaster. Still more work but NaturalLawn of America has helped my lawn make significant progress.

For years we have been battling weeds (especially wild strawberry) organically but they had gotten out of control. NaturaLawn not only controlled the weeds but our grass looks healthier.

I have been using them for 2 years now. The first year they came every month to apply various weed control and grub control and at the end of the season they aerated the lawn snd reseeded it. The grass came in very well in most spots. The problem with our lawn is that it is very rocky so their machine couldn t reach all the areas. This past summer they did everything but the aeration and seeding. If our budget allows it I would like them to continue next year too.

A few years back I did not have a positive experience with this company. Last year, I received a call from the owner or manager of the company asking if I would reconsider trying NaturaLawn of America again. I was hesitant but the fact that this man called me to discuss my past experience, listen to my concerns and go out of his way to get me back as a customer, spoke volumes. Customers would be more forgiving and understanding if they felt their questions or concerns were heard and actually listened to. Customer service has become a lost art for many companies, which is sad. A customers experience and word of mouth can make or break a companys reputation. So after feeling confident that my concerns were heard and past issues since resolved, I decided to give the company another chance. I was looking for a more organic and natural way to care for and maintain my lawn as I have 2 cats and a dog. Last year went very smoothly. I was always notified a day or so before my scheduled treatment and they came promptly as scheduled. I was billed for the services rendered and their online payment service was quick and user friendly. Lets just say they held up their end of the bargain and I will be using them again this year and in addition, adding another property to the mix.

I have been using NaturaLawn of America for tick control for 3 1/2 years. Since they started spraying, I had not found a tick on my dog. (BEFORE they started, there were a lot of them) This year is EXTRA bad for ticks in my area. I found one Tick on my dog and called them the next day. Since they guarantee their services, they came right out and re-sprayed at no charge. I have not seen another tick on my dog since. They spray every 4 weeks. It gives me great peace of mind. :)

Ive been using NaturaLawn of America for several years and the condition of my lawn has improved considerably. After a weed control application, if I find any additional areas that need treating, they come immediately and attend to that area. Their prices are competitive with other lawn care services, but this company is very responsive and I recommend them for your lawn needs.

Good for weed control. Not so good for over- seeding. A large section in the back yard was supposed to get over seeded but the results were not good. It wad blamed due to slope in terrain but I do not buy that excuse.

Working with this company was a joy. I have two small dogs that have access to the backyard without assistance and so they always let me know when they would be there so I could keep them in for that first hour after treatment. After the first year of treatment, the lawn was remarkably better; the dead patches were filled in and the grass was the greenest ever. Even as the grass came up the following year, before the first treatment, the grass was richer and greener. And all this without toxic chemicals, which was an absolute requirement for me. I am very happy with this product and company.

This spring will be 3 years that I will have Natural lawn as service provider for my lawn. I can honestly say that my lawn looks worse now than it ever has in my 6 years in the house. About midway through last summer my lawn was overtaken by crabgrass. The crabgrass took over my yard like it never had before. Then come falltime and all the crabgrass died leaving my yard a mud pit. Anytime I tried to contact them I would get a voicemail and if I was lucky I would get a callback it would be 2 weeks later. I always paid my bills immediately upon completion of their services. Also I always agreed to extra work/treatments they recommended. To me it seemed like they had more customers than they were able to handle. This is unacceptable to me I heard that they got new management so I am willing to give them one more chance to make things right. Also would have though that I would receive a complimentary treatment for my troubles and wasted money, but so far nothing. I was told the service manager will be coming to my house in the spring to assess the damage. This is the only reason I am still willing to use Natural Lawn again. The sad part is that this company was a recommendation from a friend whom I am not to happy with right now Hopefully Natural Lawn will do what they need to do to correct the problem Aggravated customer

Naturalawn of America proved to be a real find. I used them for tick control and for my fading lawn during 2018. If ticks were found after spraying, they would come up and respray for free. They also would always let me know when they were coming so I would be home . Reliability was excellent as was communication. Very friendly and open. And most of all, my yard was tick free and green!!! Couldnt ask for more. Will be using them again in 2019!

Very pleased with their work. Had some issues of weeding, but they returned 2 more times to address the issue until we were satisfied..

I have used their services for the past few years. Once they start the cycle of spraying, I see a 99% reduction of the ticks in our yard. Highly recommend this service. They also are treating without chemicals, so it is safe for my dogs.

This place is a scam! My lawn looked better before my services with this company. BEWARE!!!! I have cameras installed on my house which captured the staff spending 5 minutes on my lawn but documenting they were here for 30 min+. They missed most of my lawn and seemed to be more concerned with checking the box that they were at my property instead of doing a thorough job. After I cancelled services, they sent someone to my home, as if I didnt cancel. I notified the worker, named Jose, who apologized for the poor service. The following week, NaturaLawn of America sent another employee to my home to provide services that I had cancelled. The individual left before he got started. Luckily I was home and was able to stop him. To top it all off, NaturaLawn sent me a bill for Joses visit to my house, when he did not provide any services, since I had already cancelled. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money and hassle and avoid these crooks! The winner in all of this is my lawyer who will be the only one to benefit, when he sends a cease and desist. :)

NaturaLawn USED TO BE a good company. I used their service for over 5 years. I have left them awesome reviews (which I have deleted) and have recommended their services to neighbors, friends and coworkers. Starting in 2018 my service became terrible and they killed 1/3 of my lawn with improperly applied weed killer. This year I canceled my service. Their customer retention specialist Casey called and made several promises about what he was going to do going forward. 5 items to be exact. On the next application every one of his statements and promises were broken. I called John the owner and thanked them for the great years of service, and detailed what was bad lately so he could see what his customer experience had become. I had them send me a final bill and I cancelled my service and am moving on to another company.

I use this company for tick prevention. I m happy that they use more natural ingredients. Haven t seen a tick yet so I guess its working!

Three years ago I thought I would have to replace the lawn in my front yard. I did research to see if there were any other options. I thought Id try Natural Lawn as it was a less expensive than replacing the entire lawn. There was noticeable improvement the first year and by this, the third year, it is completely rejuvenated. The bear brown spots are gone and the lawn looks good!

I love the fact that the chemicals that are used are Organic. I thought for sure that it weaken the results by now using harsh chemicals. Im very happy with this company but I wish the price was a little lower.

Absolutely horrendous to work with. They are all nice and charming when they sign you on and then everything goes down hill. Customer service is an utter nightmare. We are sticking with our original company and Im mad at myself I even gave them a shot. Waste of time!

I pre-paid for a season of tick spraying, and they came in April and then not again until July, 3 months later, completely missing a spray during May /June. I had better service when I paid for each spray the previous year. By paying upfront they had my money and the service went downhill. Customer service was terrible. Im waiting for a call back from the operations manager.

I have used NaturaLawn of America for years and I like them because they use gentle and organic products on my grounds. They always notify us before they come out for service, and we get a detailed explanation of the services that were done. Their prices are very reasonable to!

I ve been a customer for over 5 years and the service is outstanding. They stand behind their service 100%. I never have any weed issues. Even during the extremely hot weeks the lawn looks as healthy as ever. I have a dog so I m very concerned about the ticks and I haven t seen any on my dog since I started the tick service. Overall extremely happy and would recommend them for your lawn care!

Ive had NaturaLawn of America for three years and they have been excellent. Last year chinch bugs attacked my lawn and virtually wiped it out in a week. When I finally figured out that I had an insect problem, I called them and they sent out a technician within a day. They diagnosed the problem and treated the lawn at no cost to me. The lawn was a pitiable sight at the end of August. They recommended overseeding and aeration. By the end of September I had a fabulous lawn that continued into this year. Although summer heat has burned out some sections, the lawn is very stable this year and will come back in the fall. I highly recommend this service for their professionalism, reasonable pricing and genuine care for my lawn. So glad I changed to them from Tru Green who was a disaster.

Rated 4 stars only because the previous 3 treatments for moles has been completely ineffective. Otherwise, Ryan did a great job of telling me what he was going to be doing, asking if there were any special problems or things I wanted done, and then checking in again when he finished.

Always do a good job.

My lawn never looked worse in 20 years owning this property. I had big patches of crabgrass and other weeds all season. A few weeks after the initial application of pre-emergent, I began seeing more weeds than I had ever seen before, so I called to ask if somebody can come look at it. When I originally decided to use NaturalLawn, the salesman told me that if at any time I wasnt happy with the results, contact the office and they would send somebody out to fix the issue. I contacted them after the April application to inform them that the results were terrible, so they sent out a tech to reapply a heavier treatment. A couple weeks after that, the results were a small improvement, but I was billed for a full extra application. When I inquired about that, I was told that it was almost time for the next treatment anyway, so that was just handled as the second paid treatment. So, I guess any complaint of an ineffective treatment just prompts another fully paid visit, rather than fulfilling the satisfaction guarantee. Shortly after that, the weeds started coming back, and my lawn got patchy yellow and light green. All summer I had weeds and awful looking lawn. Their selling point is a safer more natural lawn for kids and pets and the environment, but alternatively, I could have done no treatment at all to my lawn, and saved some money and hassle, and probably would have had better results. As of now, early November, I have patches where there is no grass left at all. Ill have to replant big areas in the spring. Next year Ill go back to spreading a bag of Scotts on the lawn myself or hire a professional company, or do nothing at all and see if my lawn recovers.

First year with them, lawn looks better then it had in years,we will see how in come in after the deep seeding they are going to do,for a good $$$ so hopefully next spring we will see a difference but so far so good.

Not a good a place

Having used NaturaLawn in the past I would have to rate this as the best year. The staff was courteous and quick to help. I had trouble with some pesky weeds in August that kept coming back but they managed to get rid of the problem without any extra cost to me.

Bottom Line: Reckless techs burned out my 1 acre lawn making it a mud and weed mix requiring aeration and reseeding which was $1,400 I never planned on spending since we paid over $1,000 a year for service. Leadership failure from top to bottom. Bully tactics for selling additional services. After a few years of decent service the regular techs left the company. From then on every treatment a new tech would show up. No one was overseeing the process or progress of my lawn. I called several times about my lawn but all I got was a sales pitch for more services (grub treatment, overseeding, aeration, etc). I mean it was someone reading a script to me like a telemarketer. When I cancelled my service I received a call. I was told there was a new master lawncare expert Thaddeus that would call me personally and come out and perform a lawn assessment. The rep said he MAY even work with me on the services to restore my lawn that NaturaLawn destroyed. Well I waited a few weeks for the scheduling call and lawn assessment. No one ever contacted me. NaturaLawn made no effort to fix the lawn. I would have been happy with a free bag of seed to spread myself. I now use Lawn Doctor. One tech. Very responsive service department. My lawn is recovering.

We have been using NLot A for years now and have nothing but good things to say about the company.The spring after they started the lawn maintenance the grass started to fill in the bare spots and get thicker and has stay that way .All the employees that we have dealt with have been friendly and willing to answer any questions we may have had..We have recommended them numerous time to others, whom in turn have become customers.

NaturaLawn of America has been my lawn care servicer for many years now, and I continue to be delighted with them. I find NaturaLawn to be consistently diligent and responsive, and there is no doubt that my property is better and of higher value because of their involvement with it.

Regularly scheduled fertilizer, weed & grub control keeps lawn healthy and green without harming friendly insects. Its good for me because I dont want full landscape services but dont want to deal with these applications. So I prepay for the best rate, and enjoy a green lawn all season without another thought. 4 stars instead of 5 because response on special requests (lawn problems or optional services) has been inconsistent, but the basic service has been great and a good value.

This team executes the annual plan very well. I asked for a call the day prior, and they always do so.

They test your soil and then come to fertilize periodically. Our lawn is green as can be. It is convenient and affordable.

Weve been customers of NaturaLawn for at least 20+ years. The lawn looks great and the via Tick Ranger, the ticks are few and far between. Having a dog all these years, weve relied on natural products. Great customer service and they come back, willingly, to reapply for ticks if necessary!

They care about customer satisfaction and were responsive. I humbly tell you that the technician came to my house and applied lime and because I could not see ANY indication that it was applied I called. I was told it was brown and after looking on the internet I did see brown product, but it was larger in size and I even expected to see a fine product on the grass or dirt. The manager was quick to come out, polite, and walked around the lawn with me showing me the lime. It was VERY fine and I felt foolish. He offered to do another application because we want our customers to be satisfied. I said it was not necessary, but he insisted since we had a lot of moss and it wouldnt hurt. They came out soon thereafter at no additional charge. I would also like to add I use them for tick control (they go under the name TickRanger) and I have been VERY satisfied with the results. They are thorough and generous with their application. It is organic and my yard is no longer infested. My only suggestion to them is to extend their spray season by a month on either end because ticks are active whenever it is 32 degrees or above.

Used them last year, did not really help my lawn. To their defence i think there are other elements such as water(lack of) and poor soil. I let them seed and irrate and found 0 improvement. I tried comunicate with them multiple times and only recieved communication when they were trying to sell me somthing or when i was canceling. Very friendly over the phone just not for me.

Unfortunately the damage is already done, I wasnt going to leave a note, just a one-star review but since you reached out - we cancelled our service a long time ago and then moved, you guys continue to bill us. I called several times and I was told I would receive a call back and never did, just more bills for services that we never asked for or wanted. We were also extremely dissatisfied with the service we had over the three years we used you guys. We were never satisfied with the way our lawn looked, we felt that you charged us for services that were never really done, and from reading the reviews below it seems like its an ongoing problem that many customers have experienced. We have moved out of the area and long since moved on so it is what it is at this point, I just hope people know that you guys arent as honorable as you should be. I hope you change your ways and we wish you nothing but the best as you hopefully can improve your business practices.

There comes a point in time when enough is enough. They beg for your business and provide a third rate product. Keep an eye on them when they apply. Coverage is less important than speed. I have a spreader. Time to break it out.

Our dogs were constantly getting Erliciosis from all the ticks in our the yard. Everyday wed find ticks on them. Id even find ticks on me from mowing the lawn or just being on the grass. We started finding ticks in our house too. We had these guys come over to spray the yard with their cedar oil tick stuff and it worked great. The spray is good for 3-4 weeks and they recommend 3 applications over the course of the summer.

I started using NaturaLawn a few years ago and have noticed a big improvement in my lawn. They were able to make my greener while taking care of my weeds.The man that comes to my home seems very knowledgeable and always friendly. I also like that they use a safer product so my pets and kids can go out and enjoy the lawn right after.

I signed up with this company for the 2013 season after explaining my lawn issues and being promised the world by one of their salesman. It would have been nice to have an expert come to my home to see what we were dealing with, but I guess thats not their MO. The first red flag went up when a young so called lawn technician showed up to apply my first treatment. I had very little confidence that this individual knew much about lawn maintenance outside of being able to ride around on his motorized spreader. Then came the nonstop sales calls from this company pushing their various products from ticks to grubs to moles. Their attempts to contact me were relentless. I would ignore the calls, but they would continue to come in almost on a daily basis. This infuriated me! And then there was Amanda, one of the office employees. On two separate occasions this female was extremely rude to me. The worst time being after I received a call from one of their representatives telling me they were coming out the next day to apply my first application for the 2014 season. This call came after I told them at the end of the 2013 season that I would call them IF I wanted to continue with them. So I called the office to explain that I had NOT renewed with the company and got Amanda on the phone. She was very short with me when I told her that I hadnt renewed for this season and before I could explain why she abruptly said: THANK YOU SIR, GOODBYE!!! and cut me right off. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. The results were sub par and youll be harassed constantly to purchase more of their products!

This service completely ruined my lawn. Their weed killing formula did not stop crabgrass or ivy that they assured me their product would take care of. They gave me a second application which I was told was just a fertilization. This process browned out my lawn. I was believing in their Natural product but it is terrible!!! My lawn has been the best on the street but after Natural Lawn took over it is one of the worst. No weeds were killed and the violets spread every where and never has so much crabgrass been growing. Inside my pool fence the grass is covered with violets. The whole right side of my lawn burned even though I use a sprinkler system on a regular basis. This product is the worst ever.

I had another lawn care company taking care of my lawn for over 3 years, and I had one of the worst lawns on the block. One of my friends referred me to Naturalawn and I was skeptical because of the nightmare had with my past company. I decided to give them a call and hesitantly gave them my business after talking to one of the customer service people there. On the first visit I met my technician Mike, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Well I just finished my first year with them and I can tell you I was thrilled with the results. My lawn looks great and it s also a bonus I don t have to worry about my two boys running around in harsh chemicals.
