We ve had Lamacchia do several projects around the house including a new brick front walkway, wrought iron railings on a small patio. This year we had Lamacchia install a new concrete floor in an old coal bin in the basement making it a useful storage area, point and seal the brick and stone front stairs to the house and install railings on the front stairs. The whole process, from dealing with Rob to get the estimate and coordinate the job, to communicating with Jackie in the front office, to the great, hard working guys on the crew was seamless. We also appreciated that LaMacchia arranged to have Veterans Powerwashing clean up the front stairs after the work was done. We would no hesitate to use Lamacchia again and are happy to recommend them.

I had my driveway replaced, a retaining wall re-built, and my gutters on the driveway side tied to drains and a dry well last fall. I waited to get through the winter to provide a review. All I can say is that Im very happy selecting Lamacchia, excellent work and team, and quality driveway.

I worked with Lamacchia Landscape on a new patio and they were AWESOME all around. I reached out to them via their website and they responded quickly to better understand what I was looking for. I then scheduled time for an estimate with Joe. He came over on time and after taking a look at our yard he gave us some recommendations on the size of our patio. Joe provided us a with a brochure for various patio pavers and he flagged a few that he recommended based on our setup. Once we selected the pavers, we then scheduled a time to get the job done. Joe was very proactive and responsive. Due to some warmer weather, we were able to install the patio in February. Start to finish was 3 days, the crew was on time and they did an EXCELLENT job all around. The patio looks great and the crew did a great job of cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend Joe and the Lamacchia Landscape team for any landscaping needs.

Joey and his dad (and crew) are grade A technicians. They are perfect gentlemen. Their knowledge, skill and experience produced an excellent product for us and a pleasant experience. In addition, everything was explained well and the work was completed as scheduled. We have recommended them to others and will use their services again for sure.

We have used Lamacchia for snow and ice removal for the past several years. They are thorough, well-organized and prompt. They try, when possible, to do an early pass through the snowstorm to clear us to leave for work even if it is still snowing. They send email and text updates which are always helpful. We are looking forward to using them for garden and lawn maintenance this spring and summer.

This company is amazing. Immediately responded to my inquiry and within two weeks we have an amazing patio for our kids to shoot hoops on and play. We had a big muddy yard with a concrete walkway- and they were able to design and build us an amazing area in our backyard. We will 100% use them again - highly recommend! We did three projects with Lamacchia landscape construction. In the fall we repaved our driveway and updated our front path with new pavers. In the spring we did a large renovation of our backyard space. We could not be happier with the way the projects turned out. Joe was responsive from the first contact all the way through the end of the projects. He was easy to work with. They started each of the projects on time as promised. Pricing was reasonable and stayed very close to the initial estimate. The work crews were exceptionally reliable, very respectful of our property and did excellent quality work on each of the projects. Matt gave us a lovely design for an outdoor space that was open, usable, and beautiful. LaMacchia truly transformed the exterior of our property with bluestone patios, an incredible hand laid wall, new plantings, a gas hook up for grill and fire place, lighting - they turned our backyard a wonderful entertaining space that we have enjoyed this summer and will enjoy for many more to come. Our backyard project did take longer than we had hoped but LaMacchia saw the project through to the final details. I would highly recommend lamacchia for your landscape construction projects.

Our experience with Lamacchia Landscape was great. We did a large project with them that included a major landscaping change, a major driveway enlargement and repaving, rebuilding our front steps and redoing our front walk. Joey, the boss, was great to work with. They took care of everything including surveying and permitting. They made great design suggestions and their work and craftsmanship was of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend them for landscaping/construction needs. we will likely use them again for other projects.

Highly recommend! Lamacchia revamped my backyard this spring which included a new patio, fire pit, tree planting, granite steps, a walkway, and new sod. We are thrilled with how everything came together. While getting quotes, Lamacchias expertise and design concepts shined above the rest. The quality of work was top notch from start to end. Following the job, I was given detailed instructions on how to keep the new sod and trees healthy. Full disclosure on this one . I originally gave Lamacchia Construction a 2 rating based on the actual installation of the asphalt driveway. There was so much collateral damage done by the sub-contractor they used and just an overall sloppy job. Once I posted the review of the work, I immediately heard from Joey. We reviewed the concerns I had about the job, we discussed the issues and he promised immediate action. As a result, I changed the review to a 5. Well, 1 1/2 years later, there are still outstanding issues and the driveway is beginning to show cracks and actually starting to sink in spots. There are also tread marks appearing in the driveway. When it rains, puddles actually form in these areas but Joey has stated that there is nothing wrong with the driveway, so I guess I won t be seeing him anytime soon. This is why I am changing my review. I will be pursuing legal action in small claims court in the near future. This review was posted on another site and the response from Lamacchia was We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. I guess the guarantee only applies on how Lamacchia sees the work and not the customer.

We had Joe and his team build two retaining walls, add granite steps with wrought iron railing, replace a raised patio area, and replace our asphalt driveway. Joe also coordinated a contractor for replacement of our clay sewer pipes during the driveway replacement. Above all, the Joe we met for the quote, was the same authentic person throughout the job. He regularly provided excellent communication to me and my wife. Joe answered all our detailed questions and offered great advice. Joes own skilled team were a happy crew and a pleasure to have. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. We are overwhelmed by the result and would absolutely recommend Joe Lamacchia for your project.

I was looking to have my old, tired, lumpy driveway replaced and expanded and I waited until late in the season (late September) to start due to indecision. I contacted Lamacchia through the website and within a week, Joe was at my house taking measurements and thoroughly examining the jobsite. I was very pleased with the Estimate provided and they were able to get me onto their schedule quickly. They were very professional the entire time, they started working first thing in the morning and worked past sunset on occasion. These guys were great! Ive worked with landscape construction companies before and theyre generally really disorganized. From the moment I contacted them, they have an attentive customer service representative named Nathalia who was extremely responsive. Joe came out and helped scope the project, and then Joey managed the whole thing from start to finish. The workers were here all day working hard and built two large retaining walls, planted 7 x 8ft trees and tied in everything perfectly with all the details. I had fantastic experience working with Lamacchia, and definitely recommend their work.

Joe Lamacchia Landscape did my front steps over. They are very careful doing their work and dont rush. They took the proper time to perform the work properly, and I couldnt be more happy with the results. As a bonus, Joe had my old wrought iron handrails repainted at his shop before they reinstalled them. My husband and I hired Joe Lamacchia Landscape to pave a portion of the driveway that had been paved in gravel. I had contacted a couple of other companies prior to this one. When I contacted this company, Joe was at our house a couple of days later giving an estimate. They did a great job and everyone was professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joe and his crew did our driveway about 4 years ago right before the winter (not the best time to pour asphalt). Earlier this year I noticed a few small pot holes and called Joe.
