Worse than horrible!! Damaged my property doing aerator service 2 years in a row and blamed me each time due to my yard layout not due to their incompetentcy for how they handle their equipment. Refused to fix anything saying they didnt do it. Overtreated grass performing disease control so now I have dead spots but somehow crabgrass is thriving through it. lol. Hire them if you want your grass to look awful and want your property damaged and want rude managers taking no accountability.

Does an excellent job and even comes back when asked because of rain washing treatment away. The employees are always very polite and ask if any concerns .

Ive had tru green for a year and I will admit my lawn has gotten better. During the summer, crab grass has emerged and taken over my lawn even though they put a preventative down. They spend about 5 minutes at my house to treat my backyard and front yard, which makes me think they do a mediocre job spreading material. The amount of phone calls and emails about insect treatments for my shrubs was ludacris. The final straw was today when a sales rep came to my house without telling me that they would be coming through. The sales rep ripped a branch off my crepe myrtle, put it in a bag, and hung it on my door knob. WHO COMES ONTO SOMEONES PROPERTY UNANNOUNCED and starts ripping branches off plants? Its like a roofer coming to your house while you are gone and ripping off a shingle and saying Look what I found (which is what the bag left on my door said). The branch was alive and nearing bloom, but had a couple leaves that had been chewed. I called customer service and told them to remove me from all lists, which he said he did. That being said, be prepared to get your phone blown up for extra services when you sign up with Tru Green. This will be my last season with them.

TruGreen has been servicing our lawn needs for four years. They always do an excellent job. Very satisified with their service.

The technician, Wayne, was very methodical in his application technique. I had 2 questions and he answered them thoroughly and with knowledge.

Don t not use. Dumped pesticide all over front and back entrances to my house. When I called customer service to see what it was he confirmed it was pesticide would not tell me what exactly it was and recommend I clean it up lol. What a joke go with a small company that actually cares.

Great young man. Spoke with me and explained what he was doing today and listened to my requests.

Worst company and service ever. I explained to the sales guy we have used a mosquito company in the past or it was horrible. The service was bad, it didn t work, it was a waste of money, but i couldn t remember what company. The sales guy assured me it wasn t their company and took my payment in full for the year. He stated if i still had mosquitos, i would get a full refund because he knew i wouldn t have an issue. I then got a link to log in, where i could see my past transactions and it was their company. I was completely lied to. Management called and i expressed how irate i was. I m sure it didn t do a thing, they definitely didn t offer me anything. After my first service i called back after a few weeks and told them i did not see a difference in misquotes. They told me i couldn t get treated any sooner than my current scheduled appointment. They came back about a week ago and the same day you could not walk outside without getting bit. I gave it a week and called to cancel since it still didn t improve. They told me i would only get a portion of my money back. I explained what the sales guy told me, and they told me that it was another lie. I tried to get refunded from the treatment they just did because it did not help a single thing, still wouldn t refund even that. For mosquito purposes, this company is horrible. Their sales guy lies just to make money. After i cancelled, a guy called from the company to ask what happened, i explained and his exact response was thank for you taking the time to talk and hung up. He literally hung up on me.

Customer Service doesn t seem to be able to connect directly with the technician but twice when I called they assured me the tech would be out the next day and it simply did not happen. Signed up online to receive a free quote - instead of in person / they just Google map you and decide what s best for you - I was told because of my wooded area on their map. I need grub tree and shrub treatments (keep in mind when I called and they asked what I was looking for, i told them just to treat my lawn for thicker grass). I politely declined, but was told it is in my best interest . And so here is your quote without actually listening to me (very rushed, like how dare you question us )- when I politely said I will shop around and get back to you. I was hung up on. So all I can say is shop around because this service obviously seems to be not worth your/our time if we are not willing to go blindly with there offerings!!

We had some challenges with them initially, but they made the extra effort to make things right and ensure we are satisfied with the value of their services. Very thorough technicians that leave thorough assessment and details of each of their visits.

I initially sought services from Tru Green over a year ago, when I saw advertisement of their guarantee for mosquito prevention treatment. They stand by their word and they did send someone out immediately to my home to perform free service when I contacted them about being bit by mosquito. After that treatment, I have enjoyed being out in my yard without being bit by those pesky critters!!!!!

Everything went smoothly - I really appreciate the app that shows in real time where my service person is. I was able to watch his progress and decide I had time to mow the lawn on a hot humid day before he arrived, and before it got too hot.

TruGreen is a very professional business I love their service I used them about 20 years ago when I lived in King of Prussia Pennsylvania I live in Delaware now and I just went back to them and Im glad I did. I love their service and my grass looks so much healthier and greener.

Paid to have lawn treated for ants, was repeatedly reassured by the manager the treatment was for ants. Guy comes out is here for 10 minutes and runs off. Call to see how the heck they treated an entire lawn in 10 minutes, turns out they only sprayed the plants for mosquitos which the company confirmed is not the same treatment for ants. Called customer service and they said theyd get it figured out, never called back. Called days later and they never actually rescheduled to come do the right service. The ineptitude is incredible.

They are very informed as to the needs of my Lawn.

I dont like this business. A few of my neighbors use them, and to be honest it is a bit of a point of tension, something I dont like. Their lawns look lush and green, but totally sterile, a monoculture with only one type of grass; thats not good for biodiversity. I dont like how it looks and dont like living in a neighborhood with a lot of houses with this type of look. This business also sprays pesticides, which also harms biodiversity. I worry that by people nearby spraying pesticides, which the company says is to control fleas, ticks, spiders, and mosquitoes, that they may be killing beneficial insects and other invertebrates. I love spiders and do not want them killed. Also I am concerned about harm to bees, beetles, beneficial wasps, butterflies and moths, true bugs, mantises, and other insects. I want a diverse array of insects in my yard so that they can pollinate my flowers and also serve as food for bird nestlings which nest in my yard. I love birds and anything that harms or decreases the bird population is getting on my bad side. Every morning I watch the catbirds in my yard feeding in the grass, my grass, that I dont treat. I dont see birds feeding in the yard of the neighbor who uses this company and I suspect it is because they may have sprayed in such a way that kills off the insects and spiders that the birds would have eaten as food. Also the soils in my neighborhood are heavy clay soils that have a problem with permeability, leading to a variety of problems including water pooling and then coming into basements, water running off too fast and overruning the drainage systems. It also makes the soil get really dry in times of drought, which leads the trees and shrubs and flowers to get really unsightly unless you water them a lot. Having fewer insects means fewer things burrowing in the soil which creates problems with aeration and mixing of organic matter into lower layers. The turfgrass monoculture also compounds this problem. I notice that one neighbor who uses this company also cut down a lot of their trees. I dont like that. When neighbors cut down trees, it makes everyones heating bills go up, including mine. I think the people running this business need to step down, retire, or find a new line of work. No one has any business hiring companies like this one. They are not providing any actual value to society. They are destroying value by destroying biodiversity. I would love to hire a company that could help seed plants into my lawn that are locally-native, derived from local wild populations, ideally taken from within a few miles, and that will have diverse root systems. I would like to be able to choose between lawns mowed every week or every few weeks, or meadows that could be cut once a year. I want a lawn that contains grasses, sedges, rushes, and other broadleaf plants. But this company doesnt offer that service; instead Ive had to painstakingly learn how to identify individual plants, collect seeds myself, individually, and spread them around. It is time-consuming and it would be nice to just pay a professional to do that, but apparently thats not an option, there are just companies like this promoting sterile monocultures of non-native turfgrass. Another service I would like, I am interested in integrated pest management. For example there are some experts who know little details like, if you make a certain grade of slope around a pond, it changes the vegetation in such a way that favors things that eat mosquitoes (good) or alternatively it favors things that eat the the things that eat mosquitoes (bad). Or alternatively, I would love to know what I can do to encourage more things like tree frogs that eat mosquitoes. Or other people have bird nesting boxes and they attract insect-eating birds. I think this is so cool. I dont really know about this and would love to hire someone who knows this sort of thing about how to keep the mosquito population down. So like, these are a few ideas of how this company could change or develop in such a way that Id like them.

Jalil and his partner showed up looking exhausted in the afternoon, it was hot and humid, but they performed their responsibilities perfectly got almost every corner of my lawn. Excluding where the sprinkler heads were. They did a fantastic job. GTW

Great service with professionals, great timing

The operators always do a great job and the lawn shows it. Im contacted ahead of time when the service will be completed which helps plan when I mow and have the lawn ready because of the dogs messes!

The technician was very patient as it took some time to cycle through my sprinkler so that no heads would be damaged. He was very professional and even helped to mark each one.

He was eager to help me. Very nice. We walked our yard & discussed my problem & possibilities to slowly help rid our yard of unwelcome grass. I am shocked this was not adressed by your company. The gentleman is not to blame.

Technician confirmed that back yard was Aerated and seeded and the front yard was not during the last service which occurred just two days ago. He preformed the service and gave me a suggestion on how to kill the moss growing on the parameters of the front yard. Great customer service.

No weeds and I have a green lawn

Not happy with the overall look and feel of the grass at my house. Especially the backyard. Had an issue where I was charged even though nothing was done. First call to customer service I was hung up on when addressing the issue. The following call I was lucky enough to speak with a wonderful woman who listened to my concerns. Overall, the grass doesnt look any better than before. Little bit more burnt grass than usual and the backyard doesnt look good as I hoped it would. Im not sure if this is just because of this being the first year or what. Im contemplating whether to use them again or look for someone else.

First treatment too early.

I haven t had any luck with TruGreen. I used them a few years back and had issues with them treating the lawn when they said they would. The scheduling was a nightmare. I treated my own lawn the next year without issues. However, TruGreen called back and gave me an outstanding offer, so I gave them a second chance. I had nothing but issues from the start. From not treating the entire lawn on the very first visit, then the second visit the sprayer was broke so they couldnt treat for weeds or crabgrass. Months went by and it was too late for the pre emergent and finally sprayed for weeds at the end of June. By that time, clover and ground ivy had taken over about 70% of the lawn. Each treatment after when they came out was followed by storms and downpours that rendered the spray useless. Very nice technicians and everyone was pleasant and tried to help, unfortunately my yard got worse. I think the technicians were behind the eight ball due to faulty equipment on numerous occasions. My yard suffered because of it.

Overall, good job. Tru-Green missed a few spots which I would like to overseed. I asked them for a small bag of seed that I was promised at time of purchase when I reviewed the job, but have not heard back from them. Would give them 4 stars if they dont respond.

I was very impressed with William W. work on my property. He took the time to listen to my concerns and acted intentionally to make sure my concerns were addressed. I really appreciate Williams work ethic. Great job! William is definitely a great asset to TruGreen.

The prices are too high for the area treated and amount of product used. The results of the treatment is good, but no better than what I was doing myself. The service is whats expected, but I was still pulling weeds afterwards.

They aerated by lawn in the middle of a drought in July because someone else was getting it done in the area and it was convenient . They usually wait till the fall after ur last treatment as they did the year before . Terrible company and constantly trying to upswell you with calls and mail for mosquito treatments and tree and shrub treatments . Still had some weeds as well

Spent an hour on hold/in between departments & Was ultimately hung up on after I declined an add-on aeration service. I paid >$1100 for service in 2021, but aeration was not included. I Asked for a quote to add it but when I declined they tried to use a sales tactic to pressure me to do something that was not necessarily in best interest. Did not appreciate it that.

I used them last year and they ruined my lawn. TruGreen apologized and said they d reimburse me $400 for new sod for damaged areas but they ignored my multiple requests with the sod invoice to get reimbursed. UPDATE: After 10 months of trying to get reimbursed, I finally got my $400 (once corporate responded to this review).

Just terrible, promise you the world, and your lawn looks the same, if not worse. Finally had a manager come out after over a year of the service and tell me that my lawn was as good as it was gonna get, and having 5-7 different types of grass and different colors was normal. Also, I used to have to beg the company to do my back yard, which is still full of weeds and bare spots. Really feel taken, as I paid over 1200 bucks and my lawn is arguably worse then it was before they started. They also automatically renew your lawn care the following year without any sort of notification. So you continue to pay for a service that is have little to no effect on your lawn. Go elsewhere.

The picture with the nice grass was before I paid for Trugreen the second picture with the burnt grass was after I paid for services. Trugreen representative confirmed that they must have burnt our grass- so essential I paid for a service to damage my grass. When I called customer service to see how they can help they said they have to send it over and a manger will call me 24/48 hours later. Two weeks go by and I never received a call and when I call back I received the same response. Overall horrible customer service, horrible product, and a horrible experience- should change the name to Trutheft

I use them to care for my lawn and trees and bushes and they treat it and my property as if it was there own.

Called customer service due to the person that came out to spray my shrubs and trees informing me that he wasnt spraying the trees around my pool because it was going to be $130 dollars, different of what the sales person already quoted me for my whole property. Customer service Rep Kamile was so unprofessional, showed no interest or concern for my issued for the service. At this time, I was so upset and frustrated that I told her to cancel all the services that I had with them. I then asked her if she had an extension incase I had issues with my cancelation in the future. Her response was no sir you can talk to other staff, I dont have an extension. This is the problem that we have now in days with this poor customer service that are just there to collect a check and dont care of the companys business or customer. This is sad!

Todays technician, Roxanne Higham, did a great job! She also did my last retreat (1st treatment done by a different tech that else was not effective), that really worked and kept the mosquitos away for weeks. I was at home while she was spraying and when she was done gave me really good, easy tips for keeping insects away between treatments. I have been a customer for 4 years, but for the 1st time this year had problems with my initial treatments done by different technicians. But Roxanne delivered both great customer service and thorough, effective treatments.

I am revising my initial review. After reading the reviews, we were hopeful that TruGreen Lawn Care would be a long time lawn care provider for us. Our first TruGreen application did not go well. As a follow up to our disappointing first TruGreen application, I met with Mr. David Brangers, the Wilmington, Delaware, TruGreen Branch Office, Service Manager. It was a very positive and a very productive meeting. Clearly, Mr. Brangers is very knowledgeable about lawn care, which I was very happy about. Mr. Brangers answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He identified the various grass types in our lawn, and highlighted areas of lawn stress. He emphasized what I could also do to strengthen or lawn, such as proper watering, and setting my lawn mower at the proper cutting height. Before leaving, Mr. Brangers took soil samples for testing. After my meeting with Mr. Bangers, moving forward, I felt confident that working with him, and his TruGreen team, we could achieve the type of lawn care we were looking forward to having. Unfortunately, after the second lawn application, we were more disappointed than the first application, we canceled the service. I continue appreciate the time Mr. Brangers spent with me. After clearly communicating not to treat a particular area within the lawn perimeters, the technicians proceeded to chemically treat the garden area. In that garden area were organic watermelons that took time to germinate and grow. Highly upset with how blatantly disrespectful those technicians were considering that they were told multiple times not to chemically treat it. Now those said watermelons are inedible and the garden is ruined. A discount was offered but that doesn t rectify the situation by any means. HIGHLY WOULDN T recommend using TruGreen

This was the worse service I ever received from any company period. I had one service done and took them over 6 weeks of no shows before I cancelled after one service. On top of the wait time of over 6 weeks I had more dandelions after the treatment for weeks then I ever had putting my own granulated down. Will never use this company again and highly advise against this sham of a company. Save your money, and time dont bother even calling.

I am very frustrated with TruGreen here in the Bear, DE area. I ve had some issues during the past few years with services but 2021 has definitely been the worst! In March, instead of putting down pre-emergent crab grass control/weed control, TruGreen put down fertilizer only. Then the weeds came out! They corrected the problem later that month. On May 20 (after telling me they were coming out on May 18 and did not - even though we had perfect weather), a guy named Kevin was to come and provide grub control and a routine service which they did not tell me what was about. I watched him approach on the tracker on my app. He passed our house and served the house down the street. Then as the app told me that he had arrived, I noticed that he finished that service down the street and indicated on the app that he had arrived at our house. Kevin put on the service history that he complete the two services at our house. That is completely false since he did not come to our house. HE WAS GONE!!! I am extremely livid! I would love to get a full refund for the year!

I ve used Trugreen for many years. Sadly, the past 3 have been a complete waste of my money. From having to continually follow up to get them back to resolve the issues and now, I ve been scheduled 4 times with no one that showed up. Nearly fraudulent at this point! They show up (maybe) and apply whatever is on the prescription for the day. No one looks at the lawn or adjusts for the conditions. Hire local or look at another service. Trugreen is a scam.

So we canceled trugreen after 4 years because we are moving to a new house with a 2 and a half acre yard. They gave me a quote to treat the new yard and we chose not to continue service. It s been a little over a week now and they continue to call me almost every day wanting to continue service it s ridiculous and borderline harassment at this point.

No stars. Major confusion on their part. Lawn Dr. had no difficulty in doing business with me.

We knew when the tech was arriving:. We asked questions and we got answers. We saw results on our lawn.

Only had one application so far. The customer service was excellent They are awful! Started out great but after that it went down hill. I would not ever recommend this company. I am going back to Lawn Dr

This company states they guarantee satisfaction. My lawn has never looked worse in the seven years I owned the home. The last fertilizer treatment killed alot of my grass.I had stripes of dead and stripes of green grass. There are multiple odd patches of totally dead grass like it was sprayed with weed and grass killer. I have multiple weeds and crabgrass. I was told in the beginning I would have an expert take soil samples and discuss a plan with me. It never happened. I have emailed and texted them multiple times to come treat my nutsedge and the personnel even put in a request to treat it weeks ago with no response. They dont have their personnel wear masks and I couldnt even stay outside due to the gumes of the treatment. They also dont provide water for personnel. It is important to stay hydrated during these heat spells. I pre-paid unfortunately. I will never use them again. My lawn is so much worse than when I started. I feel bad for my neighbors to have to look at it. A true rip off.

This is for the tree and shrub service. We had been on vacation and came back to find many of our bushes dead or dying with disease. The day we got back the Tru green tech came to do routine service on tree and shrubs. We never saw him, but he left his standard note. There was handwritten notes, but nothing referring to the dead and dying boxwood bushes. We called trugreen and they promised to send someone out to see, twice they scheduled this with customer service sincere concern and twice the tech didnt show up, even with calls from customer service and scheduling folks that the tech was coming. Even app showed map with him on the way. We are 15 year customers, and have tried to handle this thru the company. No tech or supervisor has reached out to us. This is the first time we have ever complained. We will be looking for new lawn, tree and shrub service. I suggest you do to if serviced or of the Newport de trugreen office.

Fantastic experience. Our lawn looks a 1000 times better than it was this spring. Our lawn care guy does an excellent job every time he comes over for maintenance. He provides overview of what is being done.

Upon sign up rep input wrong street number. After calling and emailing was assured corrected. Serviced my neighbors lawn. Called again due to damage to neighbors lawn. First service rep drops dirt hose with chemicals on our pool. Emailed Daryl for MDS sheets. Argued with me and took a follow up call to finally receive. Cancelled service with Daryl who assured me completed. I received to bills and after three emails no response. Terrible customer service. On going issue for several months with failure to respond to multiple emails and calls. Don t sign up at Newark, DE.

Truegreen is NOT a service I would. Dont use them..!! The applications and treatments are terriable and did not get rid of the weeds, or improve the existing grass. They are not timely, or responsive to issues.

For my first application, the technician did not show up. They rescheduled him to come at a later date. When he did show up the next time, he did not actually perform any service per my Ring camera; he stayed in his vehicle, dropped the invoice at my front door, and left. I called TruGreen to inform them of this and they offered a free reservice. I made sure to intercept the technician (the same one) this time to ensure that he sprayed the lawn. For today s service, I was sent an e-invoice and a claim that the service had been completed, but the trugreen vehicle never even appeared on my street. I canceled my service and the customer service representative was very kind about the cancellations, but I m sure there are others out there who are receiving fraudulent invoices from this company when the techs aren t completing services. I am fortunate to have cameras at my front and back. I d stay away from this company if you don t.

Seriously terrible. After buying a new house in April we wanted to try and get some care done to our lawn. We decided to go with TruGreen and BOY was it a mistake. First problem: I paid for seven applications as part of my plan, and the website consistently showed that I was only getting six. I dealt with customer service on the phone who was incapable of counting to seven. It was a LONG drawn out ordeal to get them to promise me what I paid for. The front of our house, admittedly, looked improved. The grass was more green, and weeds appeared to have diminished, however it did not appear that they touched the rest of our yard. The insect/grub inspection that they did noted that they saw nothing, when we had a pretty good ant problem in our back yard that we were dealing with. As time went on through the three applications we received, there was no improvement to dead spots in our back yard, and no reduction in the amount of crab grass. After numerous calls, I finally got to speak with their office manager who told me that she would be scheduling a supervisor to come out and walk our property with us. Instead, they scheduled us for a free treatment, something that we really did not want until we got our concerns addressed with the company. A local supervisor FINALLY called me after numerous attempts, Dave was his name, and our conversation on the phone was brief. Hi, this is Dave. I want to schedule a time to come out and look at your property. No questions about what is going on, no reassurance that they would fix anything etc. just completely aloof. We found a local company, and just from talking to them on the phone they are polite, responsive and just generally friendly. It is probably going to cost us more than TruGreen but itll definitely be worth it.

A technician came to my house to do service and left a big pile of chemical in my driveway my child ended up sticking her hand and it had a reaction to it I called the office and it took me calling seven times in about 17 hours for someone to return my phone call. When the manager finally did return my call they downplayed the situation and basically said it was not a big deal definitely do not recommend.

The truGreen manager Dave stopped by and recommend another weeding. To kill more of my good grass? I am afraid! How much more damage can truGreen do to my lawn? Can someone recommend how I can fix my lawn to be normal?

Was a loyal customer for 3 years and had to switch finally to another company this year. 1st year was ok. Last year and this year were horrible. Over the past 2 summers my front lawn slowly died. To the point where 75% was completely bare. Everytime I spoke to the technician he claimed it needed more water. A whole year they said that while I continuously watered to no avail. After I finally complained about the condition of the law then the tech changed to your watering it too much. So asked for a supervisor to come out. And who do they send...the same tech who didnt know if the lawn needed water or not. I canceled their service immediately after that. Hired another company and Im finally no longer paying to have the worst lawn on my block. They do not care about your lawn and the techs seem to have zero knowledge regarding actual lawn care. They just spray and leave. Complete waste of my money.

Dont waste your time or money with the TruGreen lawn Care from the Wilmington Branch! Broke my fence and refuses to pay for damages! They use diluted fertilizers that are not effective. Constant sales calls that wouldnt stop! Look elsewhere

I was charged for services I did not receive. Employees do not follow instructions. The head manager Jack Baily will give a lot of lip service but he will never correct the problem. Youve been warned.

Had been with them for YEARS.Had some issues but worked it out. My biggest concern is the prices going up. They should reward long standing customers and Senior Citizens. Due to the price I have to find another company.

We started using Tru Green two years ago. The lawn has never looked better. While I never had personal interaction with the specialist, they always were there when they said they would be. Great Lawn Care.

In only 2 applications a have a beautiful yard

I have had a very positive experience with TruGreen Lawn care. They have been out to my house twice this season and I have already seed results. I spoke with the tech who treated my lawn and he was very knowledgeable.

This company scammed me. Their rep told me when I signed up last August that the prepaid plan covers 2 years to fix my brown lawn and control the wild weed. Well, 06/2019, suddenly the prepaid plan ran out in less than a year then they start charging me a reoccurring fee. A very dishonest billing practice. Regarding their service, the brown lawn was fixed but the wild weed is still out of control.

Is there a zero start cause I think even one start is too much for this company. i have been dealing with this company for three years and my lawn is full of all kind of weeds and every time I ask to talk to talk to someone they just make excuses that because of the mother nature or because of the woods in the back of the property (Same situation as my neighbors ) or this time they were trying to blame it on the people who installed the sprinkler system. I have a simple question every time and that is am i going to get a lawn with minimum weed (Not weed free) or not but all I hear is a long ;list of issues and how they will cause all the issues and I have been told that i dont understand. To prove they are right the even insult your intelligence and shush you. I really hope some one from upper management respond to this email cause i am not going to stop and will start sending emails and going to court if i have too cause i have paid them for three years of service including aeration and reseeding.

There ok , but they shouldn t lead you on and tell you there going to come out one day then don t show , they promised me they would be out by the weekend but never showed and I had guess coming, I had to run to home depot to get some bug control for my party , SO DISAPPOINTED when I call them they said I would be in the schedule for the following Monday, THAT NOT COOL after I paid them in full , so I hope they do a good job when they come , I will keep update my experience on tru green

So figured I would give them benefit of the doubt , I left a review about a month ago about them failing to show up as scheduled and agreed for re spray and almost two months in between services. Well it happened again. They finally showed up for monthly spray way past the 30 day mark, I called on Tuesday 7/16/19 for a re-spray because we re having a party on Sunday ,( spoke to a customer and he supposedly put us in for re-spray )because even though that s the third treatment We still have a whole load of mosquitos that s eating us alive . It is now 7/19/19 6:35pm have not received a call to tell us when they re coming. They have not come to re-spray Don t waste your time with this company. Their spa rats are ineffective and when asked for respiratory which they re suppose to do for free. It s like pulling teeth and no show

Both technicians that have come so far have been awesome. Both showed up when they were supposed, were professional and knowledgeable. Our yard is green and the grass seed is coming up. Prior to TruGreen coming, our yard was brown.

Our lawn continues to improve. Mole problems have disappeared. Were constantly being complimented by our neighbors on our lawns color and condition. Service personnel are always friendly and helpful when asked for advice.

I think they do a good job (neighbors often compliment me about my yard) but they are a bit expensive and are constantly trying to get me to add new services (insect control, etc...)

Disappointed! The techs are nice but the customer service sucks! They will cancel your service without notification if you miss one payment ! After Scotts merged with True Green things just hasnt been the same. Next year I will use another lawn care service.

The yard currently looks very good, so the services are clearly working. Ric Harrison (branch #8595) treated our lawn last week and made a point to inform me about the specific treatment he was applying that day. We have spoken a few times before as well, and he is always very professional and knowledgeable.

Awful! Horrible! Worst experience ever... and that does not touch the surface of how horrible my lawn looks after using their service for one year.I wish I could attach a picture to this post. Pictures say so much more than words possibly could.

No complaints about the service in 2016, then in 2017 they started doing a bunch of things I didnt ask for and auto-charged me for them. When I called customer service to find out why they got very defensive. Ended up with a compromise but still had to eat money for services I didnt ask for.

A comapny can only be as good as their frontline employees. David Brangers is professional and courteous. He took effort to explain to me every time as to what need to be done and what was done. His knowledge and kindness is very reassuring. The result from the lawn is excellent.

Trugreen is not true to their words my mothers yard looks horrible. They dont come out when they are suppose to had made multi calls to find out whats going on. I had a tech tell my mom that you have weeds.We asked him isnt what your job is to get rid of the weeds. Never again will be using someone else. Dont waste your money with this company nothing but excuses and headaches.

Completely unreliable. First serviced my lawn in April. After being advised I had just aerated and seeded my lawn the tech ignored his notes and put a pre emergent down, killing all of my seed. After numerous phone calls and apologies from several managers I finally saw a tech for my 2nd treatment of the year at the end of July. 3 months later. And the best part is I was told the treatment would be free of charge for my inconvenience. They billed my credit card more then double what the treatment should have cost. Stay away. Not worth the headache

*Warning*!!!!!TruGreen is the absolute worst company!! Right for the start they missed my 1st appointment 4 different times, not due to weather, due to technicians getting sick? Or going home early. The place is a rip off, from techs rushing threw your property only to leave you with a bogus bill with extra charges, to charging you when no service was performed. Save your money and just treat your yard yourself

TruGreen is the absolute worst. They dont follow through with anything, all they do is make up excuses. They have merged with Scotts which makes it even worst to get in touch with anyone from the local office to complain. I have been waiting for four weeks to have my lawn aerated and seeded for the winter and have yet to see or hear from anyone. I would not recommend them to anyone.

TruGreen has improved my lawn in only two seasons using their service. Weeds were gone after the first year. During the second year the lawn had almost no bares spots. The second aeration seemed to really improve the thickness of the grass. The backyard has taken more time to look like the front yard because of a lot more nutsedge weeds in the back. I couldnt be more pleased with the results from using TruGreen. I enjoy taking care of my lawn and the TruGreen service has been money well spent.
