My grass was thin, weedy, unhealthy but Biolawn developed a plan and by the next year it was notably improved; 6 years later my lawn is lush and thick and healthy. During the recent hot dry stretch - I watered responsibly and my lawn responded quickly, demonstrating how resilient it has become. Biotree prunes and sprays for beetles and crab scab as well. My trees had been nearly decimated by these insects and fungus. Today - my trees are full and green. Carrie and her team are personable, responsive, available to answer questions and concerns. They do not try to up sell at every turn - rather they teach and inform so that the customer understands their lawn and foliage and their natural growth cycles. It takes time, it takes patience but when done well - a lawn/tree service like BioCare can get results that d you d hoped for. I recommend BioCare without reservation!

First you have to wait a while before you get the product. You will then receive a cheap piece of carpet. Then Ill try it. And if you havent gotten a blade of grass in a few weeks, its too late to return it. So this is worthless!!

One of their technicians sprayed chemicals on our lawn without permission. The neighbor s border is easily defined with tress and bushes running down to the road. So it was no mistake. He apparently thought that the area by the street needed some chemicals so he sprayed about 12 feet of our lawn near the street. They have expanded quickly in our area so maybe they haven t had enough time to properly train all their technicians? I d be wary I called and spoke to a receptionist but never heard from a manager as she said would happen. It s been over a week but no response so I d be wary of that as well. No response if they mess up.

Chuck has been our lawn technician for 2 years now and he has done wonders for our lawn along with being friendly and professional. Our lawn used to be littered with weeds and after we got BioLawn Chuck came out and took care of the problem in no time and has maintained it since then! Chuck has helped us understand how to keep our lawn looking healthy and green! He even gives our dog treats every time he comes to the house and plays with him a bit before he puts him back on our deck so he can do the backyard! 10/10 would recommend BioLawn for any of the services they offer! Patrick, the agronomist at bioLawn, has been a great help. Our lawn was in rough shape after years of neglect. After the first few applications the lawn was improving but I wanted to know what more could be done. After talking with the friendly person in the office, I sent in some photos for Patrick to review. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me over the phone and we came up with a game plan for my lawn. Now that it is fall, my lawn has improved greatly and I cant wait to see what improvements happen next year.

We switched to Bio-Lawn from another local company after seeing the quality of the product and their level of communication with my neighbors. After reaching out online, they sent someone out to look everything over and came up with a customized plan for my yard. A few months later my yard looks fantastic and weed free!

I love looking at my lawn. Sounds crazy but it is true. I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. Thick green grass thanks to biolawn. Can not say enough GOOD thing about biolawn. The best lawn service in the state of Minnesota.

First application didn t work. They came back out and only partially worked. They approached me with a fall lawn aeration special . I paid for service on Sept 28. As of October 12, 15 days later I still have no services provided. Received a call from damage control Dennis. Gave a very poor apology and went off topic about natural seeding and such and my services paid for were aeration. That was it. Aeration. He must like the sound of his own voice because he had zero interest in solving my concern. He continued to talk about seeding and confirmed other customers are more important than me even though my money is in their till with no services provided. All they had to do was agree to fulfil what they approached me on and sold to me. This interaction confirmed they are poorly run company and clearly very understaffed. Hmmmm, I wonder why? Stay away!!!!!! If you are needing services of any kind I can promise you, this company will not provide it.

BioLawn has been excellent in communicating ahead of time what they are doing, what products they are using and why. I spoke to a sales rep prior to signing up, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. Im very pleased that the products they use are much safer than most, AND highly effective. We had tons of thistles and some misc. other weeds in our yard that just become too much to pull individually. I was nervous that BioLawns applications wouldnt work as well as the more common, highly-toxic products used by other companies, but my concerns were quickly alleviated when I saw how fast the weeds died off. It has been about 6 weeks now, and I havent seen any come back. To top it all off, BioLawns pricing is competitive with other lawn treatment companies. Easy 5-star rating!

Im not overly concerned about how my yard looks, to be honest. One time my Bio Lawn tech contacted me about a few weeds I had in my lawn that I hadnt even noticed. I asked him why he was concerned and he said Its my job and told me what I could do to help with the situation. Turned out I was mowing my grass too short which allowed some weed seeds to take root. I raised my mower setting to 2.75 and have no more weeds. Great company that takes its job seriously.

Lawn Maintenance & More For Your Home! Please Read!! All I can say is if you are in need of any issues regarding your lawn, Biolawn is the company you need to call! For the last few years we have been using Biolawn for our lawn maintenance needs and they have knocked it out of the park! Josh has literally turned our lawn, that was literally the Charlie Brown Christmas tree version of lawns, and turned it into a lawn that is full, green, and has every single neighbor asking, who got our lawn looking like a million dollars?!?!? It gets better! Biolawn isnt just a lawn service, but also Biohome service! Josh & Todd came out today to do the duct cleaning in our home. I know, I know, that duct cleaning thing is just a scam, and I totally agreed with you until today! Josh has brought up duct cleaning to us for a couple of years now and has never once been pushy with the service, but actually informed us as to the benefits of having your ducts properly cleaned. Well, Josh again this last Fall mentioned the duct cleaning benefits and I told him I would think about it. Biolawn/Biohome was having a sale on duct cleaning and I decided to take Josh up on the sale offer after he gave me call to tell me about it. All I have to say is...PROPER DUCT CLEANING IS NOT A SCAM!!! OMG you should have seen that nasty dust, pet hair, things the kids put down the vents to hide things when they were younger, etc. that came out of the vents and ducts in our home! I am now a true believer in getting your ducts cleaned. My wife has severe allergies and asthma and that was the major reason why I decided to have Josh do the duct cleaning and I am glad I did! Josh, thank you so much for all of your hard work and full dedication and truly caring and taking care of your customers! Biolawn/Biohome, you guys are simply the best and there are not enough good things I can say about you! Biolawn has been out one time and used a liquid fertilizer/weed suppressant that is working quite well to suppress above ground activity of dandelions and possibly other weeds I have not scouted out. The lawn is looking a little better. I am sad to have my Creeping Charlie die as I would really prefer it to lawn, but I dont want to be run out of the neighborhood. The small front yard does look quite a bit better but does have many grass free spots where I dug out weeds. I really need to see more weeks of care before I can make an accurate assessment of the results, but I like the process as planned. So ask me again in about a month.

My grass always looks beautiful right on time. They inform me of some issues in my lawn to address but do not force the sale in any way. They just write it on the slip they leave on the days they come, and it s totally up to you if you want to add it. Their prices are very reasonable. They are professional and always come when they are scheduled. I never have to do a thing. It s great!!!

I moved into a home with a neglected lawn in 2015. A beautiful, healthy lawn and landscape is as important to the value of your home as the effort you spend to care for the interior. I spent so much money trusting big name lawn care companies and for years thought a thick, green, dense, weed free lawn was just not realistic. For years! This spring I took a chance.. I cancelled my other company and signed up for service with BioLawn. The lack of harsh chemicals and lesser price were just bonuses to the fact that they were professional on the phone and in person. Not some ever changing service tech that just had a summer job and lacked effort to do a thorough job. I have given BioLawn the opportunity to surprise me over this past summer. My lawn has repaired bare spots, thicken, greened and has been the healthiest it has been in 7 years just in a few months! Lawn care is a process. So far, I am truly pleased and can see my lawn becoming exactly what I hoped. I do not review companies or usually offer my opinion. But, I am honestly that pleased. I am still working on full weed and crab grass control but overall, my yard is thriving.

What I love is how much they communicate. We ll get an email telling us they re coming, when they ll come, what they ll do, and what we should do when they re done (such as water in the fertilizer, etc.) staff are cheerful , helpful, and knowledgeable.

We are totally happy with this service, having used them for several years for seeding, aeration, grub control, fertilizer and weed control. The lawn has never looked better. Friends, neighbors and even the ISU turf doctor all agree!! Its clear that bioLawn personnel are well educated and experienced in the business. This is often not the case with lawn care companies, as I have learned in the past. Additionally, the clear, timely communications with the administrative staff are most appreciated as are the periodic emails about specific lawn challenges and how to deal with them.

I heard about this company on Nextdoor and am so glad I called them. We have a lot of trees in the back yard and over the years the grass has gotten thinner or bald in some spots. We started with them in July and have had 3 fertilizer/weed treatments and there has been an amazing difference in our lawn. This fall we also did the aeration and overseeding and now our lawn is totally filled in, thicker than its been in years and a beautiful emerald green color. They are reasonably priced, come when scheduled our yard looks the best it has in years. Highly recomnend.

Ive used BioLawn for the past 2 years and love them. This year, I had BioHome clean my carpets, air ducts and dryer vent. The technicians were awesome. One of them is actually my lawn tech. They were friendly and explained everything in detail. We were quite impressed with the results, and will definitely have them return.

I ordered delivery of a Christmas Tree this past holiday season through BioTree. They delivered a very fresh tree on the day requested and it truly was the nicest tree I have ever had. The tree lasted with very little needle loss for nearly one month, was well-shaped, fit perfectly in my desired spot and I highly recommend this service.

Tore up my yard with equipment, minor but it happened. Failed to apply product / treatment consistently to property lines or in any narrow areas.

We have been so pleased with BioLawn. We raise honey bees and bioLawn has been very conscientious not to apply anything to our yard and numerous gardens which would endanger the bees. We raise every thing organically so this is important. Moreover, when there has been a slight misstep on bioLawns part, they notify us and make it right. We could not be happier with their attitude and knowledge. They have been successful in riddidng our lawn of creeping Charlie, which has been a long time problem. It had grown into the gardens. We can now keep the gardens free of this weed and not have to worry about the lawn.

BioLawn has been doing our lawn for all of 2018. We are pleased with the application of bio-friendly products and the freedom of using the lawn the same day of application, especially with kids and a dog. The company has been quick to respond to questions or concerns in-between service calls. This past year was difficult with crab grass and weeds. The service side has done a great of writing reports on the lawn and making suggestions to improve lawn quality after each visit. We ve had great interactions with every associate from BioLawn. Pleased with the customer service and ownership at all levels.

We have used Bio Lawn for our lawn care for sometime now. Always been happy with the results. Ive gotten many compliments on my lawn from neighbors, passerbys. Several of my neighbors have switched to them as well. I have many bird feeding stations and feel secure knowing their products are not hazardous to the birds and pets. Ive found their staff to be very attentive and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy.

Ive been using bioLawn for several seasons now, and our yard has never looked this good before. The improvements has been so good Ive had a few neighbors ask who were using and they too have signed up for their services as well. The one time a service tech made a mistake and failed to treat our backyard, they took the feedback and addressed the concern the very next day. They were very good to start with. An arborist from bio tree was supposed to come twice and despite a couple calls, that never happened. And my yard was supposed to be overseeded last year and that didnt happen. Giving them another shot this year because I like what their objective/mission is.

We have been using Biolawn for about 5 years for our annual lawn maintenance, weed control, etc. The service is wonderful and our lawn looks great. I wanted to use a more environmental friendly product, but still have a nice lawn. This seems to fit the bill. Would recommend them to anyone!

My lawn was in pretty bad shape when I restarted biolawn services last year. By the end of the season, it had completely turned around -- weeds were eradicated and grass was green and thick again by the fall! All service calls were handled professionally and promptly.

Over the past five (5) years we have had the best experience with BioLawn! My wife and I have used at least four other lawn companies and BioLawn has provided the best weed control and the thickest green grass compared to the competition. The service is great and have not made one call to BioLawn to come out and review a problem. Primarily because in five years we havent had a problem!!

bioLawn has been our lawn service for MANY years - their service is wonderful and they have been flexible with timing and our multitude of construction projects over the summers. We receive an email about pending service and on the rare occasion that we end up with a conflict they reschedule for us. While we have no way of knowing if that is true, we continue to trust that it is.

I started using bio lawns services for lawn treatments in the spring. I had at least 4 applications. I found dead parts on plants after they were here. I also gave up their services after I found weeds in my lawn and asked them to come out to spray again per their agreement as apart of their contract, and after a few calls they finally were going to come back out to do another application so they could charge me for the visit and take care of the weeds then. I did not find my lawn looked good or healthy this summer. I also had recommended them to someone early this spring and that person started using them, but quit after damage to her plants and a tree occurred. Bio lawn also dropped the ball on follow up with that person. I was sorry I recommended them.
