I was a customer for four years. Most of that time I would have left a five star review. However, we just fired them. We have right at a 1/4 acre and when we started with them, the representative said we for in their lowest pricing tier. About a year ago, we noticed that they weren't treating our whole yard. We mentioned to the person who was treating our yard and he gave us some attitude. The next time they came, we mentioned it again and he insisted on measuring and then said we weren't being charged correctly and said our rates would increase. So, we fired them. And they didn't seem to care.

The person who did my lawn was courteous and professional. He was meticulous and provided a clear report of what was done.

Great company with reasonable prices for service. 5-year relationship with them and they never disappoint.

I arrived home shortly after technician had arrived. He had already started working on the lawn. He stopped to explain to me what he was doing some other general information on my yard. Once he was done he left the invoice on the door. Very nice guy and made sure he covered entire yard. Looking forward to the next application.

We've been using Natural Lawn of America for about 7 years now and we are always pleased with the results of our lawn. We only had an issue once, and when I called they immediately sent someone back out to address the problem and fix it. You will be happy if you choose them for all of your lawn care options.

Second treatment was ineffective, when I called I was told they wouldn't honor their guarantee that was clearly stated on their invoice (no retreatment or refund) I don't like businesses that don't stand behind their promises.
