US Lawns services a park, trail, and neighborhood near my home. I have often seen their hard working team servicing the area with much care and integrity. They are respectful of the property, people, and pets out enjoying the park and trails while they are busily working. I am thankful to benefit from their services and appreciate their curtesy.

Entered my back patio gate and began using a leaf blower at 5:30pm. Was not asked to do this, was not supposed to be doing this, took 10 min of me telling the guy to get off my property before he left. Come on my property again and I will call the police.

Horrible, unprofessional company. They broke my girlfriends rear windshield when a rock was hurled from their lawn mower, while she was inside of her apartment. They tried not saying anything about it, until a witness that saw it happen went and got her. It’s been about 7 or 8 months, and they continue to refuse to pay for it and have closed the case. They told her it would all be paid for and she wouldn’t have to leave her car at the shop THEY picked out, about an hour away in Hampton. Come to find out, she would have to pay $100 on the spot and leave her car there for a significant period of time. The opposite of what they said. Wouldn’t trust this company to do anything right and we didn’t even use them personally; even my 3 yo knows not to mow over a rock and he doesn’t even know how to mow.

They are contracted at our apartment complex, and they always do such a poor job. They mow our almost non existent grass which causes dirt to literally fly everywhere. They end up blowing the leaves in the back of our complex where they just pile up throughout the winter. We just end up raking up our own leaves and tossing them and end up doing a way better job. They were at our complex today, and my flower bed had leaves piled up on the side of my house going into my flower bush. I’m sure part of our rent pays for the up keep of the community, but we are always left disappointed when they come and go.

So the truck arrived around 7,no work has been done since they got here it's been 3 1/2 hours, poor quality of work since they were hired to do the apartment complex less than a year ago,there is a portable bathroom on site I've seen the driver get out the pick up and go relieve himself in the bushes by the main office where at at the apartment complex December 28 2021, no respect for vehicles when blowing with backpacks and wheelblowers. Lawn service is just cut edge and Blow none professional orquality at all. Install of new plants is pathetic. Piles of leaves still on site 3 weeks later. Hopefully with the new year starting They will get their priorities straighten good luck.

This company is contracted with my apartment complex. First of all the work is ok. It could use some improvement. They don't take in consideration people's cars because my car is left with debris everywhere every time they work in my area. Old grass is left on top of mowed grass. Debris left on half trimmed bushes and also left in the walk way sometimes. My car didn't have any damage until I started seeing Knicks after they have cut grass. They claim their equipment is 100 percent of not having flying debris. I reported it to my complex but told me to contact US lawns this unprofessional company who took over 6 weeks to get back to me after I sent a text and made a phone call to tell me they are not responsible and my knicks on the windshield came from driving and have been there only after looking at it over a week after I reported it instead of follow up immediately. I only had my car less than a year with no damage any where and I don't appreciate this company's lack of unprofessionalism and excuses about other people making false claims has nothing to do with me.

I wanted to take the time to show appreciation for a job well done by US Lawns. I was under a time crunch with my association and they stepped in and did the job needed for me. I reached out to them on a Monday and the job was completed Thursday of the same week. They have a great attention to detail and outstanding professionalism that is greatly appreciated in the line of work that I do. Thank you guys for the excellent service that you provide !
