I had seen their work via social media and actually talked to the owner. They cleaned up our front area (about a 1/2 acre) of sticks and limbs. The guys were professional, courteous, personable and efficient. I will definitely use them again for other landscaping work and highly recommend them!!

I contacted this company about cutting my grass and got a reasonable estimate, to which I replied by email and heard nothing back. I called to make sure the message was received and was told I was good and service would take place on Wednesday. No one showed up and I attempted to contact anyone available but to no avail until I left a comment on their Facebook page, which was removed, and left a messenger via Messenger. I was told this would be corrected. I figured this would move me to the top of the customer service as there had been a failure but by 9am, no one had called so I again had to call and ask for service. The crew that showed up spent about 20 mins on my yard and did no weed eating but I was charged the full price for service. I decided against taking photos and posting as they probably would have just been removed, like my first comment. In an attempt to cancel service, I sent email but still, received no response until I called to cancel service since I have found a better option. I hope others have a better experience with this company as mine was less than 1 star and I will never use or recommend this company again.

This is an A+ business with great customer service from Ally. Justin and his assistant did a great job mowing, with attention to detail above and beyond.

If you re looking for someone to do your lawn don t hire this company. The lawn always looks uneven and like it didn t even get cut. We decided to cancel their services. They are here for maybe 20 minutes tops. We have a ring camera so I can see how long they are here for. They weren t keeping up with the side of our house either so it s gotten overgrown.

Hired Vine landscaping to de-weed my flower beds and start biweekly mowing. Had issues where large weeds weren t removed after the initial de weeding and when they returned to fix the job, they didn t even touch the backyard flower beds where the issues were. The Bermuda grass that I thought was removed was also not pulled from the root and has already returned. The mowing is fine, but I couldn t recommend this company for detailed services. Update: Vine sent more individuals today and they were friendly and responsive to the request.

The guys were courteous, able, and fun to be around even as they had to deal with tough root problems in digging out the dead foundation bushes. On the other hand, when hired to do leaf cleanup, once in December and again in April the total cost was over $600 dollars for a small lot. Blew my mulch all over the yard, took forever to do what my wife and I could do in an hour. Never will use again!!!!! Follow up 4/30/24: Trademarks of a good company are to be responsive, courteous, understanding, and willing to work with you. After reviewing my complaint, John wanted to get more in depth information regarding my review. He fully understood and recognized my frustration for work that was done while we were away. To his credit, he made good on the work that was done and apologized for the incident, saying that his companys reputation depended on first class service and was determined to provide that. Based on this responsiveness, I will consider Vine in the future.

They just trimmed my bushes today and cleared out my flower beds that were full of weeds. They were on time, efficient, and did quality work. The yard looks great! Excellent job!

We had two trees trimmed. The team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure there was no debris left before they left. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree trimming and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Vine Landscaping to completely redo a townhouse backyard. Could any landscape company re-sod a yard? Certainly. So why Vine? 1) They were extremely responsive to our requests and needs, much more so than any other company we reached out to for quotes. 2) Ronald and his team were outstanding professionals in doing the install. There were challenges for accessing the yard, and they took great care to not damage anything while still being efficient in doing the work. 3) Every individual I dealt with were personable, caring, and wanting to ensure our needs were satisfactorily met. Can you go elsewhere? Yes. Should you? I dont think so. You cant go wrong going with Vine. They will be my only call the next time I need landscaping help.

I just had the first mowing service done and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient. Their prices are really good too compared to other companies I ve seen. I know my yard has some obstacles and tough places to work around but that didn t stop them. Might hire this company to do some other landscaping endeavors in the future. Highly recommend!

The entire experience was great, requesting an estimate to booking an appointment, and the work being done. I just had them clean up leaves that myself and my 2 neighbors had piled up. A car with this company logo on it drove around the neighborhood throwing marketing materials - trash, basically - into everyones driveways. So they are littering to try and get sales. Doesnt sound like a caring company to me.

Trim Hedges My experience with The VINE was great! A hook flyer was left hanging on my door and many others in my neighborhood. It wasn t thrown onto the ground. I called the number on the flyer and got a return call to schedule an appointment. The Vine did a great job on my hedges. I ll definitely continue to use their services for other jobs.

John is honest and professional and runs a great business....Nate the landscaper is very good at what he does!

The Vine Landscaping did a wonderful job with pruning, mulching, mowing, and general clean up of my yard and is now keeping it that way through a program of scheduled maintenance. Ours is a complicated wooded yard with shrubs and trees and an inner courtyard garden and they do it all great justice.

The Vine Landscaping offers the most knowledgeable, dependable, and professional lawn service I have found on the Peninsula. Last fall, it was such a pleasure to turn my aeration, fertilizing, seeding and composting over to The Vine. Because of the previous poor service performance from other lawn care companies, at first I watched closely. I quickly observed that The Vine aerated thoroughly, used the very top grade of grass seed, used high quality compost, and the workers spread it most proficiently. When they found they didnt have quite enough compost, they didnt spread it thinner to finish the job. They just went back and got another load. I admired their great service. I have already asked John to put my lawn on his schedule for regular fertilizer applications for the coming year. And, the best part, no matter what services I ask John to do, I know from experience that the work will be done proficiently and on time.

I called about getting a core aeration service done to my yard. I did not need seeding at that time as I had already purchased seeds and just needed the aeration service. Vine Landscaping were very professional and the customer service was top notch. Normally, it takes me 2-3 days to manually aerate my lawn and this service saved me tons of time with both yards being completed in just and hour or two. I couldn t be happier with the service and communication I received throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Vine Landscaping.
