Aside from the work quality which was fine, there was definitely some misleading on the sellers part. The promotion that was sold to me was a 0% interest for 24 months. Sadly that was false. They instead signed me up for a reduced apr of 9.99% for the entirety of the loan. So for the past 6 months I ve been losing money to interest that I was told I wouldn t be paying in the first place. Instead of letting me know ahead of time that I didn t qualify for the promotion that was originally sold to me. Had I been made aware it is possible I may not have gone through with the purchase. I can imagine the seller was aware of this and failed to notify me of this. Sadly I will no longer be making any future purchases from this vendor and will make sure that no one that I know does. Please verify what you are signing up for before making your purchase. Don t let him pressure you like he did to my family and I.

Will did great job being consistent. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. When it came to pricing, he offered a military discount. I m always appreciative of anyone who gives a military discount. His team did an amazing job installing. We had. Lot of things to be dig up and rid of. They completed the work on two days of work. My family and I love our turf and went outside to enjoy it the days after it was complete. We played Barbie s and LEGOS on the turf and baked in the sun as we laid on the ground. Our dog and cats like it too. Especially, our dog! I m very happy with our turf and highly recommend Flawless Grass. If you can get Will, even better!

After some time I checked my statements and they are charging me over 100 dollars in interest a month. Watch out for this company as they do not keep their promises. Make sure to read everything and double check because now I m stuck paying all this interest

You guys should have given me the 2 years no interest like you said over text and to my face. Why would you all of a sudden have other no interest offers when you said you guys do 2 year no interest when financing. You guys actually never gave me no interest, I ve been paying interest since day 1. I ve posted my first statement to show you guy the interest being charged. It doesn t matter when I decided to pay it off you guys should ve given me the 2 years no interest like you said you would and if I didn t pay it off in that 2 years then I would pay interest. That how financing works incase you didn t know.

Flawless grass came and gave me a fair estimate compared to other companies. Thier team came and removed all of my current landscape, capped off the sprinkler system, and prepared the ground quickly. The next day they installed the product and they were quick and efficient even in 100 plus degree weather. When moving into our new home I knew the front yard was one of the priorities to renovate. At some point in the property s history there were at least two large trees that left the entire front lawn mostly dead, completely root-bound, and roots were beginning to lift the concrete walkway/porch approaching the front entry. After spending a couple consecutive weeks trying to remove the endless tangle of roots by way of chainsaw and pickaxe, in attempt to formulate a game plan to make our front yard presentable on my own, I was finally approached by Flawless Grass (who were completing another flawless job just around the corner). Will was graciously able to work with me in my vision for the front yard and more than willing to build us the front yard of our dreams that was within our budget/reasonably priced. Our experience with Flawless Grass was that of exceptional customer service and prompt delivery of their craftsmanship. Timeline from getting the quote to the start of their work was less than 5 days. The old yard was demo d by the hardworking Flawless Team in a full day, and our beautiful new concrete courtyard patio/walkway was poured the following day. Walter the concrete sub for Flawless Grass went absolutely above and beyond for us - taking the utmost pride and ownership in his concrete craft (including professionally setting the first row of the pony wall that I plan to build on my own - as a courtesy). After allowing the concrete to set and dry over the weekend, the Flawless Team returned for one more full day of work installing the DG, weed barrier and artificial turf (color/style: desert). Following completion of work, Will walked with me for quality inspection and we addressed a couple final finishing touches which were performed without qualm and to our satisfaction. Overall we are stoked on the work Flawless Grass performed. We are ecstatic to have one of the cleanest, most presentable yards in the neighborhood, and no longer stick out like a sore thumb. The guys worked hard leveling the yard , adding more pavers to match our originals, installing a vinyl fence and no fuss desert grass . Low maintenance , yeah . It turned out great .

William was great to work with. Communication was prompt and from what I ve seen he carries the best quality turf. Couple minor hiccups have been resolved fast and the result looks amazing. Just how I wanted it. Keep in mind that turf is directional. One photo looking into the grain and one from the back. Kept the little tree and incorporated it nicely with some stones. Didn t go with the nicest turf (which is even better) but took a step down since it ll be a play area gor the kids. Wanted the best mix of use and looks.
