HavenHub in Newport Beach

I wish i could give 0 stars, Just had my yard done by their sub contractor Juniors Prospect Landscaping and another company trying to fix Junior Prospecting poor work. Their work is decent but their professionalism is poor. They lied countless amounts of times about when they would show up to my property and they allowed strangers into my backyard such as neighbors i dont know and their own wifes or girlfriend s without my consent and proceeded to lie about it when confronted. I have cameras to show the proof but they still denied it. The companies they hire left food and trash in my backyard and front yard along with using my trashcans for their left over scraps of material but I was still charged for the disposal fee . On my cameras I would also see only 2 out of 12 employees working very very hard while the rest would sit down on their phones in the shade and joke around. Without permission they plug in their speakers and other personal devices into my outlets and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When paying so much money for a backyard and work I would expect a way better experience and professionalism.

Just bought my house in may 2024. We hired havebhub to give us a beautiful back yard. We have had nothing but problems since the project started. The sub contractors they hire are terrible and fail to get the jobs done right. We have had to call them back several times to fix issues. Not to mention they bring outside people with them like wife or girlfriend. Not very professional. Not to mention they let neighbors in our yard who we had never met even when we asked them not to. I am a very unhappy customer

I had a ton of issues with my lawn. The grass was constantly losing color and I could not figure out what to do. The crab grass was getting into my flower garden and I just couldnt stand it any longer. I had these guys come in and they really saved the day. Mark installed all new sod and irrigation for me. Gave me a detailed schedule on my new grass maintenance. We went with Saint Augustine. Best choice ever. Its perfect for my dogs and looks great! Thank you Haven Hub!

Just based off of the solicitor that came to our front door on a holiday, we would never call on this company for any business ever. We have a no soliciting sign up, yet he still knocked loudly on our screen door even thought the door was open. He could see my husband was laying down. Said they were going to be doing other neighbors yards in our neighborhood in the near future and wanted us to have their information. My husband said that we would take the flyer but we are not interested at this time. He began pushing to give us a quote on our empty side yard even after my husband said not today. When my husband opened the screen to hand him back his flyer, he had the audacity to state that we could not be respectable to him. His absolute rudeness was not a good front for your company. Neither was his not just accepting that we would call when we were ready, which we may have actually done had he just left. Pushy and rude sales people never come out ahead, so why?

These guys do such a clean job I needed some pavers and landscaping work in my new backyard. They came with a beautiful design, a concrete layout where it needed and concrete. I would recommend them to anybody and I ve already recommended them to my sister. Derek did a good job on the design and followed through the whole way. They were done within 10 days and my yard looks awesome now!

I m so happy with my new roof. I shopped for months roofing contractors and vetted so many but if you re in California, you need to get your roof through these guys such quality service and the price beat everybody they followed through with all the permits. Let me know I got to pick the colors, and my wife is crazy happy!

Absolute professionals

Haven Hub does not do landscape work. They subcontract out the job to random people whos work and experience (if any) is a mystery. The photos you see do not represent Haven Hubs work because you dont know who is actually going to show up on your property and likely, its not going to be the same people. There is also no oversight of the project to make sure its being done right. I dont know whos general contractor license they are using, but that person definitely will not be the slightest involved in your project. They increased the price on our contract by $3,000 then refused to finish the project correctly by using the excuse of technically its not on the contract. You can see my review on Yelp under the not recommended reviews since some people are salty about me blasting their business for what it is. The only times they were diligent was to harass us for the final payment while it was being delivered by certified mail to their office because they were so scared we were as shady as them. Then they called multiple times a day, every day to harass us and try to bribe us to remove our Yelp review. The dude calling was named Kuba S. and he swore that the company only started 2 months ago and used that as the excuse for why they were so terrible at what they did. He also felt that it was my responsibility to think about how they were losing business because of their awful service and lack of ethical practices. So if they just started 2 months ago, what are all these other reviews giving them 5 stars from? The staff. They post fake reviews about themselves. This company is just a bunch of failed business owners and self-proclaimed entrepreneurs, the types of people who are constantly in a new pyramid scheme business, who all got together so they can all give themselves executive titles. I talked to so many people in this business to know there is no chain of command. If you dont believe this review, I will strongly suggest that if you decide to hire them for your job, put everything in writing and record your phone calls. Ask for an itemized contract and have them add all the details in writing even if the pricing is not broken down. Find out who is the person in charge of your project, get their direct phone number and if you want to make sure that a licensed person is working on your project, ask that person to prove they have a license. Point is, dont hire them. You are better off just driving to Home Depot and picking up a few day workers to help you with the manpower. Our project was $23,000, super plain, easy, boring design and took 2 whole months to finish. Theres no way they have 128 reviews/projects done in the few months of their existence at that rate of work. If you do your research, they just placed all their executives in their positions as well as their initial sales team starting February/March 2024.
