every time they come to cut grass they sit in the truck for at least 30 mins. they also will run over whatever is in the lawn. tenants are not notified when they are coming because it is weather dependent when i asked them to replace my hose pipe i was told they aren t responsible. we would ve picked it up had we known their schedule. they also blew dirt and debris on my husbands car. do not recommend this lawn care company.they do the bare minimum

Update 9/30/24 This is some terrible customer service. I used to love this company now the service is going down. I called multiple times. I work from home, so the new tech I have doesnt ring my doorbell to advise me he was here. So I cant ask questions nor actually see him treat my lawn. I was promised that the tech are suppose to ring or knock at the customers house. Last time supposedly my yard was treated but no sign was placed in my yard. I have dogs and walk barefooted in my yard to get to my gardens. Im tired of this half bologna service. I will ask around and find someone who will do the job right. My lawn tech Nate is AWESOME! He communicates to me everytime he comes. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally. I would recommend his work to anyone. Unlimited is blessed to have him on their team. Edited: ever since we signed up for services, the technicians show up for 15mins and then leave without treating the entire yard. We paid additional money for aeration that was never completed as well. I reached out with my concerns and got minimal response, was told it would be rectified, and then got a technician that once again did two laps around the yard and left again. You can t get anyone on the customer service phone. You wait on hold until it automatically disconnects. We pay over $100/month for services that aren t even being completed. Cancelling IMMEDIATELY. Christine was wonderful to work with. Her follow up and customer service is fantastic and she does a great job answering questions and walking you through the services.

I stopped all services because I felt like I had services that I did not need. Christine reached out and was able to explain to me on a more detailed conversation. She is well versed and looks out for homeowners making sure they are getting what they need without breaking the bank. Thank you!

If I was hesitant, just based on a brief conversation with Christine, I had to go fwd. she did not have to persuade me but very detailed and explanatory.

They are not trustworthy. The technicians will put a sign up and leave without treating the lawn. I have Called several times to speak to an office manger to report the poor quality of lawn and what the technicians are not doing and no response. They automatically draft payments monthly and the lawn looks awful with weeds and discoloration. Do not use this company!

Scam Scam!!! This company is the worst. My husband used their services and was on an installment agreement for one year and afterwards, he was month to month. As soon as he stopped the services, he has a balance. How??? Something is not right here and there are other negative complaints regarding this as well.

However, the level of her service and professionalism is needed to be brought to the attention to her superiors. Since the time on the phone and in person, to remaining my primary point of contact in the Sevices that were explained and the expectations that were set to be expected, I have enjoyed building a relationship in whom I trust. I have learned through Purdue University correspondence that the technician is the backbone of the company inwhich perform the services in which we re sold on. I m old school. I want her to be my first and last and everything in dealing with any questions, concerns and issues. She had taken point on different occasions and made things happen, while respecting the positions of those who serve above. I am very disappointed with the service of this organization. Either they are in over their head with business or they are very unorganized. I switched to this organization from TruGreen. Granted, TruGreen is a very reputable company, and I have used them for approximately 27 years. Before TruGreen, they were Chemlawn. At any rate, I have your organization, and needlessly to say, it has been a struggle to do business with you. I dont understand why you treat the same neighbors yards on different days and different weeks. It is not economically feasible to do that. Why not service all of the yards on the same day and/or same time. I am very disappointed that the treatment has been subpar. Again, there are a lot of stand alone weeds in the yard. I understand that treatments are variable--there will be some hit or missed spots. However, when I call customer service to report it, I expect the technician to meet with me to go over my concerns. Of course, that did not happen. All I am asking is for my lawn to be properly cared for and when there is an issue, a prompt response. I am really contemplating going back to TruGreen.

Im very disappointed with this company. My yard looks worse than it did when they started servicing me last August. The rep who signed me up told me she would be my contact person overseeing my account and would assist with any issues. Well, that hasnt happened.

So happy with the results! We have only had one treatment, but the weeds are gone! Our grass is thick, green and healthy. Eduardo is fantastic to work with.

Thank you Unlimited Lawn Care for sending Jake & Joseph out for our Airation service. Jake was thorough with using the airation machine and Joseph educated me on the type of seeds that s preferred to use after the aitation is completed to help boost the grass growth before my next weed treatment. The guy that did my first weed treatment ( I haven t heard the second one done yet) wasn t soo thorough. I could see on my back yard camera that he only serviced a certain part of the grass and I m still waiting on a courtesy call from customer service to see on the satellite, that he stated he could see, if they guy half did the job or not. I still gave a 5 star because #1 I can tell the weed treatment is working on the parts that was serviced #2 I thought I was going to be on the waitlist for July but they came out and got it done sooner (only waited 2 1/2 weeks, end of May) and I appreciate that.

Hunter was a great technician

Hunter went above and beyond with my lawn care. He made sure I was notified that he was at my home and spread enough of the application on my yard. My yard has very minimal weeds.

Inconsistent with scheduling service and tech use minimal product. I called and was greeted with rudeness and I was not allowed to speak with a manager. This company is the worst we ve experienced.

I gave unlimited lawn 3 yr. My yard look bad. My yard looked better when I did it myself. They constantly come out and spray when you request that you are on hold for leaves on your yard. In March I was in my garage a technician came out to spray after I requested that I have leaves in my yard. They didn t do nothing but I was charged for service! I call in April after receiving the bill and the customer service associate told me that the would call me back. The GPS had to be looked at. I waited no call back. Then I get a collection bill so I call today. They look at the GPS and tell that they sprayed my yard. It never happened. The tech got out the truck and I sent them away. The associate asked me to pay and then we will send someone out to service your yard. I said no!!!!! Then they put me on hold to talk to the supervisor. They ask me to pay half of the bill. I told them to bill me. Now I have been billed the entire amount. Bad business and a company that doesn t honor their word. Aerated and over processed my yard for 3 years.

purchased the service last year. I paid in full for the year after the representative explained that there would be no further obligation. Imagine my dismay when I get a call saying I owe them for renewal of service. My grass looked horrible and I sent pics to the company. I was told that they sent an email that required me to respond or they would automatically renew the service. BTW, I did not receive the email because it went to junk mail. I have now received a notice that they have sent this to a collection agency! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. The rep is uninformed or a liar.

I have used Unlimited Lawn Care since the sod was laid at my home. My yard is weed free, and it looks great. Tyson with Unlimited performs my quarterly services. He always takes a moment to pet my Goldendoodle named Harley when he arrives. He answers any questions I have for him about the lawn application, and hes always pleasant and thorough.

We were hesitant to use a lawn service, but we had bad sticker weeds in the yard and the kids like to play outside barefoot. The service here has been great! It s gotten rid of the burrs and we don t have to mow the yard as often because the weeds aren t growing. We have been using this service since we bought our house a couple years ago. Lately they have only been treating the front and when we called to get them to come out to do the back, we have to wait for them to talked to a manager and check GPS. We know for sure the last few visits no one did the back. I am definitely seeking quotes from someone else. I couldn t even speak with a manager. Very disappointed by the customer service.
