After two lawncare services disappeared on me I contacted stripes nation. They service my next door neighbor and other homes in my neighborhood so I thought I’d give them a shot. Communication definitely needed improvement - I asked them to come spray, kill and remove weeds but just behind the back fence, and to let me know when they’d be out to do it. I came home from work one day and the job was done. Which was not a big deal I was glad they came out but I asked to be notified of what day it would be and they didn’t do that. Then my wife and I spoke in person to the owner about an initial cut for our newly seeded backyard, that everyone agrees had to be cut this week. We came to an agreement that it would be early this week. Yesterday (Monday) afternoon I called and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I called back today (Tuesday), at noon and spoke to the receptionist and asked what day they’d be out. She said she’d talk to the owner and text me the response. I said that that was fine. She called me back about 15 minutes later to say that they’re firing me as a customer. She said that they can “no longer meet my needs as a customer.” And when I asked for further clarification she offered none and stuck to her story. It seems that these guys do good work but unfortunately they didn’t want me to find out, and didn’t tell me why, and I guess also had no intention of coming to cut my yard as agreed upon until I reached out and then decided to tell me they weren’t coming.

Small crew, huge service!! I just started with Malachi and his partner. They did a massive leaf removal and pruning job. The pictures won’t do it justice. They are quick, professional and VERY thorough. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive but I think their quality is superior so far. I won’t see the grass cutting until spring but what they’ve done so far is an easy 5 star review. Highly recommend!!

Another SHOUT OUT to Stripes Nation Lawn Care for an excellent job! They showed up last week to look around and give us a quote. Called and scheduled a date with us within a week and showed up on time and finished the job in rocket speed! * We had some Arborvitae trees die, they were diseased and were killing the ones that were next to it. After they removed them we could see the other ones there were starting to become infected too. 😩, I only hope they survive. Anyways if you need any Lawn services done, Stripes Nation I’m sure can do it and exceed your expectations!
