Newburgh Lawn & Landscape in Newburgh

Tried to hire for an aeration and dethatch job. Quick to quote but then sucked at communication. After the first no show, I reached out because I get people are busy. Rescheduled and then another no show.

The have been mowing my yard and taking care of my landscaping for the past 3 years. Never had a problem and always has great service.

Was supposed to perform fall clean up...mulching. I had blown my leaves so they could be mulch every week for the last 4 weeks. They are a no show, I've called, text, emailed...no return contact. Very poor customer service!!!

Very unprofessional, customer service was god awful. Absolutely no compromise, the only positive is that they were blunt, upfront, and honest about there inabilities to get the job done.

Very unprofessional, I would not recommend. If you do not have them cut your grass a lot, they'll just tell you "I'm not going to waste my time with you".

They do a excellent work in a timely fashion, I will definitely be referring then to others.
