Kennedy Landscaping in Newburgh

This company was hired for our condo in town of Newburgh they are unreliable don't finish the mowing and when calling owner he lies. Two weeks and still our building did not get done disgusting. Our Association let's them get away with it . I would never recommend them.

We have never been so disappointed with the service or quality of work provided by Kennedy landscaping. The job took 10 times longer than originally told. The retaining wall he built is a disaster. The condition he left our property is disturbing. He was supposed to return the beginning of the work season to repair his work and we are having difficulty getting him to respond to us at all. We have to hire someone else to repair his work as we do jot tryst that he will complete what needs to be done in a timely manner it that the finished project would even be acceptable.

I had this company do my steps and a porch a couple years ago. They destroyed my front yard, took no accountability up front for knocking my well access out of place until I complained enough and sent pictures. Finally he agreed to repair their damage. My front yard is still completely uneven from the damage of their machines. They planted plants that were not put deep enough into the soil so the roots are exposed. Now they are refusing to honor their warranty for settling and our porch is completely uneven. I have been trying to get him to come look at it since July and it’s now mid-October. I will never do business here again and will encourage others not to either. Update: After threatening legal action, the porch and walkway were finally repaired in March (after 9 months from first complaint). The workmanship is as expected. I just wish it didn't take so much time and effort on my part to stay on top of this to get the warranty work completed.

Kennedy Landscaping was efficient, met all expected timelines & was cutting edge with their landscape design presentation. We are extremely happy with the results! ANYTHING we ever need we will be calling them again and again!

Kennedy landscaping never let's us down. We've had everything from patios built, flower beds planted, shale driveways put in and more. Matt and his crew always do an amazing job, I'm never disappointed. Highly recommend them over other landscapers that I've used.
