Did not finish the yard cleanup and weed removal from my yard and still made me pay the full price. They left debris from the cleanup in the back yard and didn't pull all the weeds from the front yard, which has only bark mulch with no plants to work around. They even left a couple of areas that are decorative without touching them at all.

Hi Carter, While I appreciate your timely service and good communication, not to mention the hard work that goes into cutting and delivering firewood, unfortunately, the firewood you delivered fell short of expectations as follows: (Advertised and confirmed in writing prior to your trip here was 1/3 Cord of dry cedar firewood.) 1) Your delivery, once stacked was not even close to 1/4 of a cord. (A cord is 4’x4’x 8’). The amount received was 4’x3’x12inches. I specifically asked if the tote pictured was the unit of measurement, and we agreed that it was. Your load would not fill that tote. 2) advertised was Cedar. Your load was only half cedar. I specifically confirmed cedar with you Cedar only. 3) advertised was dry wood. What you provided was wet and not seasoned. 4) pictured were split pieces that appear as common 16in splits. You provided what appeared to be scrap wood pieces, many only 6in in length. I would appreciate some resolution, and will not post any negative feedback, but need your help. I’d like you to either come pick up the delivery for a full refund, or provide me with a suitable leveling up of very dry cedar like that advertised. A 1/4 cord seems fair since what you brought was less than a 1/4, was wet, unseasoned, and only 50% cedar. As you will recall, I very specifically want cedar. Will you please fulfill our original agreement? Like I said, I appreciate the work involved in firewood bucking, splitting and hauling, as an owner of 5 chainsaws, and wooded acreage myself.
