They didn t even take the time to look at the yard. He just called back and said the route was booked. We tore up our entire lawn. It would take 10 minutes to cut. Most of it only needs a weed wack.

They have been great. Glad to see that they are expanding to supply services in other lawn, house, tree services.

Well in the beginning terrific! They did an amazing job laying the sod (I believe in March). Gave us good instructions on how to take care of it in the beginning. Prices are more than reasonable. And, the owner is a very nice man. So, if its just that they would get 5 stars more if I could. I have been having some issues with my lawn as of late (August) and have reached out to them several times to ask them to come out & evaluate & remedy ( if possible). But, no one has gotten back to me. Maybe they are busy with other clients from all the storms. Or, maybe they think I was trying to get this at no charge ( I wasnt). But, as I stated in the beginning... They do amazing work for great prices!!

I used this business to have my lawn mowed. After the mow, it did not appear to have even been cut. There were still weeds flowering within the yard. Poor customer service upon contacting the business afterwards

I called this service and scheduled an estimate. The gentleman came by, gave me the estimate (which was a reasonable price). I accepted, he said crews were in my area on thursdays and he set me up for weekly cuttings. Less than a day later I got a call from a different gentleman who told me my lawn was not worth their time. I do not suggest this service to anyone with a smaller yard, as they will likely think the same of you.

I ve used Delaware Lawn Crew for 10 years and I m very satisfied. Joe and Phil run a tight ship and are community minded, helping for many years to coach the UD Men s Crew in their free time. The crews are professional and thorough. Great at mulching beds and cleaning up shrubs. Hand shovel my driveway in the winter. They ve grown to over 500 weekly customers. It s not easy making everyone happy all of the time. I ve always been pleased.

Excellent work every time. You cant get a better landscaper. A must for home owners! By the way, they also do snow removal in the winter. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service and lawn work!!! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a lawn company. I saw their truck in the neighborhood and gave them a call. They were a bit expensive but I decided to give them a try. The first time they came out parts of the yard were not even cut so we called about it. When they came out the second time once again they did not even cut most of the yard. I called Phil the owner and asked him to come out and take a look at what had not been done. He told me no, he knows his guys do a great job and he would not even come out and take a look at it. He told me they had 20 other houses in my neighborhood and he didnt need my business. Any company that will not come out and take a look at the work that was done knows that the work was poorly done. If you want a half finished job that they charge you full rate for then this is the company for you. If you want an honest decent company that will do a good job dont call Delaware lawn crew!

I am sad to say but I felt very cheated by this lawn company. They did not mow the whole yard and did not care to make it right either.

First they say they cut your grass when they never did then they bill you for it they say its cleared up and then you get a bill for it worst customer service Ive ever seen on top of spotty lawn cutting I have cameras at my house I watched them cut my grass thats why I fired them theyre horrible
