I used SYNLawn to install some turf around the patio of my house on Long Island. Their team was responsive and helpful from start to finish — I have worked with many contractors since buying my house 3 years ago, and this was absolutely one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. The process was fast (around 1 month from when I saw the turf at their showroom to when it was installed), with no hiccups along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering artificial grass for their home!
I contacted SynLawn about poor drainage on my roof deck which had turf put down by a different company. Everyone I dealt with at SynLawn was very responsive to my emails and questions and they quickly had a solution. The crew that came (right on time) to do the work were very professional, friendly, and efficient. The finished work looks looks great and they left everything clean and looking like new. I would absolutely recommend the company with no hesitation.
Synlawn, Anastasia and their employees came to our rescue. Here is a brief synopsis: If you go to Lowes' website, they will tell you they have installation available, but how they do it and how to start the process is not nearly as clear. We purchased some turf hoping that Lowe's would bail us out if we got in over our head. Spoiler alert: We were in over our head. After some back-and-forth with Lowes, we were put in contact with Synlawn. Anastasia worked with us to get us the artificial turf every two-year-old needs (even if they don't know it). The job they did was top notch. Today, it is difficult to find a company that is willing to devote time and attention to correcting a problem, particularly when "the problem" was not one they created. Synlawn New York went above and beyond to do just that. I would recommend their services to anyone with small children and enough space to make a playground. Thank you, again!

We went with SYNLawn for a variety of reasons. From the initial site visit to the install, everything was smooth, professional and done with quality and care. Ian and team provided options that fit our budget, our needs and intended use for the lawn - we were able to select exactly what we wanted. The install team was careful when coming through the house, covered the floors and ensured the walls and other interior spaces were prepped before working. They finished on schedule (less than a full day install) and the lawn was immediately ready for use which was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Synlawn on turfing our small backyard in Brooklyn. It is expensive but they do a very thorough prep job and the finished product is even better than I expected. Everyone was very nice, professional and easy to work with- highly recommend if you are looking for turf.
We had a major backyard (and house) overhaul and dealt with multiple different subcontractors. Synlawn and their rep Ian was easily the best, most professional team. They did our 16x40 backyard at a competitive price compared to other quotes we had received taking the full day. As well as many complementary comments we get the best endorsement is our kids play in the yard all the time now.
They were not on time but once they arrived they got right to work . We had a 20 x30 area to install and they were very professional and completed job in 7 hours . I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Pat W
We learned about Synlawn from a neighbor as they have the artificial turf in their yard and its beautiful. It looks so natural. And it is natural -made of soy - which is why I reached out to them. Ian, my representative, came and measured and brought samples of the turf. We are planning to install in our backyard where we have a hard time keeping the grass alive. We used SYN lawn to renew our otherwise inhabitable backyard. The price was well within my budget, and the work was beyond professional. The unwanted and invasive plants were swiftly removed and disposed of, with the installation just as smooth. Everyone knew what they were doing and worked in unison for maximum efficiency. The end result is exactly what we wanted: an inviting, picturesque backyard we can be proud to use, show, and host gatherings. After being burnt by many other local contractors that never delivered even an estimate, SYN lawn flipped that script and provided the exact product we wanted with speed and professionalism. If you want results, good comunication and efficient work, my recommendation is 100% for SYN lawn.
I could not recommend these guys less if you are trying to install on a rooftop terrace with wind concerns. I had several meetings with them citing my concerns about wind uplift to which I got just put a couple planters on them, it s what all our clients do . Sure enough, my fears materialized and I have now had to install a wall of sandbags (600pounds total) along the exposed edge of the installation to keep my turf from flying away. I tried getting a solution from them to combat the wind edge issue which apparently they have none. This has been nothing but constant stress and regret since I made my investment. I m sure they do great if not on a rooftop with wind issues.

Outstanding customer service
This is the third time I have used SYNLawn for various projects in my yard. Always as expected with professional installation and quality materials.
Could not be happier with the work these folks have done. From the Ian, Shinnie and Anastasia in the front office to Wesley and his whole install team, they have done an awesome job. The second and final day of installation is today, but I m totally comfortable writing this review early because I can already tell it will be a 5 star job after completion. The area we are turfing is in a tough location, but Wesley and his guys problem solved and made a very challenging job look easy. Ive been on hundreds of job sites and can say with full honesty that these guys are up there with the best of the best.
My wife and I purchased the SynLawn SynBlue product (which is very realistic-looking) through Ian and we are very happy with the result. Ian showed us lots of samples and thoroughly explained both the turf and installation options. Ian personally ensured the installation was completed as well as possible, and we are really glad we decided to go with SynLawn. Everyone who sees our 15 x 42 back yard raves about it, and its a great play area for my 8 year old daughter. I definitely recommend SynLawn, and ask for Ian!
For a long time I have been looking for the right artificial lawn covering for a roof area on our Brownstone in Harlem, NYC. We use it as a gathering area and I needed it to be natural looking, seamless in appearance and cost effective. I came across a SYNLawn installation in the city that looked great so I gave them a call. Great, personal customer service, professional planning that makes installation straight forward. (Other companies had been hard to work with, often not even returning calls and I just gave up). I highly recommend this company and product.

We love it! Our shady yard now has grass, so much easier to enjoy. The Synlawn people were direct and professional, easy to work with and installation was smooth. Our yard was certainly a small project to them but they treated it like a major one. Would work with again.
We chose SYNLawn for our residential garden project from five vendors we reached out to. We chose SYNLawn from the final two, who both had great customer service, because we liked their SYNAugustine turf. They measured up, visited once for the estimate and then again just before the install to make sure. On the day, a fantastic, hard working, detail oriented team led by Juan turned up to install the turf in our back garden all in the same day. They were friendly, conscientious, and made sure to do the job right at every stage. Could not be happier with the service and end result. Weve now got a great looking back yard that can also handle two boys tearing around it. Cannot recommend highly enough!
