Been a customer for over 2 years. Had an awful experience with customer service. Very rude service from Jenny or was her name Karen. Had an issue with termites, instead of listening, she talked down to me and was extremely impolite...next level impolite. Had emailed them several times and no responses. Spoke with Anthony who said he was the manager. Told me I wasnt a bug expert and let the experts do their jobs. I just wanted to be heard and all they cared about was the sound of their own voices patronizing a paying customer. Really soured me on who they are and what they stand for as a family owned business so potential buyers be ware that their customer service is not the best! Follow up: the company assistant manager called to resolve this issue 3 days later. They apologized. They asked if I could edit this review but im keeping it on lest it happens to someone else. And no I did receive your calls and it has been resolved so to say that I havent returned calls is not truthful. Another reason why communications need to be better.

I would not recommend such unprofessional company. I will start with exterminator that on an several occasion did not show up like it was planned. Making people taking two times a day off to be able to get an exterminator to come over. Then I would say the customer service over the phone seems also unreliable. When I spent almost a week with one of the agent her name is Tanisha to schedule someone to come except that of course he came not at the time we scheduled but before and refused to wait for me while I left work early just for to be able to let them in. Such a disappointment for a company based in NY but act like a 3rd world country company. Can t wait to look at your competitors

They layed traps and spray I think there more for commercial use. I was hoping for the money I spent to be so high for them to do a more detailed job maybe find ways they maybe coming in i have water bug problems every other day well see if the products work

RJS thoroughly treats all lower floor of our building every two weeks and will provide special treatments to other floors as necessary. We have seen a decline in the insect and rodent population since we started using them.

Worst company in America I called to make an appointment on Monday this must have been the guys first job he didn t complete the job ain t all he was suppose to look for holes and seal them and didn t do anything the contract said he will do I would not recommend this company to no one unless you like giving out free money then I called them i basically paid a stranger to walk in my home and do nothing and the worst part about it I called the manager many times he has not got back to me yet this makes a week and my problem has not been solved customer services sucks the managements sucks everything about this company sucks !!!!!!

Ever since RJS started treating our building our pest and rodent problems have disappeared. They cover the building thoroughly and prevent rodents from entering wherever possible. The staff is courteous and always follows up on any requests immediately.

I discovered that I had a major problem with moth infestation which caused great damage to my cashmere sweaters and expensive woolen business suits. RJS Pest management was available immediately to come to my apartment and address the problem. They did so quickly and not only sprayed appropriate pesticide to address the problem, but actually discovered the source of the moth larvae problem and eradicated that as well. It was not obvious at all where the larvae came from and I am amazed that they were able to find out the source of the problem in a very unexpected area of my apartment. I thought that the problem emanated within one of my walk-in closets, but it was actually inside the back of a piece of furniture I have owned for decades. On top of that, they took photos of the problem area, circled the photo of the larvae once they discovered the source, and sent me a photograph so I could see this for myself. Kudos to our RJS. I am definitely sleeping easier!

We just recently received our SQF Level 2 certification and during the audit process, Hunter was there all the way with us from beginning to end. I asked 3 companies for estimates to resolve a mouse problem. RJS came first to look at the situation, made a detailed proposal, and sent an email stating what they would do and quoting a reasonable price.. As soon as I accepted they scheduled for the next day and also set up the other appointments at that time. Their office seems very well organized. and their technician did a very thorough job. One other company quoted a high price but would not give details or a written estimate. The other came to look and seemed like they were a good company but then took a lot of time and decided they were too busy to do the job.

Great company always responsive and handles all issues as quickly as possible.

RJS provides more that just pest abatement. They provide an assessment report that I have not received from other pest control companies. Picture shows structural damage that needs to be rectified. Great for an absentee owner!

A few weeks ago, a guest at my local restaurant had come up to me showing bug bites all over his legs. I had no idea where the bites had come from but I could tell that they were fresh. I gave RJS a call and they sent someone out right away. The tech found the problem in a matter of minutes. There were bed bugs who laid eggs in one of the booths in the dining area. The tech immediately sprayed for them, resulting in the end of my problem. RJS handled the issue with simplicity, along with kindness. Job Well Done! All-Around excellent service was presented to my place of business after having a major fly infestation. There were larvae found in multiple areas at the restaurant I work at. But after making the call, RJS had sent someone to us the same day. The tech was highly experienced. When he arrived, he already knew where to look. I didn t even have to tell him. These guys are good! After treating for flies, the tech suggested that a fly light would help prevent another fly issue. For a small price we had purchased one and ever since then, there have been no further issues involving flies.

The quickness of RJS is ridiculous. I had a recent rodent problem in the kitchen of my restaurant and I decided to call RJS for help. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who directly put me in their system. After asking me a series of questions he got someone to me right away. The tech arrived and greeted me kindly. Then he set up a few traps which I was told to leave overnight. The next morning, I found the culprits laid out caught in the traps. My Nightmare is finally over, thanks to the RJS Team. For weeks I have been battling bed bugs at my hotel in NYC. We tried other exterminators but they never completely got rid of the problem.
