Todd and his team are awesome, helped us install and maintain a rooftop irrigation system and all our plantings. Highly recommend him and his team.

I can’t recommend this service enough. I decided to adopt a tree bed adjacent to my building. So I looked up NYCity Parks and Rec guidance - tree is the most important, avoid woody plants that might compete for water and nutrition, water regularly, encourage neighbors to curb their dogs, clear litter regularly. I then set about finding a service provider . Todd at NY Plantings was amazing - advised on range of services, plant options, cost. His team was also amazing - swift, professional, clean, skilled, friendly. Look at the before and after. They will change out the plantings three times a year and monitor for any dead plants etc. My role is to water and enjoy! Here’s to beautifying our neighborhood and helping the bees

Todd and team reinstalled our irrigation system on our terrace offering good value for service we received. They were responsive to feedback and very friendly to deal with.

Please stay as far away from this "company" and its owner Todd Nappi as possible. 48 hours after having minimum work done on my irrigation system, Todd Nappi called my home at 2am (waking up my two toddlers) raging about lack of payment, even though I offered the $150.00 owed on the spot, which his "employee" politely refused because he said that I would be invoiced. His "employee", Mike, even texted me for my email address to send the invoice (which had not gotten to me yet). I concur with the other negative coment on here in that I was harassed and bullied at 2am in the morning over a measley $150, which I had every intention to pay. Similar reviews that include Harassment are described on y e l p. I am so relieved that I did not involve myself any further with this man and I encourage everyone who reads this to do the same Be aware that his company's name and address has changes multiple times: New York Plantings Garden Design on East 14th Street AND 21st Street in Brooklyn and check out similar reviews as mine. UPDATE: Apology noted in this response is a LIE, which is consistent with this business' deceptions. I was never offered a "free service" for Todd Napi's abuse. If you read my review, you would understand that I would never allow this monster to step foot in my home.

My experience in dealing with Todd was beyond great. He really went out of his way to find me the perfect small trees for her balcony. Although this was a small job for him he gave me the same service and attention that he would give to doing a rooftop garden. My elderly mother said they were so attentive to making sure her trees were securely fastened so they wouldn’t blow over. I would recommend his service in a minute!
