I will start out positive and say the cleaning was good. However there were a lot of issues: - they upped the fee $10 without proper notification - they charge you before you even receive a service - they will randomly just put a cleaning on your calendar via google calendar without a call, text, or email (including changing appointments sometimes too) - they are incredibly unreliable. I think I had 1 or 2 services that actually happened when they were originally scheduled for. Otherwise there was always an excuse for a same day delay or even moving to another day. Excuses included traffic, car accident, sick, an appointment running late (mind you I was the first apt of the day at 9 am and I received a text at 9 am) or just no reason and needing to move it. Keep in mind I used them once a month for less than a year and I used the same woman. Quite the coincidence that all of those things happened to the same professional the one time I had an appointment every month. They need to get their scheduling and back office in order. They lost a customer because of it.

I got biweekly cleanings from Hom Pro and I would highly recommend their cleaning service! My Cleaner Eloisa is professional and does a thorough job. I really appreciate that attention to detail. Every time she comes around my place is visibly so appealing. As a busy working woman, I love the luxury that Hom Pro affords me by freeing up my time to accomplish other things. If you are looking for a memorable cleaning experience that is consistent and worth every penny, Hom Pro is the company for you!

Hom pro is by far one of the best cleaning services I have used. They were recommended to me by another fellow business owner, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have an events space down town and it needed some seriously cleaning from top to bottom. They were very prompt, energetic, friendly and efficient. I gave them a checklist of what I wanted done, and they did all that was listed plus more. I also recommended them for my mother’s apartment, that needed some care and deep cleaning. She was super happy…I look forward to using them again for another project I am working on😊.

Worth every penny! When I have late nights at the office and can't keep up with work, let alone my house, Hom Pro has come to the rescue - again and again. Once a week works for us!
