Frederick Landscaping (MHIC #121804) was founded in 1989 by Scot Morrow. We are family owned and operated. Serving Fredrick, New Windsor, Union Bridge, Mt Airy and the surrounding areas. We provide a wide range of professional landscaping services. For both the home owner, commercial property managers and builders, as well as municipality and government agencies. Services include landscape maintenance, hardscaping, paver patio installations, landscape design, and more. Design services are available for both hardscapes and soft (plants). Frederick Landscaping has been the best to work with. The entire process was very easy and their quote was very competitive. The communication around start dates and project status was outstanding. Once work started, the workmanship was top notch. They frequently sought our feedback to ensue the project would turn out just how we wanted. They cleaned up the job site nicely each day when they finished. And when the project was over, they left the area even better than they found it (beyond the patio project). Each member of the team are true professionals. Frederick Landscaping exceeded all of our expectations and was absolutely wonderful to work with.
We just had a retaining wall replaced for our koi pond and Frederick Landscaping did an amazing job. Absolutely beautiful. After they completed that, we had them add a patio with a small wall by our pool house/shed. I could not be happier. They were able to incorporate the new wall with an existing wall that we were keeping. It was over 100 degrees the week they put the patio in, and the guys worked so hard- they never stopped. I checked on them multiple times, and they assured me they were fine. The only issue I have is that the new patio looks so good, I now want to replace the old patio-which we plan on having them complete in the spring! I am extremely happy with everything they did. Beautiful work.

We had a retaining wall that was leaning and needed to be replaced and got several estimates. Frederick Landscaping came out quickly to estimate the job, was knowledgeable about the materials needed, and gave a competitive quote. They arrived on the scheduled date to begin the job. They were very professional, left the area neat when they were done each day, and completed the project on time. The wall looks great and we were very happy with it. We will definitely use them for any future projects!

I contracted with them for a patio and landscaping. They committed (and Quoted) to re-route the downspout from the gutter underneath the patio so it came out past the end of the patio. They did not. They routed it to the side which created flooding of my neighbors yard. I emailed them, called them, emailed them again and advised them of the issue, included their original confirmation that they would route it past the end of the patio, and they would not fix it. I will never use them again.

We used Frederick Landscaping Inc for a major landscaping effort after removal of an above ground pool and decking. The yard was a mess of dirt, clay, and a big mess where the pool and deck had been. They came in and using some of the existing bushes that surrounded the deck made a courtyard garden with flagstone steps. We also had them set up some groundcover for an area that washed out in rain and is too shady to grow grass. The resulting work is a beautiful, unique park like courtyard. This year we had a problem with mud in a runoff from our sump pump and gutters. It was a mess with all of the excess water this year. We called Frederick Landscaping to see if they had a solution. Jacob came out and came up with installing drains from our downspouts and dump pump in the ground down to a French drain set up. They resodded the areas that they dug up, and created a dry creek bed over the French drain. It was done perfectly. On each project the work crew did a fabulous job. They are meticulous about everything from installation to site clean up. The quality of landscaping is outstanding. They know what plants or hardscape works best for the situation. They are truly excellent, professional, and well use them again for future landscaping jobs.
