I hired Utopia 360 Irrigation & Landscape Lighting to install lighting around my pool cage and landscape. It was a pleasure working with them. Kevin and Jay have been taking care of our lawn care and irrigation for a few years for both services. They only do our irrigation at this time due to the fact that they changed their business model. We are now and have been extremely happy with their service.

We hired Utopia 360 for some irrigation work. We were thoroughly pleased with their work! They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Their prices were reasonable. Then we hired them to install outside lighting on our palm trees. We were so pleased with the effects and results! Our backyard looks absolutely beautiful lit up at night! Great service and price! After getting the run around and exorbitant service call quotes from several local irrigation companies I finally found utopia 360 to come service my lawn irrigation system. In the heat and dry weather we have been having there is no way my lawn would have survived waiting for these other companies to respond. Got an appointment the same week. They came out on time as arranged and quickly located the issue. Replaced a broken pipe, changed out several heads and nozzles and ran through the entire system to make sure everything was running optimally. Before leaving, the owner made several recommendations, made sure I was completely satisfied and left me his business card with instructions to call anytime if there were any issues. If you've tried to get any work done in Central Florida you know how difficult and frustrating it can be to find reasonable, timely, professional help. Thank you so much. I couldn't be happier.

Jay and his crew have seriously turned around the irrigation and improved our grass at Sugarmill Landings over the past few months after our neighborhood was left in pretty bad condition from the last company. Their attention to detail is excellent, entire crew is friendly and incredibly professional, and they are easy to talk to if you have an issue. When someone in this company says they are going to do something, they mean it and that is a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommend Utopia 360 for irrigation maintenance, these people are great.

We wanted to add a small irrigation system to our yard. . Kevin gave us options and helped us figure out the best way to accomplish what we needed. It was not a huge job and we appreciated them taking it. Many companies dont want to bother with small jobs. They came when expected and completed the job exactly as we wanted it! They cleaned up after they were finished, showed us how to use the system and the price was great. I highly recomend calling Utopia 360 for your irrigation needs

Jay and Kevin did a fantastic job installing lighting in and around our new pool and screen enclosure. The combination of landscape, outdoor kitchen and step lighting they did looks spectacular at night. These guys are honest, punctual and meticulous in their work. Jay and Kevin work on several properties that I manage. In the property management business it is sometimes hard to find dependable vendors who actually care about their customers. I could not give enough praise to this company. Always getting the jobs done in a timely manner and well within budget. They are always responsive to requests and most importantly the jobs are done right and always look beautiful!

Jay and his team were very responsive at a time when I needed a quick turnaround to repair both my sprinklers and my landscape lighting. They re very professional and took the time to do the job right the first time. I would highly recommend them for either landscaping lighting and/or irrigation work. Great contractor to work with.
These guys were the first company to respond to my call and setup a service appointment the very next day! They promptly arrived and got to work repairing and setting up my old irrigation system. Although my system hadnt been used in months, they serviced all sprinkler heads, expertly troubleshot my problems to a faulty timer and tirelessly worked to get all zones working properly. They even showed me how to replace the timer if needed. Thanks for the hard work. I appreciate your thoughtful and helpful service!
I called three sprinkler system companies and left messages. Only Kevin with Utopia returned my phone call. We set an appointment and he showed up on time. He estimated the repair work I needed done which included adjustment of some sprinkler heads and relocating others due to an addition to our lanai. Then, he did the work the same day! Doesnt get any better than that! I would highly recommend Kevin and Utopia.
