TUFF TURF in New Smyrna Beach

Had sprinklers broke due to pool install. Went to tuff turf for guidance. They listened and explained how the parts worked. Showed me how to adjust the heads and sold me parts to do repair. Friendly staff and easy to work with.

They installed my sprinkler system at my house. I called to let them know I had a leak, find out prices and scheduled an appointment with them. When I was offered a better price by a competitor I called and told Tuff Turf and ended up canceling my appointment. I ended up calling Tuff Turf back to see if I could still work with them. Keep in mind all of this took place within an hour from the original call to the second call. It wasn’t as though a technician had been sent out to my house. The lady answered the phone and said “my boss told me to tell you we don’t care” then hung the phone up in my face. When I tried to call back I got no response. Highly unprofessional and I would not recommend using this company.

Showed right on time and quickly addressed all my sprinkler repair issues at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work!

They are contracted to do work in our new development. The work is very poor and their staff is unprofessional. We've had issues with our sprinkler system and landscaping since day 1 when they installed it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Best irrigation and landscaping company in Volusia County for sure, maybe even all of Florida. You will never find another company that is this big and organized that charges so little when considering the high quality workmanship they offer to their customers. I've spoken with employee's before as well and it's rare you find such hard working individuals in this day and age. The employee's were happy and upbeat and worked extremely hard and for them to speak so highly of the owner and the company they work for reassures me that they are trust worthy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPANY for anyone who wants quality work for less than those big RIP off companies. (I won't mention any names)

The owner came to the house to give us a quote and was to get back with us, but never heard back from him. We had Sunsplash landscaping of NSB. They are a A+ company gave us a quote and they over delivered on there service, highly recomend them. Quality plants.

I used them 6 months ago for my sprinklers. I thought they were a little expensive, but they did a good job for me and I was pretty happy with the results. Ran into a problem again recently and gave them a call. I was given a date with a 3 hour window and they never showed or called. I called their office and they apologized and gave me a new appointment for the next day. Again no one came or called. Also, as it was 3pm Friday no one picked up at the office when I called. Very disappointed as I thought I had found a company I could rely on.

This was a great experience at first. The owner John Cheney met with us and was very attentive, even gave us his cell phone number to call him with any questions. We were building a new home in Ponce Inlet and this is who the builder was using as a landscaper and low voltage lighting. All was well at first until the job was done and they got paid. When we had a few plants die we called to have them replaced because they gave us a year warranty. They came out and replaced two plants but not in a timely manor. A short time latter those two plants died, we called it in and no one ever came out to replace them. I tried several times and spoke with several different people at Tuff Turf, but no one ever came to replace the plants. This is when i decided to call the owner John Cheney, he was always available when we were planing our landscaping project or if not he would soon call. I called and left several messages and never got a return phone call. The year warranty is almost up and still no one has contacted us to replace our plants. Mind you, this has been going on for six months. Our builder has hired a new landscape company in order to make us happy. Thank you to our builder. Just be aware they talk a good game but so far they have not kept their promise.
