This review is from Adam Vazquez, President of Twin Lakes HOA. STAY AWAY from Patriot! They will not remove leaves or cleanup their mess. The cleanup from their lack of service is still in progress and multiple attempts have been made with Patriot over the span of 1.5 years to get the quality where we needed it to be. The property manager has all of the correspondence where the quality issues have been documented. After Hurricane Ian the city streets were cleaned up for at least a week before you cleaned up our storm debris - you never cleaned up after Nicole - this goes to show how your company prioritized our community! Calling me out for another residents criticism is completely unprofessional! How many customers from Twin Lakes fired you before you made your business decision to quit our community? That should be a clear indication of how our community feels about the quality of service provided.

If this is the same Patriot that used to service my HOA, please search for a better company. They neglected our irrigation system, didn't control weeds or insects, or maintain either entrance very well. They showed up and cut grass, edged and trimmed in a timely manner, but neglected the rest. We were very disappointed with them.

There is a previous review of this company from the same complex I'm not sure why they had an issue with either of these gentlemen both are indeed gentlemen they do great work they're very helpful approachable and do a fantastic job on the lawn which is most important. This Pine Valley owner is very pleased with their work and character. Both James and his partner. 👋
