Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in New Smyrna Beach

For the services and applications provided, there are way too many weeds and different types growing all over. My lawn does not look any better than when I did it myself. I had less weeds too.

We had an issue with our a weed treatment for our yard. Long story, short version. The manager, Tony, came to our yard twice and gave us his plan to fix the problem. He was courteous, polite and very professional. Job well done That was 5 months ago. Other than Massey placing about 30 plugs, nothing has happened. Tony is gone. New manager, Tom, reached out and stated he was going to make sure everyone was repaired. That was October. Now a regional manager (Jeff) is involved. More promises. He now states that it was drought even though we have an incredible irrigation system. So we paid on time $250 every 2 months and our yard is full of dead grass and weeds Please don’t use Massey. They don’t care about customers. All they want is to get paid.

I have to say that Alex Hamilton has done an excellent job of getting my yard looking awesome. My expectations have been exceeded. My grass is greener and fuller than it has ever been….. thank you Alex for all you do!!!

I had Massey services install my irrigation system many years ago and they have maintained it since that time. I recently had major damage to the system due to construction while I was out of town. I called Massey Services, New Smyrna Beach,FL . Mike and Eric went above and beyond any expectations I had for help. They immediately inspected the system, diagnosed the problem, provided pictures and videos of the damage, and helped coordinate the repair, while keeping in frequent contact with me and the contractors. I can’t thank them enough for their personal attention and help! Thanks!

Eric Bryant was very professional, approachable, and friendly. He even did me a favor which helped me out so much. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him service my sprinklers. Also Xavier Freeman was a pleasure to meet as he came to service my lawn. He was approachable like Eric and patiently answered and explained what products he was using on my lawn. And not to leave out Max Rossop and Tanner McCann both of whom have the same work ethics as Xavier and Eric above. Seems like Massey has hired a great group of people.

Just wanted to give kudos to 2 Massey techs.. Eric Bryant from the New Smyrna office did my April lawn treatment. WOW..2 months later, the lawn still looks fantastic. He is an asset to the Massey team. He has now moved on to a different department within the Massey group. His protégé Xavier Freeman has taken over Eric's lawn service accounts. I just met him today for my June treatment. He is a very nice and knowledgeable young man. Trained by Eric, I think he will fill Eric's shoes very well !

Alex for lawn and shrubs and Tim for pests are very professional and responsive. Everything looks great. We’ve been with Massey for 15-years. Three cities, three homes same great service. PS I tried to leave a Google review again but it wouldn’t go through

Thankful for lawn technician, Eric Bryant as his recommendation provided us with great services with Massey GreenUp of New Smyrna Beach. The customer service has been fantastic. Not only are they very informative when explaining their services, but they are also completed professionally. We couldn’t be happier to have our lawn maintenance maintained by Massey. With the help from them, our lawn will be looking green and great for years to come.
