Gator Green Landscape Maintenance And Design LLC in New Smyrna Beach

We have been using Gator Green for almost 2 years now and are very pleased with their work. They show up every week and do a great job. Highly recommend this company.

Be careful if choosing these guys as a lawn care provider. Called owner today as I received his name and number from a friend for lawn care service. He answers his phone as "hello", nothing else, not identifying his name or name of the business. I ask him if this is the number to Gator Green lawn care to which he replied very rudely "who is this"? Was strange to me that a business owner would represent his company this way so I thought I may have miss-dialed the number so I asked him again if this is Gator Green. He then said "I asked you who are you", mad me feel like I was a debt collector or for some reason he needed to screen his calls. I told him my name and asked if this is how he answers the phone for and represents his business and then he said "look I get a lot of telemarketing calls so what do you want". At this point I informed him that as an owner of several businesses I get many marketing calls as well but I still answer my phone professionally identifying the business and my name. He then said "whatever" and hung up. I can only imagine how bad a business relationship would be with this guy and his business if this is how he treats initial customers before they are even part of his clientele. I would never pay for the services of a substandard business professional such as this.

Victor and his crew are tremendous. They do a great job and show up on the first Monday of each month like clockwork. I highly recommend them.

From a thread on a local community site, I called Gator Green yesterday morning. Rude guy answered. Cut me short. Told me to send my address to him via text. I did and added a picture of the trees I needed trimmed. No response all day yesterday. Texted again at 12:24 PM today asking if he was interested in doing the job for me. Still no response today and it’s now the evening. Contractors who don’t respond to inquiries don’t impress me. This business is apparently best at getting his friends to write reviews, because he sure doesn’t know how to properly run a company. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

Victor has done a great job taking care of my lawn. His attention to detail especially around sprinkler heads and edging is outstanding and it all comes at a great price. I highly recommend Gator Green!
