Im so amazed and happy with the job that Sean and his team did with the front of our house. They replaced a retaining wall and added new plants. Next was replacing a broken sidewalk with pavers....looks so much better now. Now its on to new sod on front lawn. Very professional company and the results show it. Thank you so much.

Sean trimmed my palms, hedges and sea grapes along with a heavy pruning of an oak tree. He also installed 38 yards (that s a lot) of pea gravel all around my house and planted 50 hedges (podicarpus). He and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. So good that I have asked him to quote regular monthly maintenance for me. Sean s pricing was more than fair and he did a few extra things for me at no additional cost. He is a man of his word and I highly recommend him.

I can t say enough good things about our experience with East Coast landscaping. Sean was extremely professional and friendly. He worked quickly, while still maintaining great attention to detail. My trees have never looked this good!

Very unprofessional. I called Sean to discuss a tree trimming job. I explained what I wanted and agreed to a price. After a week of not responding, I called again and he put me on the schedule for the following week. I was sick and live 20 min away, so I called the night before to ask him if he d send me a picture of the 1st tree he trimmed so I could confirm that is how we wanted them trimmed. He then said I was too picky and that maybe we should just cut our own trees. I agreed to meet him in person in the morning so we proceeded (my mistake). After getting up early, making the drive there and waiting almost an hour, I got a text message that he had sent that morning saying he looked at the trees and wasn t able to do the job. My phone was off from the night before, so I didn t see the text come in, but he sent it at 6:30am and we were to meet at 8am. It appears that he either lied and never went to look, or illegally accessed my property. Either case, he was non-responsive, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. I would not do business with them.

East Coast Lawn and Landscaping did an excellent job removing bushes and laying down sod. They also put in one of those miniature palm trees. They took care of the irrigation and adjusted and installed sprinklers where they needed to be. I m thinking about putting in a Queen Palm and if I do I will be using them again . Highly recommend!

Review update: the below statement was accurate at the start of service I cannot complain about their work on the yard the following are the issues that I dealt with consistently leaving my gate open when they left, I politely asked the owner every time to please make sure that the gate was latched and shut when they leave. I have three small dogs, who have open access to a dog door and if I m not home, I did not want them getting out and getting lost in the neighborhood or hurt in the road. Every time he said that he would make sure the gate would be closed it continuously was left open. the sprinklers kept getting broken, by being ran over. I even put up flags to try and prevent this from happening. The owner said to let him know when it happens and he would come out and fix it. Free of charge, that never happened out of the 3 times they broke. Also they broke the drain run off from the gutters by running it over that also never got fixed. he increased his prices in the middle of service and also wanted everyone to pay a month ahead. OK that s fine. I understood that no problem with that. The problem happened a few months later the last service he did. I paid him for the month in advance like normal, three weeks go by no one shows up, no call, no email, no letter in the mail. Nothing. I contact him and asked him what was going on if everything was okay that was also during a time that he was supposed to come and fix the sprinklers and the gutter drain. He then proceeded to tell me that he had sent out a letter and did not know why I did not receive it, but that they had to cut half of their lawns from service, that he was having a hard time getting people that want to come to work. He did say he would be refunding me for the three weeks he did not cut, he came one week out of that month. He did nothing about the broken sprinklers or gutter drain. A few weeks later, I did receive the refund and I then received a letter in the mail stating we could no longer be serviced. Very disappointed at the end of how all of this turned out. It s definitely hard to find good lawn care I do not like posting bad reviews, but these things need to be known to others. I am updating this review pretty late. It s been over a year since service has stopped. I received an email stating that I had 1000 views on my review which made me realize that I need to update it. I hope that they are doing better as a small owners, business owner myself, I know that things can be hard sometimes but being open, upfront, and honest with people along with doing what you say you will is very important for small business owners, and this I feel was very locked on. I wish you the best. Original review: These guys are great! I do not have to worry about if my lawn will look good or not I do not have to worry if they will show up or not. If you want a reliable lawn care service that you can trust to do right by your yard you will not be disappointed with East Coast Lawn and Landscaping.

He took time to explain what needed to be done and why and walked us through how to take care of the sod after it was installed. He also cleaned up as he went. I will call him again, his service was great!

Six months ago I spent $5K+ for landscape design, removal, and install. All work was done in one day. Owner s landscape expert verbally confirmed one year warranty on plants just like anywhere else . Eleven dead trees later, I called in the new plant warranty and was told there was no warranty . I hired a professional to fix the problem this company left me. The eleven dead trees were planted too deep and drowned from underground water. I ve spent an additional $1K to correct the problem this company created. My wife was right, they are a rip-off. They certainly don t live up to their claim of guaranteed customer satisfaction. There were other issues that will be included in my BBB complaint.
