Cunningham Lawn & Landscaping has been a established company since 2013 in the greater Volusia County area, covering Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach and the entire West Volusia area. Our traditional business model is to provide landscape maintenance services to commercial and residential properties in our area. We also provide full landscape design and installation services, horticulture care, along with landscape lighting and a full-service irrigation department. We aim to be the one company that can do it all. Add to it, that we have a on-staff horticulturist as well as landscape designers, we truly have the capability to perform concept to completion and beyond for all your landscape needs.

Start to finish Cunningham's has nailed every single goal I had for my recent projects. They installed a complex French drain as well as laying a pebble pathway with stepping stones. They hire the best and friendliest workers that show the utmost respect not only to your property but in person! If any issues arise they are quick to resolve and make it even better than expected. They show up on time and communicate every step of the way. I had a few add on's during the project and it was all completed as well because you just never know what you might want differently. I will continue to use Cunningham's for further landscaping designs because they are GREAT!! Thank you Cunningham's for making my backyard beautiful and my drain nightmare disappear!
Been using Cunningham’s for nearly five years at two different properties… they have excellent crews who listen and make sure everything is right! They have their own in house irrigation team too which is awesome!
These guys are consistent and reliable. We had an unexpected water issue after the hurricane and they went above and beyond to help diagnose the situation so we could get it addresses properly. Great team!

I live in lake reserve in DeLand and I just called the office to tell them about this so I figured I would post it online too, You have an employee that for over an hour Me and my Wife have been seeing her bust her ass by herself putting in sprinklers at a house on my street, the office said her name was "Ms.V" this is impressive to say the least, she's a smaller woman and even though that doesn't mean anything she seems to be an extremely hard worker because doing that alone can't be easy. this is the kind of work I would expect from any company I hire for my house and in the future I know who I'm calling if i need help with my system. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!
Our backyard slanted towards the house. We had water intrusion after Hurricane Ian that caused major issues. Then last week with all the rain, we started getting more water coming towards the house, despite new gutters. We called Cunningham and John came out. He gave us an estimate. We got on their schedule. I asked if they got any cancellations to move us up if possible. John and his crew showed up ahead of the projected date. They graded the yard, redid the two underground gutter extensions, added two more underground drains added new sod as well as rocks and landscape edging. The crew was extremely polite and professional. Any questions I had were quickly answered. John checked on my satisfaction throughout the process. The project took two days and they cleaned up after each day. I give Cunningham's Lawn and Landscaping my highest rating and would recommend them to anyone.
The Cunninghams team is incredible. On-site when they say they will be there. They Always had a foreman or lead onsite to assist us in any decisions. Their plan and detail to what we wanted was fantastic. They started and finished on time and there was nothing that needed to be redone. From the sprinkler installers to the landsacape installers all were very pleasant. The outdoor lightning is amazing. I signed up for their lawn service and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Cunninghams to anyone.

I live in an HOA, Cunningham has been the best landscaping company we have had. I had a problem with my sprinkler system not shutting offover the weekend, the management company did nothing, I called Cunningham directly and someone came out and took care of it. Cunningham takes pride in their company and their work and I appreciate it!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Extremely professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond from day 1 to ensure the project was done right. They did a great job cleaning up after each day, you wouldn t even know they were there. I have worked with Jared and his staff on Some projects and they do a great job.
They completely replaced and updated sprinkler system and replaced over 5000 sq ft of sod. ALL work was done by a great crew of real professional workers and done exactly as they said they would and in a timely manner. I received a lot of very valuable advice about landscaping and plants. As a side note I d like to express gratitude for looking out for the safety of my little dogs. Great bunch of guys. A complete success, exceeding our expectations, and looks and works beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Cunningham s! I have never seen such a professional crew who were so courteous to not just the adults but my two little kids as well. They worked with us on the design to get us exactly what we wanted and worked with our association so we did not have to worry about a thing! We even had an issue with our pool builder cutting down a tree with out our approval and they went out of their way to work with our pool builder to get the correct tree and install it. (One less thing for us to worry about!) I cannot rave enough about how they not only take care of you and make your landscaping look amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will recommend them to everyone I know and use them for any future landscaping needs! Thank you so much for making our yard beautiful again.
We have been a good customer and always paid in timely manner. We called today to find out when they were coming to cut our lawn since it had been weeks. We had a gentleman show up our door stating he had cut our grass last week. We knew he was mistaken because the grass was so high and was still areas of blue spray paint on our grass from a project we were working on. We paid for the month of March with no service. Very disappointed with this young mans attitude. We will be doing our own for now. The owner was very nice and called us. Just disappointed in the kid that came over.
When I first moved into my house in 2019, we wanted to fix the landscaping. My lawn was in bad condition, and all of the plant beds were overgrown with weeds and the landscaping just looked horrible. I made an appointment and told Jered what I wanted, and he made it come to life!! The holly bushes that I hated were ripped out, and all new plants were planted and all of my beds got brand new river rocks. All of my trees were trimmed too! Everything to this day still looks absolutely amazing!!! They still do my monthly lawn care, trim all of my trees, and also fix my sprinklers to make sure my lawn is getting watered properly. A couple weeks ago my lawn was very overgrown because of all the rain, and it hadn t been mowed due to the lawn being too squishy to run the mowers through. I called, and the next day when I got home from work, my lawn had been mowed!! Customer service is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting professional lawn care/landscaping!! I will eventually be doing my backyard with pavers, and also possibly have an outdoor kitchen installed!! Thank you Cunningham s Lawn and Landscaping!!! You re simply the best, better than all the restttt!!

We recently opened a new resort on the beach, and Cunningham helped us determine the specs and plant material to make some changes we wanted to meet our design intent, then managed the installation. They are great professional people to work with, care about their work, and do what they say they they will. They now maintain three of our commercial properties.

We were so impressed with every aspect of Jered Cunninghams work involving landscaping our entire backyard! Jered arrived at our home right on time to take a look at our backyard (in desperate need for a makeover). He is a very good listener, asked us questions to find out what our needs were in this make over. He sent us a quote in a very timely manner. We agreed with his quote and once again Jered arrived at our home at the time he stated and we signed our contract for his services.
