Blue Turtle Landscaping in New Smyrna Beach

RUN!!!! This is the worst company. Gave us a bill/contact that we agreed on and without telling us and nothing in the contact changing… we received a bill for double the cost! What?? Is this legal? I didn’t agree to pay more and she won’t return calls/text. Not trustworthy at all. How can someone operate a business this way? Very dishonest.

Horrible at communicating. Finally they sent a designer out for an hour appointment. After describing what my wife and I assumed to be a 30-45k landscaping project for our new houses pool area, the designer left and all emails have gone unanswered. We are just scratching our heads as to why someone would conduct business like this.

Had some initial clean out work done. Payed them for that. Had a plan and was waiting on a certain rock with Blue turtle being the ones to get the rock. I Called after the time alloted for the rock and then she GHOSTED ME. Called several other time to find out what was going on. NEVER heard a word from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
