Emerald Tree & Shrub Care Company in New Rochelle

Over 2 weeks and no response or estimate. Very poor customer service and unreliable. I called office after a week with no contact and was told an estimate would be sent. NO Contact ( phone or email) And time wasted .

Whoever is Kevin Wyatt's assistant is the reason my husband and I canceled our appointment. She had such a horrible attitude when we called to inquire if Kevin was still coming because it was 30mins passed our scheduled time. Whatever the case was didn't matter to us we still wanted to meet with him but it was her immediate attitude and unprofessionalism that threw us off completely. She spoke so harshly and hung up the phone before we could respond. Felt like we called someone at the DMW. He has to be losing alot of business because of her if this is how she talks to people.

Emerald has removed trees for us as well as sprayed our trees for pests. They come when they say they will, have very competitive prices and are efficient when they come. I would highly recommend them if you need tree work.

Excellent, responsive tree and herbicide/ fungicide service company--I truly thought I was going to lose several rose bushes to black spot and bugs but after Emerald sprayed them a few times this spring (and the scale on the hydrangeas), everything came back to life! And the ornamental crab apple that was pruned/ thinned looks fantastic. Wonderful!

I’ve used Emerald Tree service for years and now several of my neighbors also use them. Either Kevin or Michael come by when requested to assess any problems or needs around my yard. They are so knowledgeable and you can tell they really love what they do. They make very conservative recommendations and try to save my plantings whenever possible. Their tree crews are very polite and efficient and clean up well. The office team also works well, filling requests and returning calls promptly and politely. I am extremely happy with this business on all levels and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Professional. Kevin is knowledgable and helps the customer correctly prioritize. He doesn't hard sell, try to talk you into work that doesn't have to be done or let you cut down a tree that is unusual (identifies it for you) and can be saved with perhaps heavy trimming. The crews have always been respectful, courteous, hard working. Fairly priced. I highly recommend.

We loved our service and George the technician was so friendly and professional! We felt like we’ve know him for years he’s so easy to talk to and wow did he know his stuff! I learned so much from him (that he explained so well)things I never new about my trees and shrubs that were so interesting! Who knew? ...and it was his first visit with us. I wonder what we’ll learn on our next one ?? Great job George from Emerald Tree and Shrub Care we highly recommend you !

Very pleased with Emerald Tree Co. The contract price was quite reasonable and the work was done in a completely professional way by a friendly, efficient and well-equipped crew (of three). The arborist was very knowledgeable. He knew every tree, shrub and plant on the property. Turned out that the trees I wanted taken down were invasive species, giving me an extra reason to take them down. The main reason was that they were too close to the house and blocked the sun. The operation was done with the utmost care. Branches were tied, cut and lowered under control at all times. All material was chipped immediately and at the end the crew somehow was able to remove all the sawdust. Result: A house with much more sun (and curb appeal). I can almost breathe better for the openness.
