Ruined my beautiful lawn.

Southern Care takes care of both our lawn and home. Weve been with them for a year and have had excellent results. Great customer service, friendly, and responsive.

Very unprofessional, the employees weren t supposed to spray my yard. Then ended up spraying their chemicals all over my equipment and employee. Meanwhile they wear gloves and boots to protect them from chemicals ironically. Would not recommend.

Great crew, great service

Blissfully Unaware/Self Important drivers that slowly pull up and park directly in-front of driveways while somebody is attempting to pullout. Common sense and courtesy are not included with their services.

We were this company for 10 years and awhile ago i notice they do not keep the same driver on route they rotate them. my experience with this they are lost all day figuring out what gate to go threw and such. corners will get cut with any worker trying to complete there day. This is the case with my yard used to be the best on my street many niebhor started using them. I had on camera 5 months ago this happening and called and fired them. no one came out to look then. Now they keep sending that bill for that day and charging me late fees and someone called to see the footage now. 5 months later.my sim card deletes of footage after awhile i just found out its gone I have over a thousand dollars in damage to my yard and there harassing me over 77 dollars. They were good when they were a smaller company to big for a good job anymore. i never paid them late once in 10 years i refuse to pay for work not done but this place has no account ability find a better service. I did.

I paid in advance for services. After what i paid for was completed they kept doing services and then billed me. I advised after the first time this happened that I didnt want services past what I paid for. I explained this directly to the manager. They did the same thing and then got mad at me for complaining. Poor customer service as they didnt tell me my credit was up and didnt notify me when they were coming. Even poorer book keeping.

We have been so pleased with Southern Care. The staff is very friendly and personable and show pride in their work. Highly recommend. We also use the pest control service which is also amazing, it is very rare we see any household bugs inside or outside the perimeter of our home. The staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive.

Always on time go above and beyond always out to help somebody

This company does a good job. They are faithful in coming on their scheduled days. We have never had an issue. They do a good job maintaining our yard and home.

After using this company for well over two years. I have finally decided to fire them. I m not sure what s going on with the business but the quality is no longer there.

They are responsive and professional. They were out today to look at Issues my mother was having with her lawn and pest control. They were very polite and went above and beyond to please her. No charge for the service. Bryan is a credit to your company and and a fine young man.

They are great. My Palm was dying and when they looked at it they identified an untreatable disease it had, so I didn t waste money trying to treat it. They even sent me some links to UF website describing the disease.

I highly recommend them great with price guarantee if you see a bug they come back and do extra spray. I couldnt get rid of my cockroach problem and they did it in one treatment.

They sprayed my lawn and answered my wifes questions with a high understanding of what they were doing. And very polite. Will continue my service. My neibors are asking how I get my lawn so nice....I tell them Southern Care and Lawn..

The tech that serviced my lawn made it a point to contact me to tell me my lawn was very dry, and to water immediately! With everything going on I almost forgot about my lawn, thank you southern care for everything!

Without a doubt Southern Care saved our lawn. For the last year and half my boyfriend thought he could take care of our lawn himself and boy was he wrong. I feel like if we would have waited any longer, we would have had to replace the lawn. We used to have the best lawn on the street and I know with proper watering and Southern Care we ll have it again. Thanks for doing a great job.

Rude and unprofessional

I have been using them to service my yard for years and they did a decent job. I think most companies will do a decent job and it really just depends on the individual that services your lawn. I gave them a 1 out of 5 due to the owners demeanor and customer service skills. I understand that problems will happen but it s the manner in which you conduct yourself. Thank you for your service over the years but I m taking my business elsewhere.

We use Southern Care for both our lawn and pest needs. Before Southern Care our lawn had many dead patches, very quickly Southern Care had our lawn looking as if we laid new sod. As for pest needs, we have utilized them for everything from ants to rodents and couldnt be more impressed with not only their communication but also quality. Would highly recommend to others.

They wont leave my property, I didnt even call them. Parked on my sprinkler system.

I own a small pest control company and chose to not do lawn servicing because I know in the lawn business it is VERY tough to make people happy and it is difficult to find good lawn techs. I chose Southern Care because they service a few of our neighbors lawns and they look great. We sodded the yard and things were looking rough before we called Southern Care. I NOW have a lawn where people compliment me on how nice it looks. Our tech always leaves thorough notes regarding the conduction of the lawn, what they did and what to expect. I couldn t be happier with Southern Care :)

Great service!! They are coming every month and Im seeing great improvement in my lawn. The guy who comes also leaves tips for me like watering and what I can do to keep my lawn healthy. Great personal service and only $45 a visit.

They started out great. This week two men came to treat the lawn ... one on the fertilizer and another with the pesticide sprayer on his back. When the man with the pesticide sprayer got to the backyard, I saw him and stepped out onto the lanai. He was wearing headphones and didn t see/hear me. Pumping away on the sprayer and waiving the sprayer to the beat, he was having a good time. What he was not doing was spraying ... NOTHING was coming out. It was all for show if the neighbors were watching. Don t trust these scum. If you re not there, they ll just spend some time tramping down your grass, then send you a bill.

They do a good job, and always give us advice on taking care of the yard

I started this lawn service 9/1 solely off of the good reviews AT THAT TIME and specifically stated that I wanted my treatments done every 6 weeks to prevent another monthly bill but they still came every 4 weeks like clock work. After the 2nd treatment I still did not see any improvements in lawn specifically the crab grass that had taken over my entire back yard and part of my side yard so I called the company to advise them that the crab grass was not getting any better and they came back out the next day or two to re-treat it and still no improvement and one day I saw a flyer from them and it says they cant treat crab grass...what! Instead of them advising me of this when I called to complain about the crab grass they continued to come every 4 weeks and charging me even when they knew my complaint was crabgrass. I immediately cancelled the service after find this out because the crab grass was one of main reason I wanted to get my yard treated because it had taken over my backyard and my new plugs were being smoothered out. The got bill and called about it and was told that a manager would call me back which never happened so the next month I got yet another bill with an additional $5 finance charge and I called again. This time I did finally get a call back from Tim who was very rude. He refused to believe what I was saying even though his office personnel saw in their notes that I called because the crab grass wasnt getting any better he just accused me of just wanting to get out of paying my bill which I confirmed that what Ive already paid satisfies the every 6 week treatment that I told them I wanted when I started the service which was still money thrown down the drain since they didnt fix my issue and my yard still looked horrible.

I have used this company for more than 10 years. It is reliable and dependable, serving both my home and my business. It is much better than other services that I have used, including some of the larger national franchises.

This company will charge you a start up fee and a fee to stop services, but has no contract. The price was reasonable, but my yard ended up with more weeds than before I started. The treatment included pest control, but I had ants less than a week after application. I would not recommend this company for lawn and pest control, I guess you get what you pay for.

These guys are great at what they do...

Terrible neighbors.....the employees are loud and rude and drink on the premises at night. Loud use of profanities

Was happy to get a resod, but they covered sprinkler heads, meters and did some pretty throw together work. When speaking to the owner, Mike, he flat out denied his guys did anything wrong even though he had to send them back out to make those cuts. His guys told him our sprinklers werent coming up even though they come up everyday and have never been down. He said he didnt believe his guy lied... sooo.... there goes that accountability that apparently grown men lack these days. If you want a company who gives a crap about the money you are putting into your home, dont go with these guys. Apparently, his attitude about bad reviews is he didnt care. And hes the OWNER... so I can see why his employees dont care either. #NotAHappyCustomer #TheyGotMyMoneyButNotAgain
