Called to get an estimate for lawn care for our yard. The lady said that the owner would be out at 9am the next morning to look and give me an estimate and that If I wasn't home he would call me with an estimate. Well I woke up very early and made sure not to leave at all. He never showed and he never called. This is poor customer service. You would think someone would want your business but obviously not these people. I am telling everyone I know that needs lawn care to avoid this company.
I hired a team to work on my backyard, and while they did a good job overall, I encountered a significant issue. One of their workers accidentally broke open my backyard gate, which resulted in my dogs escaping when I let them out afterward. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve them, but unfortunately, one of my dogs suffered burnt feet from walking on the pavement. Today, I had to take her to the vet for treatment. What concerns me most is that despite these issues, the team did not offer an apology or discuss covering the vet bill. This lack of acknowledgment and responsibility has left me disappointed. As a result, I cannot recommend their services to others.
Our interaction started out well enough 3 weeks ago. I was looking forward to the service, however failure to show for 2 weeks blamed on 1 day of rain is a bit much.. No follow up date could be given when requested only, "I need to check the schedule". There would be no return phone calls or text. I also explained of grass allergies as a reason we must maintain a cut-down yard, I was informed they understood. This morning my patients has worn thin while my grass grows higher and higher. I find myself now logging this complaint with lost hope of finding a reliable service.
We had a tree removed and the team did a good job taking it out. It was a very large water oak that was rotting. While taking it down a piece of fencing was hit but they replaced it the next day. Communication could have been better since they didn't finish in one day and didn't tell us they'd be back. The next morning they were here and finished the job. Overall, would recommend.
This was my first time using this company. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate on getting my 10ft hedges cut down to about 6 feet, they surround my pool so not an easy job. The owner showed up within an hour, gave me a quote and his guys showed up (earlier than expected) the next day just like he said. There was a little bit of miscommunication (probably on my end) and I called the owner and the next day the owner and crew showed up and fixed everything to my liking! Very happy with this company. Definitely will be using them to continue my hedge trimmings in the future.
Customer service is horrible. WHEN yard was cut was good. A lot of excuses on why they didn’t come. Cut front yard and not backyard once. Wow. 21/2 weeks to get lawn cut was the last straw. To many lawn services out here to put up with Terrance’s excuses. But keep in mind they not one time refunded any money for work never done. Imagine that. Really this last month , I paid for entire month and yard was cut once. Good luck if you go with this company. Thumbs down
Absolutely horrible. On the second time they came out to cut they damaged 3 fruit trees. It took multiple calls and two different emails to finally have Terrance the owner come out and it took him almost two weeks. After he came out he told all three of us that he would make sure the next day he would come out and put protection around the trees. The next day that never happened and he tried to claim he could not find anything. After I eventually sent him an email and a text message to fire them and told him he still owed me $25 left due to paying a month ahead of time he has yet to pay back the $25 to me and never fixed our property damage. When we asked why does it take multiple calls and emails to get you to respond he said he is just very busy. Very unprofessional, very unreliable and one of the worst experiences dealing with a service in 20 years.
Terrance and his crew removed a 40ft tall Norfolk pine and 2 huge cactus from our back yard and side yard. His crew were GREAT! They knew exactly what to do and had the job done quickly and cleaned the area. They grinded all stumps and even a few smaller ones we cut. We would highly recommend them to all! And the price was unbeatable! Gave us an estimate on Wednesday and they were here bright and early Saturday morning! GREAT JOB! Thank you!

Always there is not always there. Completely unorganized, terrible customer service. Done trying to work with them. Edit to say Im doing this review on behalf of my roommate, who made me wait around all day ant you never showed. I found us another lawn care service that night. Thanks anyways. Wont be calling.

I had called them to come out and mow a neighbors lawn because it had overgrown out of control due to health issues theyd had. They were friendly and out the next day to take care of it. The yard looks amazing! Great company and good people, I highly recommend Always There Lawncare.
An appointment was made with this company and a representative never called back that hed be late or not be able to come over... Word to the wise... Im sorry to hear that you had an issue.
Called/texted and asked for an estimate and was told they would come out that evening - nothing. Texted again next morning to see if they had come by and I just was not aware. Was told it would happen that day. That has been weeks ago and I NEVER heard from them. If my job is too small or they are just too busy I would have appreciated them at least letting me know. Not responsive.
Never showed up for weekly services but would then bill the entire month. When I canceled my service with them due to lack of servicing they tried to send me a past due invoice when they had already cashed my check. This is a poorly managed operation, stay far away.

They do a fantastic job with my yard Ive never had any complaints they do my yard trim my bushes and my trees and fix my sprinklers when not working and whatever else I may need done Im very impressed with there work they have been doing home for years and have been doing an excellent job they have earned my loyalty it may take them a couple of days to get to something if you ask them for something extra but it will get done and you can expect nothing but the best thank you Terrance for such a wonderful job
