Pasco lawn care services in New Port Richey

Their lawn care service improved the look of my yard significantly. Grass was cut evenly, and the team worked quickly. There were a few missed spots, but they came back to fix them promptly.

Very upset at this company. They came once to a rental home that my daughter lives in. Great job, better than the last company that no longer services her area. Well, that was the one and only time that they showed up. I even set them up on autopay. I have left numerous phone messages on three different numbers. Finally someone answered yesterday, but I don't know if they understood me. They were highly recommended by the HOA and now my daughter got a warning that the grass is too high. She is a single Mom and we don't need this aggravation. What type of lawn company doesn't show up every week in the summer especially when they have been prepaid?????

Initially they seemed professional and would come by on a regular basis (around twice a month), but for the last 4-5 months they've been charging us around $120 per month and they don't even show up when they say they will. When they do come, they either only mow the front or the back (never both) and don't even edge the lawn. After a few weeks of trying to reach out for them to come, sending pictures of the overgrown grass/weeds, they always have an excuse, either their phone service is down or just don't bother to respond or acknowledge the messages sent. It's disappointing when you're paying for a service and your neighbor comes by and offers to mow your lawn out of the blue (kind of embarrassing when you're paying for a "service"). Right now it's been around 5 weeks, when they've said twice in the last 2 weeks they'll come "tomorrow" and still have not shown up. Don't get ripped off by these guys like we have.

I contacted Pasco Lawn Services at the end of October about giving a quote. On November 6 I received a quote for $800 for my project. About a week later I gave them a call to hire them. I was told to approve the quote online, which I did the same day, November 15. I was told they'd be out in a week or less. Nothing happened. I figured with Thanksgiving they might be behind. On November 28 I sent an e-mail saying, "Were you still interested doing this project? I approved it 11/15 and was told it would be done in a week or less." Today is December 7. I just now received a reply. The only thing it said was, "true". I give up.

Assigned this company through a third party app. Was not home to monitor, which shows. Just looking at my security camera I can see they only worried about doing a portion, knowing they'd leave the rest out of the "finished" picture. Will now have to either pay someone else to finish the job, or do it myself. This company is a rip off. Attached a couple photos of this companies "finished" work. I was charged $70 for this garbage.

A quality lawn care business. Price is good. The lawn techs are friendly and very accommodating if you need something irregular done. I asked for a couple extra things and they performed the work without questions and did a great job. Business has good communication too. Highly recommend
