Gave this company to many chances to fix there quality and issues. One week they mow half the yard, the next they scalp it. When I text to inform them, it’s my fault because I’m hard to please. Literally that’s what they texted me. 2020 customer service is dead. Rule #1 in business never blame a customer for your poor quality. Fix the issues and make them happy.
