Pete has been our landscaper for many years. He is dedicated, caring, has pride in his work, a great listener, and a problem solver. We had some areas in our yard that needed some plants to enhance the space. Peter suggested beautiful perennials. He also noticed drainage issues and resolved the problem for us. I live in a development with many landscaping companies. I notice other companies come in, rush to cut the grass, and then quickly move on to the next house, often not cleaning up the grass clippings on the road. Pete even takes care of the weeds growing by the road near my house. Pete is fantastic!

It was very late into the fall season and we couldn't get to our final yard clean up due to a family emergency. Pete returned my call immediately and came by to give an estimate in a very timely manner. When others were non responsive or unwilling to take on the job at that time, Pete was not only willing, but managed to get everything done sooner than I even expected and did an amazing job at a fair price. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again without hesitation.

We are repeat customers of Wolgast Landscaping. You cant beat the quality of his work, his responsiveness and his reliability. Rare qualities in recent years. For this job, he removed a large sloping mound in our lawn (which made it nearly impossible to mow), and filled in a large depression in the lawn (also difficult to mow). Smoothed the area out, reseeded, and covered with straw. The price was fair, and his work was excellent - which I expected. What more can you ask for?

We hired Wolgast Landscaping for fall cleanup this year. Pete was responsive and punctual and cleaned up our property very nicely.
Wolgast Landscaping exceeded my expectations that is how good they are. Pete met with us several times to talk through what was needed and was so easy to work with. The end result which included a rock wall with gravel and plantings with mulch all around the perimeter of our house turned out beautifully. Pete and his crew were reliable, easy to work with and delivered a beautiful end product. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future for other projects.

Pete just did a complete landscape transformation for us and we are extremely happy with the result! He cleaned out years of overgrowth, trimmed our existing decorative trees and shrubs, seeded our lawn, designed and planted beautiful flower beds both in the front and back of our home, and installed some privacy bushes along our fence. This was a large project and Pete s price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. He worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner, and was very accommodating. We are happy we found a great landscaper to help us manage our property!
Pete installed my landscape a year ago, I lost nine azaleas, not because of him, because of a deep-freeze in the area they were in, all a week before the warranty was up, and he replaced them all at no charge! He stands behind his work. You don t want someone who isnt going to warrantee the plants.

It always brings a smile to face when he is done cutting and trimming. He also does my Spring and Fall clean ups and protects my shrubs for the harsh winters!

We had the entire front of our house landscaped by Pete Wolgast of Wolgast Landscaping, replacing numerous overgrown, deer eaten old shrubs with beautiful plants. He analyzed the particulars of our situation, and developed a thoughtful plan - selecting diverse deer resistant evergreen plants that would thrive in partial sun, some flowering, and a host of unique perenials. The combination of plants and their placement can only be described as a work of art. I ve planted lots of shrubs in my years as a homeowner, and I NEVER would have come up with the beautiful placement, selection, and arrangement that he did. His pricing was quite fair based on other estimates that we received, and he completed all of the work in one day. He was also gracious enough to point out some problems and the solution with other shrubs on the side of our house. Pete has a great disposition, is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and careful.
