GMK Property Services is wonderful. I called the morning of the first snow storm of 2024 and he sent one of his guys over in 10 minutes to plow our driveway. The driveway was perfect. We just moved to New Milford and realized that we could not shovel or use our snow blower for our steep long driveway. I would use them anytime for any of their services and it was such a great experience.
I am very pleased with my first dealings with Garrett and GMK Property Services. My elderly parents were in a pinch due to a health emergency, although out of his normal service area he made an exception and plowed a tricky driveway. He was timely, courteous, and professional. We look forward to working with him in the future.
GMK did an excellent job of removing a ton of leaves (wet and dry) from my property. They were on time, courteous, paid attention to what I wanted done and cleaned everything up before they departed. There was no lost time while here and the job was A+. Garret (owner) was quick to respond when I called him for service and was flexible when I needed to reschedule the time. He's professional and a pleasure to work with. Based on my experience I can easily recommend Garret and his crew at GMK Property Services.
We began as customers of GMK for plowing services where Garret or his crew consistently came at 5:30am to plow and hand shovel where necessary (without our request) enabling us to arrive at work, an hour away, by 7am. The team did this regardless of the amount of snow. When we began our pool restoration project, we interviewed Garret along with another big name, well established, company. His quote was by far the most realistic. Conversationally, it was evident he would also take great care with our project. Over the course of the rainiest and hottest summer on record, Garret and his team worked tirelessly - sometimes in the dark - to be certain the job was done right. (See "before" and "after" photos). To ensure customer satisfaction, he was meticulous in the expectations of his work and the job site. This included completing small, meaningful touches to the job, without additional charges and being flexible to change-order requests. Regardless of day or time, he was and is, responsive to all queries. If you're looking for a team of craftsman and laborers who work with pride, as though it is their own property, then look no further than GMK Property Services for your next project, winter plowing or landscaping.
Garret and his crew are very caring , responsible. They make our lawn look lush and very well kept. He was sorely missed last year due to COVID. Look forward to seeing them again this year. I had GMK Property Services come out to my residence in 2023 for fall cleanup. I was very pleased with the communication, quality and services provided. With that being said, I had them return this spring for spring cleanup and a first mow.
This is our first year using GMK for snow plowing and shoveling. Garrett and his crew have been terrific, very responsive and professional.

We had an exceptional experience working with Garret, GMK Property Service. Left him a message, he got back to us within 2 hours. 2 days later he was at our house to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and didnt rush us at all. Once he gave us a quote we immediately hired him to do all our mulching around our house/garden. We agreed on a date for services. He.and his staff were here promptly that morning. They did an excellent job. He even suggested other areas to mulch and he was right. It looked beautiful. They do great work. Some big projects in the summer - gravel driveway widening and leveling, forsythia removal, new beds, and yard expansion - all great. Just had them back for fall cleanup and it looks great - especially beds in front of the house. Professional, communicative, and they check to make sure you are truly satisfied. They do a great job.

Absolutely amazing!!! I was stuck and needed to be plowed out after the recent snow storm so I called GMK after finding their listing online. They were beyond accommodating and fairly priced. They came right over and did a great job plowing my driveway. I couldn t have asked for more. I contacted GMK late in the day- roughly 5:30pm just to inquire for later in the week. They got back to me within minutes and even stopped by an hour later just to give an accurate quote. I was more then happy with the price and they even offered to take care of my lawn then and there! They worked well I nto the dark. Obviously I couldn t see what it looked like- but the next morning my lawn looked like a baseball outfield, sharp lines and all. Young local guys working hard, absolutely recommend them to everyone looking for professional lawn service. You will be very happy with the results and at a very VERY reasonable price.

Garrett and his team worked hard in the heat hauling mulch up on our pretty steep property with no complaints (wheel barrow and buckets)!
