I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience with Sharp Lawns LLC has been. From start to finish, this company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction. Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. When I initially contacted them to schedule an appointment, they were unresponsive and took days to get back to me. It seemed like they couldn't care less about my pest and lawn problems. When they finally did respond, they were rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect for their customers. The technicians they sent were no better. Not only did they arrive late for the appointment, but they also seemed disinterested and ill-prepared. They barely inspected the affected areas and rushed through the treatment process. It was evident they lacked the knowledge and expertise necessary for the job. As for their so-called "pest control" and "lawn care" services, they were utterly ineffective. After spending a small fortune on their treatments, I noticed absolutely no improvement. The pests remained, and my lawn looked worse than ever before. It's as if they did nothing at all! When I reached out to complain, they shrugged it off and refused to take responsibility for their failure. To make matters worse, the chemicals they used during the treatments left a strong, nauseating odor that persisted for days. I was promised safe and eco-friendly solutions, but it seems they didn't care about the harmful impact on the environment or my family's health. The final straw was trying to get a refund for their terrible services. They dodged my calls and emails, and when I finally managed to get a hold of someone, they gave me the runaround and refused to issue a refund, even though they guaranteed customer satisfaction. In conclusion, Sharp Lawns LLC is a complete sham of a company. Their lack of professionalism, knowledge, and effectiveness in dealing with pests and lawn care is appalling. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and money and steer clear of this dreadful business. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Stay away!
