It is a real pleasure to write a review for Best Buddies Landscaping. Their crew, which included Rubin, Francisco, Deyvis and Leo, did a MAGNIFICENT job. When they say fall cleanup, they mean cleanup. No leaf would dare not surrender to their rake or leaf blower; this was not an easy task, since the leaves were relatively wet. This team worked tirelessly, efficiently and effectively to get the job done. Rubin was in charge and made sure the work got done and that I was satisfied with what was done, which I was ... I was beyond satisfied. These young men are keepers and a credit to Best Buddies Landscaping. I recommend with SIX stars!!!!!
I can’t say enough good about this team of landscapers they were fabulous and my property came out looking terrific. Thank you to Lilly for the design, she did an amazing job and gave me what I ask for with lot’s of color. Thank you Kevin, Leo, Jorge and Fernando. Kevin and his team, nothing was a bother. So polite and very professional. I highly recommend Best Buddies landscaping Company. Laura and Lilly came out to meet with me to discuss my design several times. Nothing was ever an issue . They listen to my concerns and address and delivered exactly what I wanted done.
HIS IS AN UPDATE. After the wall repair, (see below), we asked Lilly for a plan to upgrade our gardens. Her vision matched ours. Kevin, Bob, Fernando, Jorge, Leo, Luis and Francisco, removed, replanted and replenished the garden. They left our yard in better shape and cleaner than it was before. I waited to leave this review so that I could tell you that everything planted and replanted, survived. Thanks I have used Best Buddies in the past. Recently, I had a stone wall repaired that was damaged by Amazon delivery negligence. Jake and Louis arrived promptly and completed the job looking just as it was when originally built. Thank You!
We have been using Best Buddies for various projects and lawn maintenance for many years. They are reliable, punctual, efficient, considerate of your property, and their work is outstanding. They do just as good if not better of a job as much more expensive landscape companies in the area. All of the guys are great, but I must mention Ruben and Elver who do a fantastic job maintaining our lawn each week. We also just worked with Laura and Lily to come up with a great new landscaping plan that we are very excited to start working on. Highly recommend!
Best Buddies always does a great job on our yard and lower meadow. The guys are courteous and always have attention to detail. For example a piece of dead ash tree fell in the back and broke into logs. Elver and Ruben took the initiative to move them on their own before I could get down there and do it myself. Thank you guys keep up the good work!
We recently used Best Buddies Landscaping in New Hope for the first time for a landscaping project. The experience was excellent. Working with Laura during the design phase was a pleasure and Kevin and the crew not only did an outstanding job but went the extra mile on the project. Best Buddies was incredible to work with! They really went above and beyond to make the yard in my new home look soo much better. Shoutout to the whole team of landscapers - we talked to Jose a few times while he was working and he was so accommodating and helpful. Also, Laura was very responsive and great to work with during the whole process. (I had previously reached out to another team who said our yard would be too much to tackle, but Laura assured us it wasn t anything out of the norm which was good to hear.) Best Buddies even offered to mow our front yard to make the mulching process easier. My husband is now asking about having the team help out with other projects including our backyard. We will definitely be using this company again!

In the first 19 years I lived in New Hope Ive tried all the rest, but since I found Best Buddies 2!years ago, Im now sticking with THE BEST. They treat my little property with the same care and detail a groundskeeper would an estate.

Great work, friendly staff and top notch service! The Best Buddies crew know their stuff. For a job that can be dirty and messy at times they always seem to put an emphasis to keep their work area clean and orderly in order to reduce any inconveniences that tend to arise during landscaping projects. Best Buddies does a wonderful job of working with the customer to achieve 100% satisfaction. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.
Dave from Best Buddies landscaping is so easy and wonderful to work with, excellent communication and very professional. The work is always done right and they do an fantastic job!!
Ive never dealt with a business that doesnt want feedback from customers. In fact, Dave the owner of Best Buddies, drops customers who complain (like my next door neighbor). I knew this and it made me afraid to call. The first call I made was about a terrible job and to Daves credit he owned it and said they would do better the next time. The next week I noticed clumps of grass after the cut and called to ask Dave if his mowers had bags to catch the cut grass . He scolded me and said he never used bags and why would I even ask such a question. I should have known this. He proceeded to tell me that Im not a big enough customer and that he had accounts worth $300 a week that he had to pay attention to. He was too busy to take a call from me about my issue. After a tough conversation we decided to part ways. Dave quickly refunded my money and sent it with the note Im including here. The sentence that is most surprising is the one I circled. A landscaping company not set up to deal with mowing complaints. Wow! I sincerely believe that Dave is a good guy, but just immature in how he deals with people. No customer is ever too small to be treated less than the bigger ones. There are tons of landscaping companies out there and the ones that will survive will be those who care about service to ALL customers. Im sorry to have to write this review about a local New Hope resident. Dave, try and live up to your company name and be Best Buddies to everyone who reaches out to you. Feedback is a gift if you choose to receive it with the right attitude.
