The owner or whomever(Pereira Aurela) came to my house 1hr and 15mins late, no call to say he was coming late, I had to call him. Gave me an estimate for services. I asked when would the services(mow my lawn) would start, he stated Wednesdays. I specifically asked if that meant tomorrow, he said yes.Todays Wednesday, no call no show. I called him at 7pm and asked where they were he stated that they would come tomorrow. I asked why no call to let me know they wouldnt be coming. He said why does it matter, its grass then decided to tell me my business isnt needed and he wouldnt be servicing my home. I stated I would be leaving a review of this conversation and that he was being listened to by 2 other family members and said he didnt care and he has thousands of good reviews. After a few wonderful words between us. He called to threaten me about meeting me face to face......who in their right mind who runs or works for a business calls and threatens a potential customer?!?!? Needless to say, terrible experience and even more, what a terrible owner or boss. Goodluck to anyone who uses this wonderful human being.
Committed to a job at a certain price as I needed the job done before Mother s Day then withdrew from the job a day later after I had told other companies I was all set.
