Greensward Turf Care in New Cumberland

Talked with Matt. Serviced in past. Had inground pool built and told them via voicemail to not continue service due to my yard torn up but came anyway and expected two payments and said he needed the payments because small business. When previously serviced yard, still had massive amounts of weeds that I personally picked each one(every neighbor can confirm this) I appreciated their aerating my yard and asked for them to do again but changed my mind due to possible concrete installation. When called back, he said no because I changed my mind and too much on him. I am suggesting never to use especially for weeds because doesn't work at all. Communication is also very unprofessional.

Friends of mine who always -- ALWAYS -- find the best goods and services recommended Greensward Turf Care when I decided it was time to get my yard into optimal shape. They've been tending to my little parcel of real estate for at least 10 years and I'm completely happy with the results; the yard looks great! The owners are super nice and everyone who comes out on service visits has been wonderful. Price is reasonable. I'll be a loyal customer as long as I have a yard!

Greensward are the best! Struggled for years doing my own fertilizer and weed control but my lawn looked terrible. After just the first year of Greensward taking care of my lawn, it looks amazing! Now 3 years in, it gets better every year!

Greenwald Turf Care has been providing us with lawn service treatments for a number of years. They are very responsive to remedy any issues that we have in a timely & effective manner.

Tyler is amazing! He is very knowledgable about the products used and super efficient in applying treatments. We have seen significant improvement to our lawn and this is the first full year of treatments. My only suggestion would be to hire someone, at least part time, to answer the phone, retrieve messages and return calls.

I’ve called four days in a row and get the same voicemail. Not a good way to run a business if you don’t return phone calls. I’m looking for a good lawn service company and I was referred to this company by my neighbor. My neighbors lawn looks fantastic and said the company is great, disappointed that they can’t pick up the phone and receive new business.

We have been a customer of Greensward for at least 25 years. After watching the competition treat lawns in my neighborhood there’s no doubt Greensward’s personal service is the best. We especially appreciate our lawn technician ,Tyler, for his conscientious and hard work. Our lawn looks great year after year.
