Great service & products!
Severe lack of communication. They did not tell me they were going to have my mower for two months without touching it and also didn’t call to tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would be to fix. They just ordered parts and put them on. The staff is always friendly until you mention how your experience has been and then they get short and rude. No apologies, no attempts to make things right, just shrugged off. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this business. Will not be returning.

Messed up my Cub Cadet deck by hitting an industrial mud trap mat.😔 They had it fixed in week. Wow I just didn't know parts were so costly. The labor price is fair cause I asked them to do it.

Exceptional lawn and garden equipment store. They do any warranty work on site. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices are definitely competitive.
Went to get a few parts for my older grasshopper 721D mower and called about the parts. Andy helped me on the phone I appreciated his help. He checked on the part and “went to go see” in the back to make sure he had it before I drove 30 minutes to come get it. When I got there he had it pulled and ready for me. We talked about some other maintenance and he really knew the mower well and was helpful This is what good customer service is.
Ordered part over the phone and picked up in store. Closed bridge and no road signs made driving there tricky not knowing the area and GPS kept going down due to no service. People were friendly and helpful.

Dennis gave my chainsaw the once over, and it cut everything from then on like a lightsaber through Lukes arm and the rail under it.
Never had a problem with the people or getting the right parts. Andy behind parts counter knows his stuff and Fred in service took care of my problem on 2 mowers

Not impressed with their parts dept. Called about a fuel shut off assembly for a 68 ih cub 1450 and told them I was looking for the oem part . They told me it was changed from the 3/8 to 1/4 now. I had explained to them specifically I wanted the oem part as I was not willing to be pulling on the carburetor to change the fitting on it and risking damage to the carburetor. Wasted time calling since obviously they do not understand the concept of oem not aftermarket. I cant put a ¹/4 inch shut off in the gas tank then use the same size line to run to the carburetor I would have to be doing all kinds of rigging.
