PQ redid my fence and they did a great job!! Chris and Nik are both super nice, after my quote Chris was able to get my materials in stock and get started the very next week! The install did take about a week longer than they had estimated, but the crew was out every day working hard, and they were super polite and great to have around. My dogs were not happy with how long they were without a fence, but *I* had a great experience!! 100% would recommend, and I'll be using PQ again if I run into a random outdoor project I want to do.
We just moved into our new home (Caravel Woods) and contacted PQ for lawn cutting services. They were very responsive and were able to come out pretty quickly. Upon inspection after they were finished, we found that they did not edge, which we found odd. We reached out and spoke with Chris, who informed us that they didn’t edge because it was so hot, the grass was dying (seemed reasonable since this was the case, but we still asked that they edge to clean up the walkways the next time they were scheduled to come out). We called the following week, asking for them to come out sooner because the grass grew much quicker than anticipated. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. They never showed up that week, nor did we receive a call. We reached out again and were told that they would be out no later than mid week. Wednesday came and still no one showed up or called. We called again and were told that two of their trucks went down and that someone was supposed to contact us, but they didn’t… Promised that they’d be out this past Friday or Saturday. Again… no one showed and no one had the decency or professionalism to call!! We called/texted several times… received no response and were sent to voicemail. This morning, I called again and was sent to voicemail. I left a message notifying PQ that we no longer required their services and found another lawn service company. I also advised they I found their actions or lack there of, completely unprofessional and that I would be posting our experience on social media….. within 2 hours, guess who finally decided to call back?!?! Sorry PQ but you had your chance… multiple actually!! A huge shout out and thank you to Lawn Authority! Coincidentally, driving down the street yesterday morning (Sunday), we noticed the trailer and stopped to speak with the gentleman who was with the truck. We told him about our experience and asked if they had any availability to squeeze us in this week. He advised us that the owner was on vacation, but he would pass our information along. Within 10 minutes, we received a call from the owner!! We explained the situation and he offered to get someone out Tuesday or Wednesday latest, which was great! Amazingly, the owner had someone come out today, Monday to take care of us!! Lawn Authority totally over delivered and did a phenomenal job. 08/06/24 - Rob from PQ called and left me a voicemail. All sorts of excuses. Said that they were scheduled to come out yesterday but wouldn’t have been able to cut the grass because of the rain???? I must be missing something because Lawn Authority had no issue cutting our lawn yesterday, seeing that it didn’t rain at all!! Rob also stated in his voicemail that he wished I would have called during normal business hours and not left messages, threatening messages…. Let me be very clear… there were never any threats made whatsoever!! I advised PQ in my voicemail that I would be leaving a negative review, which I did and am now adding to. Again, no threats were ever made… instead of trying to point the finger, how about you take responsibility and hold yourselves accountable for the multiple screw ups and lack of communication!! No one is at fault here but PQ Landscaping.

PQ has been doing our lawn mowing for about 10 years and we are very pleased with their work. Most recently, PQ did a side and back yard cleanup and re-do - what a difference! PQ dismantled our eyesore of a shed, leveled the area and presto!! It looks great. Chris and his staff are professional, courteous and flexible. I love keeping local small businesses employed, especially family ones like PQ for obvious reasons. The experience is positive, pleasant and at a reasonable cost.

My yard was a disaster. Cleaned up well
I had a very disappointing experience with Chris he came to my home he came took some measurements about a broken glass door I have we talked about some issues that I was having in my yard and ask me to send pictures over email I send him the pictures the same day, 3 days after he came he never called back so I called over and over left messages so he can give me a price and they never answered me or called me back anymore the only one time they did answered they told me he was on vacation I also talked to hes crew when they came and cut my neighbor grass if Chris can call me back and no response till this very day they never answer, very unprofessional if they didnt want to do the job all he had to do was to let me know that they dont do that kind of job but they keep me waiting and me calling and calling wasting my time.
What a bunch of clowns! Not fun clowns - scary clowns like IT. I would give them no stars if I could. Head clown Chris talks and talks and convinces you that his crew of reprobates will do a good job. They did one good job taking out the overgrowth in my backyard, but the services got poorer and more frustrating as the summer progressed. Charged me $85 apiece to install 18 forsythias, of which 2 are still standing. Their crew staffing changed every week and with it, absolutely no sense of communication. Because of their ineptitude, I lost a cat from my backyard on August 7. She still hasnt come back. The instructions seemed clear enough to me - do the lawn in the front of the house weekly and in the back of the house only when the vinyl fence gate was open - that way I could secure my companion animals safely inside my home before their noisy machines rolled through. They stopped weeding along the side of my house and they stopped returning lawn furniture to original positions when moved. Lost the key to my chain link outside fence for about a month. I asked multiple times for them to drop the blade down one more notch so the grass wouldnt be too high for code within a week. They never got that right either. Finally, I threw them off my property when one of the lawn clowns tried opening my other fence gate which was locked from the inside and almost snapped it.
We ve been working with PQ for many years and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. Only thing that has caused me to reduce from 5-stars was a job request from this past year that was discussed, and discussed, and discussed (fence gate repair) but was never scheduled and then just ignored by the company/owner. Unfortunately, I would not be inclined to contact for this type of project again, at this time.

Did a nice neat and clean job
PQ Landscaping replaced my slit rail fence and took extra measures to secure it with chicken wire so my dog could not get out of the yard, while also moving bushes from one location to another. His team was fast, courteous, and did a top notch professional job. I would highly recommend this company!
They were great! Had them cut,weed eat, do a fall clean up and trim some trees. They even cleaned off a concrete slab and moved our basketball hoop back where it goes and we didnt even ask them to do that! Very impressed! Highly recommend

I had a great experience from start to finish with PQ Landscaping. I will say their communication was a 10/10. I had trouble getting in communication with other companies when getting quotes, but they were quick and kept that same great communication throughout the ordering and installation process. I definitely recommend.

PQ Landscaping is fabulous! They installed two pads for us using pavers and added soil around our foundation to improve the movement of water away from our home. They took care around our deck furniture and cleaned up after they were done. Top notch, knowledgeable crew as well. I recommend them highly.
I used this service for over six years, in fact ,think I was his first customer, I have move to another state but highly recommend this service, always what ever I requested he was more than willing to do, cut grass, removed a tree that had fallen, bush cutting, trimming etc. A very nice young man
Chris and his crew did great. Mulching, weeding, and taking down some much needed bushes. I thought it was all going to be much more expensive as well, but the price for all the work was reasonable.
Chris, the owner is professionalism at its best! I called to see about getting 2 properties done and he was very patient and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately Im out of his zone but based on our conversation he is thorough and truly believes in customer service. I love that theres also an option to pay with CC. He was even nice enough to make a referral for my property.

I have been using PQ Landscapings service for 3 years now. This company cuts my lawn weekly, trims my shrubs twice a year, laid mulch in my garden, painted the foundation and seal coated the driveway. This company has been amazing thats why I continued to utilize their service for all my home projects. I highly recommend this company.
