When I have been extremely specific on multiple times about notifying me before you come out and then the technician that arrives today even admits that he saw the sign on my front door that says I have a new baby. Please do not knock or ring the doorbell and he does it anyway. I literally have already canceled my service with Emerald today. This is not the first issue that we have had and it s always just excuse after excuse.

Juan from Emerald Lawns regularly treats our lawn so it looks its best, despite the Texas heat. Weve noticed a marked difference from when we did it ourselves.

Emerald Lawns has been servicing my lawn for almost 2 years and even with the drought, it looks phenomenal! When I moved into a new build house, I constantly was pulling weeds and felt like I d turn around and see 10 more pop up. Since hiring Emerald, my lawn is mostly weed-free! Occasionally weeds do pop up, but a quick call to customer service will get me back on the schedule free of charge! Customer service is always extremely helpful and kind, if there is a hold it s always quick. Typically Roland is assigned to do my service. I appreciate that he (or any tech that is assigned) texts me ahead of time to ensure my dogs are inside and service can start. Personally, I d rather have a text than have to answer the door to let him know to start, since I m usually in work meetings and answering the door makes the dog go crazy! Highly recommend Emerald Lawns!

I recommend Emerald Lawns if your lawn is in need of help. My yard was in bad shape and after a few treatments, I see great improvement. The techs are very courteous and respectful of my property. They apply treatments that don t harm my pet or family. And, they come regularly so weeds don t get out of hand. My rep analyzed my lawn and only treat what is needed. I m very happy using Emerald and plan on additional services into the fall.

James, has done an amazing job every time he comes to service our lawn. Our yard use to look like a wild jungle with all the weeds we had especially in our backyard and we have seen huge improvements in just a few months. James goes above and beyond always leaving us a detailed note at the end of what steps we need to take to help it s so helpful because honestly with the craziness of day to day things and work it s hard to keep up with he even went out of the way to pick up the few things we had out in the lawn we greatly appreciated that and lets us know that he takes pride in his work. Before starting service with Emerald Lawns my yard was full of weeds and it was exhausting pulling them in the Texas heat. Now our neighbors say we have golf course grass . Their services really make a difference and their technicians and customer service are amazing. I highly recommend this company.

I really dislike when companies send different people to do work on our home or leave after putting in 50%. I had hoped returning my business to Emerald Lawns would go smoothly. We have started out rocky already. Today someone came without notification to my home. Delivered services that no one can explain. Im currently trying to work through this. Hopefully Ill be able to update this to a more positive review.

James provided timely updates on arrival and advised when he was done. I have high hopes for my yard now!

He shared when he would arrive and let me know everything he did to start killing all the weeds. He set up a second free retreat for us without us needing to do anything. He explained what to expect to see in the next few days and what to do to control the weeds while we begin the process to kill the weeds and make our yard healthy. James carefully picked up all the toys that were left lying in the yard by our kiddos, and placed them on the porch for us. As a mom, I appreciated the patience. Emerald lawns (James) doesn t just show up spray a bit and leave. James explained what treatment he was providing and to the extra effort to cover the entire 1/2 acre lot!
