The owner reached out himself and ensured my issue was handled the same day...the gentlemen who came out were very thorough, friendly, and they fixed the irrigation in my yard in less than 20 minutes. It is evident the company cares about quality and honest service.
I recently moved in to a new house and had concerns and questions about my yard and irrigation system. I called expecting to get voicemail and have a hard time getting help, but found that Brennan answered right away and was more than willing to help me out. Him and his team were not only very professional, but fast acting and understanding. It's refreshing to encounter solid customer service nowadays. Thanks Brennan and the Greenhaven team!
Brennan and the guys over at Greenhaven did an excellent job of repairing my sprinkler system after I discovered some issue after building a deck. Price was fair, work was quick and professional and they had me running later that same day. I would highly recommend them for your landscape or irrigation needs! 👍🏼
The Greenhaven crew are true Superheroes!! I sent an email on a Sunday after hours because I noticed a leak coming from my sprinkler drip line and when I came home from work Monday it was all fixed! I got an email from Eddy explaining what happened and how they fixed it! Wow wee I’m very pleased with the service I got! They are fast and proficient! I highly recommend the Greenhaven Landscape & Irrigation Superheroes! :)
These guys are great! They installed my irrigation system last year and anytime I’ve had an issue. They are so quick to respond. They are also super friendly and professional. I would totally recommend
This company won’t fix there issues on a brand new home! Highly recommend avoiding! NOTE THIS OWNERS LEAK WAS BEFORE WINTER COLD HIT! But the company doesn't seem to want to face that fact. Leak is now much worse due to a leak that froze and expanded. Had they fixed before then it would have not been as bad. But all your questions on why not to use this company are below. Looks like they won't be standing behind their leaky work..
Would give zero stars. This company will not fix a leak that happened before weather was reported before weather but now is worse because of weather. Why because they failed to fix. This is a brand new house. I’ll give them a chance to do the right thing but my hopes are low based on the supervisor Brennan’s attitude toward the issue. Hoping maybe the owner cares about customers and brand new system issues. More to come! Well looks like they have decided to lie, ouch, this company is worse than I thought. Recommend avoiding! NOTE they state the freeze caused the leak that was a leak before the storm, and they have not even come to see. Well on to a better vender for future home builds!
Very disappointed. Talked to customer service 100 times and they act like they are hearing my issues for the first time even though I've called 100 times. Keep getting the run around. I will never use them again. Call someone else if your smart. Attached are just a few pictures. They laid out my sod and never leveled the ground right or use enough dirt. They basically laid sod on top of rocks and it died. Stay away from this company if you want your yard to look nice!!! This is my response to your message...... I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If anyone even thinks to believe the response they gave to my post, you should go back and read all the negative postings and the responses they gave. One person, ok maybe but tons of negative responses usually mean it's a bad company to do business with. I hope everyone not happy files a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so this company either start doing good work or stops doing jobs period!!
GreenHaven responded to my call and quickly and got a representative to come and fix our problem. They arrived and went above and beyond with great professionalism. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Super helpful! I just purchased a new house and needed advice and suggestions on existing plants and what to add. Brennan was extremely helpful, professional and provided great information. Highly recommend!
Worst of the worst!
Greenhaven Landscape put in lawn for new house with a flowerbed and trees. Every part of landscape survived hottest summer and thriving. We needed trees and bubblers in backyard and so we called Greenhaven to install. Brennan communicated when a good time to install during winter. Crew that came to install was very friendly and careful with our new trees.
They had me sit at home from 8-12 as the window of their arrival. I called at 11. He (Richard?) said a tech would be here at 2. I called again at 230. He said his tech was on the way and would arrive between 3 and 330! I just gave up on them. Hard to believe this is a business. Then again, they do only take cash...

I have not dealt with this company because I can t get them to come out. I bought a new construction house where they installed the irrigation system and the sod. One head was installed too high, I called and asked if they could come fix it and they said yes that they were in my neighborhood quite often so it would be no big deal. That was about 2-3 weeks ago and it still hasn t been fixed. Just after move in I was walking along the side of my house and heard a weird sound as I stepped on a piece of sod I pulled back the sod and there was a water bottle that had been left laying and sod just placed over it. This makes me wonder what else they just placed sod over. Judging by how the sod looks you would think there was no grading done before install. Maybe if they come fix the sprinkler head it can raise the review one or two stars. ****Update **** Called company on Wednesday 6 Sept and finally got someone who could make an appointment. Workers came out on Friday and fixed the issue. I stand by my assessment of the sod install. HORRIBLE installation all around. Mowing my yard is like going off road.
I highly recommend Greenhaven Landscape & Irrigation. We had a water issue in our front yard causing part of the yard to flood. I called to set up an appointment & Roxie was so helpful. She got all the information and had a tech call me back shortly after to set up an appointment. When the tech arrived for the appointment he was so courteous & professional. He walked me through everything he was doing, showed me the issue & explained how they were going to fix it. They were in & out in about an hour. They deserve more than 5 stars! I ll definitely be using Greenhaven when it comes time to putting in a new irrigation system! By far the best irrigation company I have ever worked with!
Terrible work. My irrigation pipes were busted. Refused to come back out. Called a different company to fix their mess. Ended up paying twice.
Greenhaven Landscape and Irrigation installed our landscaping in 2013. Eddy and his employees have always gone above and beyond to fix issues. I know how hard the guys work and the level of service they do their best to provide. Allow them an opportunity to prove it.
Greenhaven Landscape is top notch. Hands down the most professional and best quality service I ve experienced in this sector. We had our front and backyard completely landscaped and were so happy with the whole process and results!! Highly recommended!
We were very impressed with the overall design and installation of the Greenhaven Landscaping team. They were just not only on time on every project, but came prepared each day. The owner was very knowledgeable and recommended drought tolerant plants for our Texas heat and cold winters. We are still impressed with how beautiful our yard looks!
Greenhaven mowed and maintained my yard for over 10 years and they were always thorough and flexible to our yard s needs through numerous droughts and rainy seasons. Also they were very supportive and responsive to the many issues with our aging irrigation system keeping it in working order at all times. I would highly recommend them for any lawn care, landscaping, or irrigation needs!
Greenhaven is a great company. I have been working with Daryl and he is very responsive and always professional. If there is an issue he response quickly to get it solve. The owner is very nice as well and offers great value for the services they provide. They would be on top of my list for landscapers if I needed those services again!
The staff walked me through winterizing my irrigation system ahead of the recent freezing conditions, very helpful and professional, to include a followup phone call. Very appreciative to Brennen and the rest of the team at Greenhaven!
I requested a quote to do my front yard landscape with a budget of 25k. He said he would draw up a plan based on what I want. After three weeks he comes back with plans for a yard costing 68k! The house is worth less than 800k. Initially I had to pay a $1000 deposit and would be returned if I gave him the job. After reviewing the over inflated costs I asked for my deposit back. He said that he has a family and cannot give me my money because I have expensive taste and I confused him. I proposed we split the $1000. He said he would bring a check next week. I never heard from him again. Not professional, and I would be considered in using him for anything.
UPDATE: Since submitting the below review, Eddie from Greenhaven Landscape & Irrigation contacted us and resolved our issue. It appears that this was a communication error and not intentional neglect. Thank you Eddie, we appreciate your quick and effective efforts at satisfying our needs. We have tried three times to get a response from this company on small issue and have repeatedly been blown off. Green haven Landscaping installed the sprinkler system in our backyard. They worked with the builder in our housing development and presumably installed a similar system in many houses in this development. We are planning some landscaping work in our back yard and we ve contacted this company to simply request an outline the sprinkler layout. The receptionist is absolutely useless. Her ONLY response to our calls is: There s no one in the office right now. They all out on jobs and I have no idea when they ll be back or what their schedule is. She then takes our information, she says she will have someone return our call and we never receive a response. It s been 2 months since our first call and still no contact. I cannot imagine ever using this company for my landscaping needs. No schedules? No knowledgeable managers or supervisors in the office? Only the receptionist?? Wow!

Greenhaven does excellent work. Had my irrigation system checked today; they made adjustments and suggestions. If you need landscape or irrigation work I highly recommend this company. Great service, great employees, great customer relations.
