Tripps Affordable Landscaping & Tree Service in New Bern

Update: the morning after I posted this review I got a call from Tripps saying they were on the way to grind the stumps. I was tempted to say no but wanted the job done. They were in and out in less than an hour. I just wish they had been more responsive before I wrote a bad review. I contacted them to remove several stumps in my yard. They said they’d be out that afternoon to give an estimate. After several phone calls they came out a week later. We got the estimate and we’re told they’d do the work within the week. Again, several phone calls and 3 weeks later, nothing. Just based on phone conversations I’d say they have no scheduling system and show up if they feel like it. Would definitely NOT recommend.

My Dad recently had a number of pine trees removed from his property by Tripp's Tree Service. The team was hard working and professional. Rusty quoted a great price for the job and did everything he promised. All phases of the job - cutting, disposal and clean up - went great. I strongly recommend Tripp's Tree Service if you need trees removed from your property.

Very prompt response to come by and give us an estimate. Extremely reasonable quote. Included the removal of five trees and the stumps along with all the brush. Looks so good like they were never here..not even one cigarette butt or soda can left behind like some contractors. They even raked debris from our gravel driveway! Highly recommend!

Rusty and Mike just finished taking down a monster pine in the fenced back yard - terrific job by the whole crew. Highly skilled and very professional work - they will be back next week to grind the stump. We are very impressed and so glad to have contracted with Tripps!

We can't say enough good about the work they have done for us. They were fast, took down a 30 year old oak tree between our houses in this neighborhood. That couldn't of been easy to navigate, They ground up the stump deeply, we got to keep the saw dust for mulch, Then cleaned up the side and front yard. Just tremendous service all.

This crew made light work of heavy project( at for myself). They removed dense overgrown areas in my yard without a sweat. I wish I had before photos but I don't want to remember what it looked like before because it 10 times better. Give them a call you won't use anybody but them.
