I highly recommend Charles & his team at Top Choice Lawn Maintenance. The level of excellence, professionalism & respect received was remarkable! They showed up on time & were extremely detail oriented. My expectations were exceeded & my entire property was immaculate once they were done.
Not s horrible company but the owner can show better customer service. When your lawn care crew comes in and takes out several tomato plants along with your cantaloupe and watermelon that are all in a specific bed with a fence around it, you come out and SPECIFICALLY SAY. IT SUCKS TO SUCK I DIDN'T CUT THEM DOWN and to basic get over it. Poor customer service and you should hire better help if your not willing to fix what they broke.
These guys are amazing!!! If you want someone who actually cares, go with these guys. They were so nice and caring. I had them work on my back patio, which had turned into a jungle. I was concerned because there had been a turtle living back there. They told me not to worry because they would be careful. One of the guys told me he found my turtle and had put it aside so that it didn't get hurt. He handed me this turtle that was only a little bigger thank a golfball. THAT'S how careful these guys were. Btw, the turtle I saw was about the size of a football. On top of it all, they trimmed my bushes, which were not even part of the work, and they uncovered brick papers that I didn't even know were there. I would definitely hire them again and you should too. Nice people deserve more work! ❤️
I'm the site manager for an apartment complex that Top Choice provides lawn care services. I must say that I'm so happy and pleased that we switched to Top Choice. The service is amazing, they take pride in their work and always leave the property looking great with beautiful curb appeal. special shout out to the owner and Chris who made sure a request that I made was done the same day!!! I do not see us looking for another Lawn Care Service. Keep up the great work guys!!
My lawn was a bit neglected and needed mowing. I have a 1/2 acre and wasn't sure who to call. Top Choice came out for a quote right away. They have a mulching lawn mower so the small branch pieces in the yard from the last storm were not an issue. The price was fair, and they came out in a couple of days. The team did a really nice job, even removing the grass growing from a couple of cracks in my driveway. I signed up for bi-weekly lawn care. Call Top Choice if you need lawn service around New Bern or Jacksonville NC.

It is two days after Hurricane Isaias rolled through. Leaves were scattered all over my yard and walkways. (It looked like November instead of August). I was just beginning to pick up small to medium sized branches all over my yard. I look up and Top Choice was here to do my usual lawn care (a few days early). They got rid of my leaves, all the branches, mowed and removed weeds. My walkways and carport are clear. He was only charging the usual price but I chose to give him a little extra. They deserve it! They did an awesome job putting down mulch earlier this Spring. Consistent, timely, excellent lawn service!
