They said they would mow my yard late on a Friday. It was never done. I called them Monday afternoon. He said they got busy, but he never called me. He asked me to text him my address again because “it’s in my truck somewhere.” He said it was very inconvenient and he was very put out to mow my yard the next day. Disorganized, rude. Poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere and I’m so happy I did!

Bear City stepped up quickly when I called and has always done a great job maintaining my lawn. The yard always looks good when they are done and every time I talked with the staff they have been polite and courteous. I have recommended them to my neighbor for a trimming project and they showed up the next day!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this lawn service! These guys are quick, meticulous and do what they say they will do. The guys are very kind and friendly. My experience with bear city was terrible they cut the grass way to low I asked the guys who were doing my yard the name of a couple.shrubs and they told me they didnt know,then to top it off there weed control is horible I have weeds all along the cracks in my driveway as well as my flower beds and finally the owners son is rude and arrogant I heard the way he talks to his employees and it is very unprofessional so folks if your looking for lawn care skip.over berne lawn care
