The SavATree arborist and staff did an excellent job of evaluating the work that was needed and provided a detailed work plan. I am very pleased with the results and they cleaned up my property thoroughly before leaving. The crew was professional and used very high tech equipment. My one complaint is that each of the two days that the crew was onsite, a few weeks apart, they arrived without advance notice.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were there to trim two large trees, hedges, and take down 4 arborvitae. All of them were pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job with everything, including complete clean up. I would highly recommend SavATree. Yesterday we had Savatree crew to our house to remove a dead pine tree, and prune several other trees. After speaking to the crew about my personal affinity for these trees (which I planted over 30 years ago) they were very careful and considerate of my desired outcome. Jason, Ryder, and Jenna are an exceptionally professional and personable group who work as a team. Never wasting a moment they went right to work. With great care they helped us move outdoor furniture and yard decorations to prevent damage. And at the end of the day the clean up was excellent; nary an upset leaf nor branch left behind.
SavATree came and gave a quote that was very good and then they came on time and did great work and cleaned up the area. Three looks great and we should be able to enjoy it for years.

Jason identified a major infestation on a community Scotch Pine, & suggested a nurturing treatment for our struggling musclewood. Im seeing positive results already! In addition, his Crew pruned the 30+ year old Scotch Pine beautifully! I asked for, & received timely service. T he Crew members are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable & well trained. I was very happy with the work completed by the 2 person crew, Jenna & Mike, recently completed at our Brookfield home. They cutdown 2 trees and trimmed another large tree. The service was completed timely and at a fair price. Will use their services again.

On Monday, March 4th we had the crew from SavaTree working on an apple tree and a crabapple tree. They pruned both. They made sure that we were in agreement as to the extent of the pruning. They cleaned up better then I would have done and when they left there was no indication that they had been there(I.e. no chips or sawdust in the grass or on they drive way). They will be getting more business from us since we have thinning of our woods which is beyond my ability to do safely.

We had a big branch fall on our power line/house during a snow storm. WE Energies originally said they could not do it because it was touching our house. We got multiple quotes and SavATree had the most reasonable quote. We had planned to go with them, however, WE Energies ended up coming back out and taking it down. The customer service and timeliness was fantastic! Jason was very nice and explained how they would get the branch down in terms anyone could understand (branch was in a tricky area of the yard). We did not have the same positive experience with other companies. Even though we did not use SavATree, we will definitely use them in the future for any other tree/landscaping needs!
FANTASTIC service!
Spoke to someone casually about wanting my tree down eventually, but couldn t afford it yet. Never set a date, signed a contract, or spoke to someone in the office. While cutting down my neighbors tree, they came into my property while we were not home and cut down the tree. I explained to them that the tree was not supposed to come down and we did not talk to anyone about it, but they still charged us and would not accept responsibility. Barb at the office was rude and a bully. Eventually paid just to get her off my back and stop the harassing phone calls and emails.
Arborist was great, company is not. Company has decided to stop servicing the Madison area and instead of fulfilling existing signed and accepted proposals they are selectively amending them to trivial work. This leaves me hanging with critical tree care and scrambling to find a new provider. Would never hire nor recommend based on business practices.
Messaged buckley through their website. Had a reply within 24 hrs and a phone call shortly after that. Set up a consultation with Tim the next day for him to look at my trees. Very friendly, professional and arrived right at the scheduled time. I would highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC service! I started working with Buckley Tree Service last year, and found them to be very knowledgeable and service-oriented. This year, I had some wind damage to one of my larger trees, and Tim Harris II was OUTSTANDING! Very responsive and very generous of his time. I highly recommend Buckley to my employees and friends - great company to work with!
Buckley Tree Service has trimmed our trees twice in the past. We had great service. This year I phoned them the first week of June to set up the same tree trimming we had them do in the past. Several weeks went by and I didnt hear back from anyone. I phoned again and was told the earlier message was given to Bill and that they would let him know I still hadnt received a call. I eventually got a call from Bill and missed his call. I got the voicemail 5 minutes after he left it for me saying that there was a confusion between him and the office girl that had something to do with me not receiving a call back. He told me to call him right back if within 15 minutes or the next day. I called him back 9 minutes after he called me and I went into him voicemail. I told him that I was available anytime and I would wait for his call. He never called me back. So another week went by and I phoned the office yet again. This time I asked who was over Bill. I was told it was the owner and therefore asked if I could speak with him. I was told a message would be sent for him to call me back. That was two weeks ago. So today is July 22nd and I have never heard from Buckley since my initial call in early June. (actually possibly in May)
