Preferred Lawn Care & Snow Plowing in New Berlin in New Berlin

We had them snowplow and they dug up the whole end of the driveway. Asphalt was pushed on the sides of the driveway, all into the road and the neighbor's yard. I contacted the owner with pictures and asked him to call us or come out to see it. He said he would contact us and never did. Then when I reached out again, he completely ignored my text. We told them to take us off their schedule and they still came because the driver had no communication. As a result of that they dug up more of the driveway. I would not recommend them to anyone due to the lack of communication and professionalism of the owner.
