Proceed with caution with regards to snow removal. Last snow season, one of the subcontractors that was hired by Todd to do snow plowing hit a parked vehicle belonging to one of the tenant's living at a property of mine. Although the subcontractor cooperated at first, they later became uncooperative after it was discovered that their insurance did not cover them while operating their plow vehicle. When the subcontractor became uncooperative and unresponsive to both the tenant and myself, I informed Todd of the situation. Todd then told me about how this very type of incident involving this same subcontractor has happened before. Hearing that the subcontractor had previously hit a parked car before and that this was the second time this happened was very concerning. After putting Todd into contact with the affected tenant, Todd requested that the subcontractor follow-up with the tenant. Ultimately, the subcontractor continued not cooperating and never followed up. They were not held accountable and the damages to the vehicle were never addressed. Finally, Todd stopped responding all together. If you are considering using Todd and MacPey for snow removal, I would make sure that you obtain valid certificates of insurance for MacPey and any subcontractors that they use before you allow them to preform any services on the property. Additionally, I would make sure you have an understanding on whether or not they are going to use any subcontractors at your property and that you are agreeable to this. I was never informed that work would be subcontracted to begin with. I would exercise caution given the poor character and carelessness of the subcontractor.

Very professional, prompt & thorough service from MacPey Property Solutions. In the 50+ years our business has been around it is difficult to find dedicated companies that take pride in their work. Todd & his crew are superb.
